The troops tie her up, and send her with USP to go to prison while they sort this out. The expedition team investigates the plane shipping it by itself entirely to the Stasi.

Hoffman is taken captive, and the remaining forces in the area are consolidated. She is flown to the closest Volkstradi City, heavily guarded by Tetragz and Togerian knights.

"We have a little here from the Stasi..... Evidently they are more groups of the ARM operating completely independently of the main group we attacked here. A Cell system. We know of one right now..... This one's bad though, completely composed from hardened 99th Sturmtruppen veterans. All their new recruits are evidently drawn from the military of various countries, rather than anyone who wants to join like the other cells. Not sure where they are though..... We're working on it."

"I'm torn on the matter of Hoffman. She deserves it, that I don't deny. But she has valuable information, she's an asset. As for the other cells, I disagree. The thing about cells is they don't have any contact with eachother, only to Central Command, which we just destroyed, and operate completely independently. Most don't even know about eachother. It's obvious that this base had all the data on them, but killing the central command won't stop the survival of the others.

"We send teams to take out the smaller, weaker ones, then we use combined tactics to take out the bigger ones. We need fully operational stealth suits and power armor, both is which I can provide. I just need everyone here to be on board. We keep Hoffman alive for now, at least until she gives us the information."
