Pierre Cerisa declares Independence from the French Republic.

[Montre Archange]:[ Lord Pierre Cerisa's 210th death anniversary, the forefather of Pierre Cerisa was coincided with the declaration of Independence from France. Due to France's Economy crippling and her conversion to a Republic, Lord Charles Cerisa led the 12,000 strong Pierre Cerisa militia and combined with the breakaway 3rd French Infantry division. Tensions mount as the French forces approach near the two main forts. The Pierre Cerisan navy which consists of three frigates, four corvettes and numerous ironclad merchant ships are blockaded by the Immense French Navy. The Kingdom of Pierre Cerisa pleads to the International community for them to be recognized as a nation. The entire population of Pierre Cerisa is 3 Million and has dozens of successful companies inside the nation. The Economy is blooming right now but it is only a matter of time before French Imperialists march upon her borders.

Pierre Cerisa declared independence in January 3, 1903. This roleplay is in 1903 which means, no fighter planes and aircraft carriers!

HOSTILITIES ARISE!

[Montre Archange]: The 4th French Air Division had launched raids upon the cities of Montre Ville and Montre Riviere. Casualties are rising as the Militia fails to shoot the biplanes. Thousands of citizens are injured as hundreds more are being slaughtered in the streets. The 1st Pierre Cerisan Squadron was shot down at the Point Coeur Airfield. Pierre Cerisa, with no air capabilities have been run aground by the French Airforce. Meanwhile in Fort Piqure, the 5,000 strong Militia is awaiting the full wrath of the French invasion forces. A telegram is sent by King Charles Cerisa as the French Airforce bombards the capital of Montre Archange. The Pierre Cerisan Mail news headquarters was partially damaged when one of the biplanes dropped a bomb on the right wing of the Compound. Unfortunately, thirteen of our colleagues were killed. The 2nd and 4th Armored division of Pierre Cerisa was ambushed off Port du Roy highway when they were enroute to Montre Archange.
