The Old Nation Of Ismeil Is refounded by Süleyman II Arslan

After a nuclear disater,the Nations of the world have collapsed,but From the Ashes Traditionalists continue there life as a Nation of Old and glory it brings to it's people.

We are separated,between North and South.

In the South a man Called Asil Attila has also raised the flag of Ismeil,they have created a comunity in the old city of Rashid while comunities in Greece and Turkey center in Istanbul as comunion lead city.
While the old brothers of Ismeil still raise they have contacted there Southern brothers aswell and have found ways to contact,but both fear that it might be impossible to reunite the country again

[Barboneia]

Barboneia is not the same.

During the nuclear conflict that devastated most of the world, Barboneia attempted to shoot the missiles out of the sky, but failed. At least 5 nuclear missiles struck the capital city of Pääkaupunki, with the city being reduced to a radioactive crater. Vespero was hit by 2 missiles, one striking the base of the BNNB Tower, knocking it down. However, most of the population of Vespero were able to survive in the city's metro tunnels. Keskeinenkaupunki was able to remain free of destruction, although the city is no longer being powered. Partsington was hit directly by a single missile, killing most of it's inhabitants. Talecton was hit by 3 missiles, but the famous smokestack of the NBBCO still towers over the city.

The entire country has lost power. Multiple refugee camps have been erected across the Central Barboneian countryside, but most have been abandoned. The New Gennistora Military Base has been taken over by a ruthless group of marauders calling themselves "The New G Killers", who often murder survivors traveling on the B1 Highway with their high powered military weapons.

No one knows what has happened to the leaders of the country, but recently a radio signal has been picked up from an unknown location in The Northern Lands. "To anyone who can hear this, this is the remains of the Barboneian Government. We are gathering are strength and will reappear soon enough. Stay strong, for we WILL restore Barboneia to it's former glory. This has been Jeffrey Lewis, Prime Minister of Barboneia."

Scotatrova is in ruins.

When the nuclear warheads were launched, Scotatrova had some of it's nukes launched as well to defend itself. However, the effects were costly. Several cities in the West including Oleria and Engium have been reduced to ashes and radiation. The capital of Muse was not hit directly but received very close detonations which made the city radioactive. Panic occurred once the nukes started dropping in the early stages. Chaos happened when the world was engulfed in atomic fire. However citizens tried to escape and hide wherever they could. People that could make it to sewers, or even retreat to mountain chains were able to make it through the initial blasts.

Now three months after the apocalypse, Scotatrova is slowly rebuilding and the remaining government was moved to Agon. President Gabriel Marquez survived the bombings and still continues to govern the nation.

Since China is the one of nations that has many nuclear weapons, China is almost totally devastated especially the coastal regions. Chinese fired nukes in USA and Europe but in return, US and other European countries also fired nukes in China which China and NATO exchange nukes that results a nuclear war.

Half of Chinese population is dead from intense radiation and explosion from nukes. Past population is 1.900 billion and present population is 700,000,000 people.

The North:

A scavenging party has been searching fro water in the wastelands of Turkey,they cam across several water plants which were contaminated when they came a cross a bunker,in the bunker they found families of wolves,which were skinned by the scavengers,just when they found a puddle of crystal clean water,they made pouches with the wolves skins and took the water in them,on there way back they found various mutated animals,mostly rats and dogs.

The South:

Another scavenging party,came across sveral animals like crocodiles which semed mostly unneffected by the radiation,then they acame across unaffected nomads riding camels with various sorts of merchandise and cannisters of water,the scavengers asked if they could help their village,the nomads more then accepted they joined the scavengers for the village and they have been collecting water from oasises in the desert.

[Barboneia]

During the initial nuclear missile barrage on Barboneia, Vespero was alerted ahead of time that missiles were heading to their city. Thanks to this, about two-thirds of the Vespero citizenry was able to escape to the Vespero Underground, the third largest metro system in Barboneia. For the past 3 months, the survivors who lived down there were able to survive off of what little food they brought with them, and the rats and such they found in the tunnels. However, they were reaching critical food levels, and, after verifying that the surface radiation levels were low enough, a small group composed of former police officers ascended to the surface. What they saw amazed them.

Vespero remained mostly intact, with the exceptions of the northern part, which had been directly hit by the 2 missiles launched at the city. Unfortunately, they saw that the famous BNN Tower had been toppled. They did conclude, however, that it was safe to live on the surface of Vespero once again.

Under the command of surviving government officials, the survivor settlement of New Vesper has been created. New Vesper's citizens have already regained radio contact with the survivors of Talecton, and the two cities have begun trading with each other. Survivors from The Great South have been moving in waves to New Vesper to begin a new life there. Things are starting to look up for Vespero.

Meanwhile, in The Northern Lands, the remaining government of Barboneia, which had survived in a nuclear bunker east of Talecton near the Confederacy of Imperial States border, has officially announced it's reforming. Led by the Prime Minister, Jeffrey Lewis, who was the leader of the country before the war, The Surviving States of Barboneia has retaken most of the country. Stretching from Talecton, which is it's capital, to New Vesper, The Surviving States of Barboneia aims to restore Barboneia to it's former glory. It also aims to restore contact with the rest of the Confederacy of Allied States.

However, there is rumors of a rebel group founded in Parstington that wishes to take over the country for themselves, and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. Many people fear that a new conflict is brewing.

[Dakilistan]

The ruins. Oh the vast wasteland that was once the great land of Dakilistan, on the island of Japan. Cities desacrated. Now the people who were exposed to radiation have their flesh rotting off. All others who hid in bunkers, vaults, or even holes in the ground, have come back to find the black husk of a once proud nation. Why oh why? The reasons are unclear. Several refugee camps have grown in number over the past three months. One being surrounded by a wall made of scrap. These people have nothing. Some are reduced to eating mutated cows. Luckily some people knew how to forge weapons from smelting scrap metal. The military is now 200,000 strong, with a total population of 500,000. So much was lost. Nothing was gained. May the next era in history.... Begin

Many Chinese people are starving because there is no formal food in the devastated nation. Fishes died due to radiation in sea, mutated animals are few in the nation and the rice fields of Yangtze and Yellow river valleys are wiped out. Chinese president ordered his people to migrate where food is abundant and plants could survive.

Luckily the search party discovered a path that is radiation free and that path will lead survivors to Henan to Guizhou to finally Yunnan, a safe haven of Chinese people. Yangtze river is completely polluted of radiation but it's not. The source of the river is not contaminated of deadly radiation and therefore the Yangtze river valley in Yunnan and Guizhou is safe enough to grow crops for the Chinese people.

Starting now, all 700,000,000 Chinese people from Shanghai packed their things and ready to move to the paradise. Even Shanghai was reconstructed and safe, there is no fertile soil which Chinese people will abandon the city.

It's a dark time for Atlantikas, its nuklear waste everywhere, separatists fight against the government. Therese is no safe place left but the government of Atlantikas is trying to rebuild

Tarazed is on its knees.

Despite its vast anti ICBM defense shield, the sheer volume of missiles fired during the 'war' proved too much for even the mightiest Tarazedian defensive measure. Of all the hundreds of missiles fired at Tarazed during the war, only three got through.
More than enough to cripple the nation.

The first warhead, a missile of untraceable origin and a payload in the Megatons, struck one hundred meters off the coast of Ferentus City. With most of the city attempting to evacuate after the Emergency Broadcast System's warning, most of its population were stuck in large pileups on each of the city's designated evacuation highways and as such were exposed when the missile detonated.
Total fatalities in the city alone remain above 10 million (88.9%).

The second warhead detonated in the center of New Fargate Cove, sending forward a tsunami of radioactive water in every direction. Every settlement on the banks of the Cove apart from Barrymore City was wiped off the map, although the casualties in Barrymore city are beyond catastrophic themselves.
Total fatalities in the area remain above 15 million (98.9%).

The third warhead detonated three kilometers from the center of Berianta city, wiping out a substantial part of the outer city and a large number of towns which surrounded the city. Very little remained of Berianta city after the detonation with most of its population dying instantly.
Total fatalities in the area remain above 18 million (78.5%).

With its army in disarray and most of its power grid offline, chaos seems set to rise as the remnants of Tarazed's military scrambles to contain the inevitable nuclear fallout before it spreads to areas unaffected by the destruction brought on by nuclear fire and to locate President Damion White - who was visiting Ferentus Military Base at the time of the attack.
Tarazed has also expended almost half of its nuclear armament through retaliatory strikes and its ZEUS Orbital Kinetic Bombardment Station has entered its cool-down period.

The warlike Federation of New Norse was one of the first nations to get Nuked. In response New Norse also sended some nukes but it was to late. New Norse got bombarded with nuclear missiles. The capital City New Birka as well as Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Gothenburg and Malmö where destroyed by Nuclear Missiles. All of denmark as well as most of the southern parts of Norway and Sweden are now uninhabitable. After five weeks the surviving parts of the goverment and military suceded at taking control over most part of the former Federation. A mass evacuation has begun to the northern parts of the scandinavian peninsula. Most parts there where spared from missiles. But it is hard surviving there. Mass hysteria and starvation is comon in the refuge camps. And theyre is still some radiation in the air even there.

The goverment is trying to find and select the strongest most healthy as well as the smartest and most fertile citizens for a project. They are going to colonize Svalbard. Not a single missile where sent there the air is clean and the Seed vault on Svalbard can be a usefull resource to get the economy going. The goverment of New Norse hopes to sell seeds to nations that has gotten all or most of theyre plantlife and crops either destroyed or maybe even extinct because of the nuclear fallout.

[Leveat]

Most of Leveat was unharmed in the initial wave of nuclear attacks. It was lucky enough to not be directly targeted, though a few northern areas were affected by fallout from nearby Scotatrova.

That changed in the second wave.

It seems another nation had received an attack that it believed to be from Leveat, and retaliated. The capital city, Nouvelle, was all but destroyed in the first attack. The city of Eau-Belle has also been purged.

Most of the Levian government's location is unknown. When the first wave was noticed a state of emergency was raised, and many officials were rushed into bunkers.
However, many of these officials were driven to go outside to see everything for themselves and either died in medical facilities or disappeared.

Leveat is lucky enough to maintain control of all of its territory. Prime Minister Lia Eustis is known to be safe in a bunker near Nouvelle. She has been granted emergency powers, including rule by decree, for the time being.
Most of the rest of the officials have disappeared. Ms. Eustis has been made emergency General of the Levian Arms until the standard General is found.
The military has been cut in half, but is managing to retain control of Leveat. Ms. Eustis has seen to it that all remaining reserves are active. Leveat is at 6L Red.

[Barboneia]

As stated before, a small resistance group was founded in the town of Partsington, The Northern Lands, as to try and stop The Surviving States of Barboneia from taking control of the rest of the country. This group, calling themselves the New Barboneian Resistance Front, often attacked SSB troops traveling from the capital of the Surviving States, Talecton, to the town of New Vesper in the south. As retribution for this, a small force of around 500 soldiers from the SSB moved into the town, killing all resistance, executing the leaders of the NBRS, and burning the town to the ground, effectively finishing what the missiles failed to do. Any refugees fleeing the city were shot on sight. However, no one outside of the central command of the SSB and the soldiers who commited the acts know of the atrocity.

Reports from The Great South, outside of the SSB's jurisdiction, state that some elements of the Resistance Front persist, although this has not been confirmed. Meanwhile, the city of New Vesper has begun a citywide rationing, as supplies from Talecton have been failing to arrive, and small independently owned farms outside of the city refuse to aid the SSB.

Of important note is that a small scouting party has been sent into the neighboring country of New Norse in an attempt to find the remains of it's leadership and to discuss post war relations. Most reports however state that they have come across nothing but refugee camps and small settlements of no note. What will become of them is unknown.

After the government moved to the unaffected Northern city of Agon, the president and many others noticed that the North was not hit as hard as the rest of the nation. Since the South is so heavily populated it might explain why so many cities were devastated. Even though the North was not hit some areas are full of radiation and fallout lingering from the South.

The nearby city of Ugion was hit by 3 nuclear weapons which wiped the city out in the blink of an eye. All that is left is the remains of former large city. Buildings were reduced to their metal skeletons only leaving reduced metal husks and thousands upon thousands of skeletons litter the streets.

For the survival of their people, President Gabriel Marquez sent out a message to look for any other nations that had survived the nuclear fire. He heard on several news stations in the beginning that several nations had not received any blasts but that was before the power and water went out across the nation.

Ferentus City

Damion White lifted himself out of the final leg of the bunker he'd been relocated to, cringing at the sudden assault on his eyes from the sun's glare. He glanced around the area where he stood, in place of the naval base which once stood here - the largest in the nation - only ash remained. Currents of dust smothered his feet as they were dragged along by the wind and the few buildings that were still standing bore the ghostly jet black shadows of various personnel who were not fortunate enough to get below ground before the detonation.
In the distance, one of Tarazed's mightiest aircraft carriers - the TNV Osman - lurched hazardously against the struts of a large bridge, all of its blackened aircraft could be seen scattered across the area.

Several marines scanned the area ahead of him - all of them dressed in radiation protective combat suits, setting up a series of tents before moving out of the base to look for survivors.

"Commander!" White called out as he stumbled slightly, this couldn't be real, "What's our status!?"
"I couldn't tell you sir!" The marine commander replied as he came out of one of the recently set up tents, "We're still trying to get communications back up!"
"Tell me as soon as you get a line to someone!"
"Yes sir!"

Daramonty City

Daramonty City stood intact, protected by the STARWARS defense program. However, most of the city was still without power and panic was beginning to set in as the local police and national guard raced to calm everybody down and restore order. Several plumes of smoke reached out from the Daramonty suburbs into the yellowing sky...

"Vice President!" shouted one of Jane Forset's aides as he ran into her office with a document, startling her.
"Good god Samuels!" Jane shouted back as she wiped a tear from her eye, "Knock before you enter next time!"
"Sorry ma'am..." he replied, looking somewhat guilty, "However...we just received a message."
"From who? We've barely had stable power for three hours!"
"Scotatrova Madam Vice President..."
"That's outstanding...which said?""

The aide passed the document to her.

Jane read out the message aloud as she skimmed over it quickly, "This is Gabriel Marquez,President of Scotatrova. I send this broadcast out to any other surviving nations out there. We here in Scotatrova's North have survived and are thriving. Please, if anyone else survived this catastrophe, respond. We have made it. I repeat, Scotatrova has made it through."
She paused for a few moments, "Send a reply immediately, inform them of our current condition..."
"Which is?" the aide asked as he took several steps backwards
"Stable..." Jane replied in a hushed tone as she turned around and looked out of her window to see a Tarazedian naval group forming up off the coast, "For now..."

Xenophon Military Base

Xenophon's airfields had scrambled to high alert, launching squadrons of TX-11's every few minutes that were packed with supplies such as food, water and medicine. Most of the ground vehicles were still dormant and awaiting a reboot of their power supplies.
About three hundred meters down, the Tarazedian top brass were trying to formulate a coordinated ground response to the developments which were arriving every few minutes.

"We still haven't located the President..." General Montgomery muttered as the lights flickered again, their power had been disrupted by the detonations around Berianta and they were still having trouble keeping them stable, "What's the Ferentus task force's status?"
After a brief pause he received an answer.
"ETA twenty minutes..."
"Well then...let's hope we get him. Otherwise we're in at the deep end here..."

Tarazedian Message to Scotatrova

This is a message from the Tarazedian government. It's good to here from you. Our situation is still developing, however we have confirmed the losses of three of our ten most populated cities and surrounding areas. Our military has yet to come up with a way to prevent the spread of the nuclear fallout and we have no contact with our national board of top scientists. President Damion White is also missing and presumed dead, Jane Forset will be sworn in as President at 4PM TST today if he has not been located by then. Casualty numbers are also still rising. If you recive this message, respond immediately. We do not know how long this frequency will be stable for...

"Sir!" A man came rushing to Gabriel
"Wow, slow down. What's wrong?"
The man caught his breath "We have received word that Tarazed has survived but suffered massive casualties. You want to respond sir?"
"I would love to. I always knew Tarazed would make it through, with their technology." The president followed the man and heard the message repeating itself. He responded after listening for the 3rd time.

Amazing that Tarazed has made it. We have suffered heavy numbers as well. The entire states of Ibaea and Atalon in the South that had populations of over 400 million people remain devastated while the state of Cortana in the North houses the nation's remaining population. I am sorry to hear about Damion. He was a good man. Hopefully our governments can rebuild.

The information officers were leaning over their computers, squinting at the dimly lit screens. They were listening in on all radio traffic throughout the country, listening on survivor reports, people talking to each other, and such. There was one officer, however, who had access to a larger receiver range. He was using it to listen in on broadcasts from other countries. He was just about to take his headphones off and retire to his quarters for the night. But, a certain message caught his attention.

"This is Gabriel Marquez,President of Scotatrova. I send this broadcast out to any other surviving nations out there. We here in Scotatrova's North have survived and are thriving. Please, if anyone else survived this catastrophe, respond. We have made it. I repeat, Scotatrova has made it through."

His eyes widened.
"Holy....."
"Something wrong, Dave?"
His superior was standing over him, looking down at him with eyebrows raised.
"Sir, it is CRUCIAL you summon the prime minister!"
His superior sighed. "Is it really that important?"
He played the message aloud for everyone to hear. Everyone was staring at him with a shocked expression.
"I'll get the prime minister right away", the superior said, darting off to get the PM.

Prime Minister Jeffrey Lewis was staring at the after-battle reports on the massacre at Parstsington. He was rubbing his temple, and furrowed his brows. He was lifting his flask to his mouth when Superior Information Officer Corinsa ran into his office.
"Sir, you're not going to believe this, but the-"
"Can you not see that I'm trying to do something very important? What is so needed from me that you must bother me?"
"Sir, we just received a broadcast from Scotatrova."
Lewis's scowl turned to a smile.
"This is just what we need right now!"

After listening to the message, Lewis broadcasted his own message in an attempt to contact Scotatrova.

"This is Prime Minister Jeffrey Lewis of the Surviving States of Barboneia. I'm pleased to know that you, and your country, have survived the nuclear blasts. We here in Barboneia are doing fine. However, most of the southern part of the country is under the control of violent rebels, opposing our authority. I believe they think that the missiles were an excuse to have a new government. I'll assure that that's not the case. But, enough about my country, I'd be much happier to know the state of your country. Please, respond as quickly possible."

"It'll reach them soon enough, sir.", SIO Corinsa said.
"I hope so.", grumbled Lewis.
