Message from the Front Range Republic to the Ravean Authority, Moreau Catholic High, Chetssaland, and World Democracy

The Front Range Republic has noted that the nations opposed to the tyranny of Al Quidah have begun to break down into two distinct camps regarding how to deal with the rogue nation. We believe that a united front against Al Quidah will be the most effective approach to resolving the situation.

The following points need to be addressed:
*Is an invasion necessary or can our goals be accomplished with a blockade?
*What is our ultimate objective? (Termination of public torture, free elections, etc)
*What chain of command should be established for the blockading or invading forces?

Public Announcement from the Front Range Republic

For the time being, the deployed elements of the Front Range Navy will blockade Al Quidah to the best of their ability. According, from this time all materials being moved in or out of the country will be considered contraband. Outgoing passenger ships and aircraft are excluded for the time being.

Today, our great leader Minister Martins held a press conference, announcing to the nation that several groups of the elite Special Guard were working covertly inside Al Quidah. The Minister announced that these troops had “infiltrated several of the torture camps, freed several prisoners and exfiltrated them from the country. Unfortunately, their injuries were so severe that they all died within six hours of release. The Special Guard have also procured photographs of suspected torture devices which has angered many of the War Council. We will issue an ultimatum, following the decision made by CAG, later today.”
