Mikihal Vorthy worked desperately to rebuild the military, but the population refused to join on there own. As Roski's neighbors looked on, surprised that the nationalism of Roski seemingly disappeared, the Premier attempted conscription. This left 64 Roskian police officers dead, and the Police department soon refused to enforce the Law. Roski's military had grown back, but only to 14,000. The killing of the Roskian forces in Versail left a large hole in the Roskian workforce, causing large scale food shortages and the economy of Roski slowly fell as a result.
2 weeks after the end of the war, riots exploded in Beruty, the previous city who had stood with Mikihal's rise to power. 50,000 angry civilians stormed the Police Center, and hung the officers over the roof. After the attack on the Police station, Mikihal ordered the Roskian military to go to Beruty, where they stood guard, as the crowds watched the forces angrily. Four days into the riot, Mikihal Vorthy gave the order to kill the rioters, causing the Rioters to storm the Military, but the Military responded swiftly with Tank and LAV fire.

3 Weeks after the war, Mikihal Vorthy organized a public speech. 2 million people gathered in the Square in front of the Capitol. 15 snipers overwatched the crowd, in order to prevent an attempt on Mikihal's life.
Mikihal walked out, surprised by the mixed reactions of the crowd below. It is that bad then, I've lost the support of my people. I've got to make this speech more important than any other he thought. He sighed.
"People of Roski, Children of Convism, and People of the most powerful nation on this planet..." he began.
