The Colony of Vissish Kahkassia is not involved in the conflict in any way. However, we and our government back in Vissegaard wish for peace, as you already know - and by international peace, we also mean international free trade. While we understand the concerns of yours, there are two more factors to count with for us:
- Security of the Vissish people: while united communist Herakugan could be seen as a potential threat (though a small one), a divided one is a threat no more. And if our fascist comrades win this war, the reborn Herakugan will have probably a more friendly attitude towards the nations like us.
- Profit of the Vissish people: a communist Herakugan is definitely not a good trade partner, while our friends in Kenzinia (and therefore also the Herakugian fascists) are also among our most valuable customers.

We have split our main forces into two smaller forces, each has 2,500 troops, 90 'Hunter' assault jeeps, 10 M2A1 MBTs, and 15 D-Hand Mk1 attack choppers. Both are advancing to the border of Herakugan shortly, one force are heading to the city of Herot, and the other to Jovanop. They will clear out any resistance found in the area.

In the meantime, the central government is debating on whether to airdrop more troops, or send some informants and secret agents behind Herakugani lines.

The Novaya Equestrian government, hearing what's going on in Herakugan, has decided to send medical and relief supplies.

Chairman Schicklgruber expresses his support for the fascist rebels in Herakugan. He said in a statement today "The nation of Gyrenaica has a history of supporting fascists within other nations. We will support the Herakugan rebels, also. We will send them military and financial support starting with a "loan" of $2.2 billion."

Due to recent advances in weapons technology, The commonwealth of Serpentai has decided to deploy several COBRA class tanks equipped with experimental DEW's (direct energy weapons) to the Herakugan conflict, it is unknown how effective the new weapons shall be, but we hope for a great success.

Vissish troops in central Herakugan have intercepted several supply transporters of unknown origin. About fifty captives, claiming to be Serpentaian, were brought to and interned in Vissish bases in Herot. They will be immediately sent home, if Serpentaian government is willing to vouch for them. The intercepted medical supplies will be managed by Vissish Command Centre.

Our forces are ready to move out and advance further into Herakugan communist territory. The first group will advance towards Kommuna, and the second will set up a temporary camp 65 kilometers west of Karuha and wait for a shipment of ammunition, food and medicines before they'll advance towards the capital.

In the meantime we've decided to send 3,500 airborne troops which will be dropped into enemy territory just outside Baranova, along with 40 assault jeeps and 10 M2A1 MBTs. They will advance towards Malksi shortly. A shipment of 15 GZ-45 AA jeeps are also being sent and will be spread evenly between the three groups to deal with Serpentai's airstrikes.

The fascist state of Lupustania whishes to express it's support for the rebels and will be supplying them with arms, amunition and funding.

A first batch is already on it's way and will contain 100 surface to air missile launchers, 150 handheld anti tank rocketlaunchers, 300 assault rifles and 80 crates of ammunition as well as 1000000 Radaks in funds

The United Socialist States of Ryaanistan has been monitoring the situation in Herakugan for some time now and would urge all parties to think of the Herakugan people who are being devastated by the war and violence. It is clear that the people of Herakugan did not ask for this revolt and if they did, they did not ask for the violence to be followed from it. The United Socialist States of Ryaanistan supports peace in all developing countries, and especially those terrorized by war, for war is the enemy of all humanity. Therefore, The United Socialist States of Ryaanistan would like to propose a peace summit. A gathering of all nations involved in the conflict, both fascist and communist. The summit will be held in the capital city of Marxgrad in The United Socialist States of Ryaanistan. We will organize a peace treaty and divide the territory of Herakugan into a communist section and a fascist section if parties come into an agreement.

Comrades, we want nothing more than to see peace return to Herakugan. The people of Herakugan are crying out for peace to return to their great nation. It is time to put an end to the fighting and let diplomacy resume.

Also, this would probably the simplest possible way of transfering the Serpentaian citizens, who are now held in captivity, if the government of Serpentai accepts our request and stops the airstrikes in West Herakugan.
Please, think about this proposal.

Excellent! This seems reasonable. We will back peace talks in Kahkassia as long as Ryaanistan can reside (not to be confused with presiding) over the talks in the interests of the people of Herakugan. We can understand your disagreement with splitting Herakugan, but terms shall be discussed at the summit. That is only one option out of many, but any option that supports peace in Herakugan and fair treatment in regards to the divisions of its populace is an option that the United Socialist States of Ryaanistan can support.

The Itranian Political Party has voiced their support for the Fascist rebels, seeing them as liberators of a corrupt land made up of corporations. The Itranian Workers Party however sees the Herakugan government as a way to fight Fascism and create a more stable Socialist state. The other parties have mostly kept quiet.

All still hope for a rebel faction that will bring True Communism with business outlawed and equality forever.

Ambassador Akinyi Nikolayev was tired from the flight between Ryaanistan and Kahkassia, but she was prepared to speak before the great nations gathered in the name of peace and security. She took her seat at a large round table that had been prepared for the gathering, and waited for the ambassador of Kahkassia to greet them. She was anxious to begin the peace talks as this would be her first conference. She wanted to prove herself to her peers in the Administration of Foreign Affairs and was filled with a passionate heart that echoed from her presence.

Colonel Utowal, administrator of the Colonial Office, entered the room. When he spotted the Ryaanistani ambassador, he slightly bowed.

"I wish you a most pleasant day, miss Nikolayev. My name is Janck Utowal and I am the provisional head of Kahkassian government. Today, I will partially represent the interests of Kahkassian people, but I will share this privilege with my predecessor, Senator Prokhofiev."

Now a massive, heavily bearded man emerged behind Colonel. He nodded towards ambassador Nikolayev and took a seat by her right side. Colonel sat down at the opposite side of the table.
He looked at the huge clock above the door, checking the time. It was 12:07.

"We can expect the Vissish delegation to arrive in ten minutes. Until then, please, be comfortable."

[Kenzinia]

Oldston, Kahkassia
12:10 Local Time

Vice President Riza Al-Qadri walked down the built-in stairs of the Bombardier CRJ 1000 jet. He rushed into the limousine and checked his watch before saying, "Could you please step on it? I really don't want to be late for such an important meeting,"

The driver did as he was told and in less than 10 minutes they have arrived at the meeting room. He saw the Colonel, Senator, and Ambassador sitting at their respective seats.

"Afternoon, mister Janck. I'm Riza Al-Qadri, Kenzinia's Vice President. The President sends his apologies for not being here to represent our nation in this meeting, but important matters of state have detained him," the Vice President said, shaking the Colonel's hand.

He turned over towards the Senator and Ambassador and greeted them. "It's a pleasure to meet you all in person," he said before taking a seat next to the Colonel.

A few seconds later, Ambassador Richard Edmonson entered the room, followed by a couple of diplomats. They did the same as the Vice President did before sitting next to him.

[Cardulan]

Throughout Cardulan a national day of celebration will be held to hail the heroic deeds of His Imperial Majesty Hiram III. Not only was an other nation liberated from the yoke of bolshevism but this was done with a minimum of bloodshed. This way of governance should be an example to insane warmongers who just for the fun of it try everything to murder innocent civilians and bring back the regime of terror which once oppressed the poor people of Herakugan.

As thousands of people march through the streets of Cardulan brandishing portraits of Emperor Hiram III. and waving Vissegaard banners to celebrate the liberation the Royal Government can not stand idly by. Cardulan will give full support to Vissenaard and will always back the Emperor’s decisions.

As a first measure we suggest the full incorporation of Vissish Herakugan into the realm. Fully confident of the fact that there is no army on earth or in hell which could withstand the wrath of Vissenaard we nonetheless offer our support in pacifying the recently liberated territories. Driving out the last remaining terrorists and foreign mercenaries could take longer than anticipated, considering their barbaric methods used by these bandits.

The door opened once more and a man marched stridently in. He was dressed in a grey and blue uniform of Vissish guard troops and carried a field helmet under his arm. He saluted everybody present by a bow and introduced himself:

"Good afternoon. I'm Ander Swonick, Guard General of the Order of Eagle and the representative of the Divine Empire of Vissegaard for this peace summit."

He took a seat next to Ambassador Richard Edmonson and placed the helmet onto the table. Then he smiled at his colleagues.

"I think we could begin with proposing our ideas of a peaceful solution for the Herakugan Crisis and affiliated geopolitical matters. These shall be recapitulated, when the representatives from Serpentai and possibly Cardulan arrive. Ladies first."

He nodded towards the Ryaanistani representative, miss Nikolayev.
