Biography of Outfit: Officially, BlackWatch does not exist - it is a black operations outfit that is given free reign when it comes to containing domestic and foreign attacks throughout the Federation in many member-states. The organization has access to vast stockpiles of military arsenal and experimental technologies, and maintains a very low level of publicity, working as an off the books unit. However, following the initial Gren terrorist attack, they became publicly known, though the extent of their unethical operations remains a well-kept secret. BlackWatch operates throughout the Federation to tame and contain any enemies of the Federation.

Operators of the Outfit:

Ryan: The Commander. Says little, does much. He earned the respect of his squad-mates when saving them on their first mission, back during the Gren terrorist uprising during an ambush. Since then, he's refrained from bonding with the squad, usually only talking with them to plan operations.

Terence: The Ghost. Terence is jovial with the other guys and is a general jokester, but has the highest kill count of all of them. Terence serves as the group sniper, and relishes the role.

Rector: The Big Guy. Rector loves nothing more then to load up his LMG and get to shooting bad guys. Generally, like Terence, jovial, though he keeps his jovial mood into the field - to the detriment, occasionally, of their stealth.

Revornian: The Wuss. To the endless teasing of the rest of the group, Revornian is the group medic and as such doesen't see much combat, however excels at treating wounds. He secretly hopes Rector gets shot in the mouth one day so he can yank out his teeth personally. [/b]

Rebel forces in Kiev, Ukraine, begin a battle against government forces. A group begins an assault on the Icelandic embassy there. Embassy forces are forced to retreat into the compound, whilst rebels lob makeshift incendiary devices over the walls.

Rebels forces have entered the compound in significant numbers, forcing the retreat of the garrison into the main complex. They lock the doors and attempt to barricade them, and block the windows. Gunfights erupt between sentries on the roof and rebels in the compound.

Once at the embassy, they will secure the diplomatic mission and embassy garrison. Rebel forces will hear of a rescue team in the city and move to resume the embassy assault. The rescue force will have to fight through the rebel forces once again, but will have the reinforcements of the embassy garrison. Once they have cleared a path, they will move to the exfiltration point, and must defend the landing zone until they can be extracted by helicopters once again.

Biography of Outfit: Created after the second Anowan Civil war to quell 'insurrectionist' threat before it had a chance to mothball into a credible threat, after the eventual overthrowing of King Decius II. His tools of tyranny were shelved for almost two decades, becoming less of an elite force and more of a dumping grounds for soldiers who wouldn't fit anywhere else. It wasn't until a terrorist attack on the capital Terrenus that the unit re-distinguished itself by repelling an attack on the capital buildings. Afterwards the Unit no longer became a dumping grounds and became an elite fighting force yet again. In recent times they have helped in accelerated hostage negotiations and embassy rescues the world over and have finally shed the dark past of dictatorial tools. The outfit recruits from all four branches of the Military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Royal Guard)

Operators of the Outfit:
2nd Lieutenant Christian WintersIronically the youngest of the squad also happens to be it's leader. A recent graduate of the Terrenus Royal Military Academy, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Royal Guard. Due to his service (or lack thereof) he seems to be the butt of jokes for those outside his squad, and weighing in at physically unintimidating 5'10 and 180 pounds doesn't help his reputation. However those within his squad know that the young man is a tactical master, seemingly able to read a battle in motion, a skill usually only found in veteran commander.

Officer Cadet Norman "Ghost" GreyThe squads marksman was orphaned at an early age, and has the best eyesight of the squad if not the whole unit, standing at 5'10 and weighing just under 180 pounds he has the physical form to help with his uncanny ability to seemingly disappear into thin air. Despite his cold demeanor on operations he is quite sociable and enjoys the company of others albeit a bit skiddish.

Command Warrant Officer Adrian SmithThe oldest member of the squad, he has been hacked down a rank more than he's been promoted, the only reason he hasn't been drummed out of the armed forces is that he's the most decorated soldier currently in the armed forces. The risks he takes and the plans he comes up with are often suicidal, and normally they work out for the best... but no one knows if he's just lucky or inhumanly skilled. standing at 5'11 and weighing 230 pounds he is a force to be reckoned with.

Warrant Officer Anna DurandBorn on a wheat farm near the coast, Anna was never one to shy away from hardwork, and due to her intimidating stature of 6'5 and 220 pounds she was a shoe in for the infantry. She is the polar opposite to Kowalski, being rather outgoing and not one to hold her objections to certain situations, her willingness to prevent her teammate's deaths has nearly led to her demise several times.

Warrant Officer David Kowalski Jr. The son of a distinguished Air Force Major his career choices were limited to the military, he carries the additional ammo for Cross' Anti-Tank gun and stands at 6'3 weighing in at 218 pounds. He is the quietest member of the squad preferring his actions to speak for him, he shows symptoms of Antisocial personality disorder, but doesn't seem to be very violent.

Warrant Officer Alexander CrossThe only member of SPECTRA to have dropped out of Martial college in history, he is the squad's dedicated anti-armor, He stands at 6'2 and weighs 215 pounds. His personality is that of a slacker, having been found sleeping on one too many occasions, but in the field he is just as alert as the rest of the squad.
