SITUATION;

Uprising in Kamyshev area begun in 2010, when insurgent organisation, nationalist Christian Front of Kamyshev arose against the socialdemocratic government of President Dzokhar Ilyev. Composed of brave mountaineers, CFK managed to score number of victories against the government, capturing the mountainous regions of the county. Currently, however, thanks to multi-national intervention the insurgents were pushed back. Now, in 2014 despite insurgents being pushed back the fight still rages. Located in the region of Azurak, he city of Zargabad, under command of Legendary General Aslan Tuganov is controlled by CFK, which successfully secured support from local population and uses the city as raid base for attacks on oil installations located in neighbouring province. This state of situation can not be tolerated by coalition forces, which must take the city and drive out insurgents


Geographical information;

Zargabad is located in the Kamyshev mountains, in Hot Summer Continental Climate according to Köppen scale. Surrounding city are high alpine mountains. The city has 210 000 citizens living in it and square area of 130 square kilometres.

Forces Information;

[*] Insurgents (OPFOR) managed to gather around 3 100 militants in the city. The militants are well armed, in variety of arms, but mostly old soviet ones. They are in possession of MANPADS and infantry AT systems. They are well entrenched, fanatical and know the terrain with population supporting them. However their level of training does not match BLUFOR one, neither do armaments.

[*] BLUFOR forces are regular army numbering around 10 000 men (total), reinforced division in conventional military. Their fire power and training surpasses insurgents greatly, but they lack knowledge of terrain. They attack from SOUTHEAST.

Victory objectives;

Victory Objectives - BLUFOR

BLUFOR has a single victory objective. If it is met, then BLUFOR is victorious.

1. Drive out OPFOR from the city.

BLUFOR will be defeated if one or more of the following conditions are met:

1. RBLUFOR suffers more than 700 casualties (dead and wounded).
2. BLUFOR kills more than 600 civilians.

Victory Objectives - OPFOR

Like BLUFOR, OPFOR has a single objective. If it is met, then OPFOR is victorious.

1. Prevent BLUFOR from taking the city.

OPFOR will be defeated if one or more of the following conditions are met:

1. OPFOR suffers enough losses to prevent it from mounting an effective resistance against BLUFOR. This varies for component force to component force, but in Fallujah, it took nearly the entire insurgent force to be captured or killed.

Different for OPFOR and BLUFOR, because of different types of armies. Your ORBAT should be few decentralized units, possibly battalion sized.
