Given the recent backlash among members of the Blood & Steel Pact in regards to the WTO, the Premier of Vahn is setting stipulations for Vahn's involvement in the WTO.

1. NO military action of any kind will be directed against members of the B&S Pact.
2. No direct intervention will be taken to aid declared enemies of the Pact, with the exception of evacuation of refugees.

The Premier also wishes to inform the Pact of what it will take as a responsibility as a member of the WTO.

1. Will extend the existing anti piracy fleets to protect shipping lanes of importance to the Pact. (As opposed to our initial policy of protecting Vahnite and CIS shipping exclusively)
2. Evacuation of refugees from war-torn nations.
3. Foreign intervention in conflicts that threaten world stability*
*Unless at the expense of the Pact

The Premier sincerely hopes that these amendment to our entry into the WTO will make our benefactors aware that our participation in the WTO will NOT contradict out loyalty to the B&S Pact,

If it looked like Vahn was wiping its hands of any assistance towards your expansion into England, it's because thats exactly what Vahn is doing. You annexed England and Wales under your own power.

Taking the above into account, it hasn't been a week since then, so please wait a bit before annexing the Netherlands. Its not as if they can be annexed from under you.

The Vanite Department of Maritime Defense has announced that Vahnite shipyards will now commence production of submarines for the newly dubbed "Leviathan Fleet". Originally know as the White Fleet, the fleet is tasked with the defense of Vahnite waters. The current model of Vahnit military submarine is the "Underfyke Vessel". These "U Boats" will fill the role of patrol ship in the waters around the Irish and Scottish provinces of Vahn, as well as the waters around Vahn itself.

The Premier acknowledges Prusko's request that the Democratic States of Vahn withdraw from the WTO, but they will remind Prusko that all of the actions listed by Premier Vahl are compliant with the terms of our inclusion into the Pact. It is by your order to withdraw that we act, though we have not violated our agreements with the Pact. Action 1 listed above will continue, while policy 2 will remain unchanged. Policy 3 can only be carried out with the approval of Prusko to begin with, so it will remain unchanged.

Vahn must abstain from the WTO for reasons found above.

Vael said it was ok; I wasn't part of the Pact then, so I din't need Prusko to say yes on it; and it was spoils of conquest over Osphen (or rather, Corsica), not an annexation. Neither of you gave me any word on it after I gave these reasons so I'm airing the issue out in the RP.

White Rajahs of Sarawak have returned to their former kingdom and have taken it back with ease. The Rajah of Sarawak is pledging to share power with the people of Borneo if they surrender to his troops.

Sumal was rushing. It had taken him far too long to get here. Hopefully Garen was still alive, it was his duty to protect him.

Sumal passed security without a second glance. He was a high ranking official, and when Sumal came running it was a good idea to stay out of his way. He was a beast of a man, bred for war. 6ft 1, Black hair, inhumanly toned muscles. From a glance he would have looked like a Greek god, except for the vast amount of scars covering his arms and face. Garen was not Tall but by the gods he was strong. 5ft 6, brown hair and a stocky frame gave him the speed advantage in most fights. The spymaster, Janos. 6ft 7 thin frame, Hungarian features. He was the perfect fencer, with an almost inhuman amount of speed. Soon their combat prowess will be tested.

Sumal slams through the door to Garens advisory room, to find Garen and the spymaster having a cup of tea. Garen looks completely shocked, and the spymaster showed hints of surprise.
Garen: By the gods man! I made you tea calm down!
He still has no idea what is going on, the fool is making jokes. Sumal thought.

Sumal: Get away from the spymaster!

The spymaster's plan was in jeopardy, and he knew the only way to salvage his plan was to turn Garen against his childhood friend. How to do this the spymaster thought? He had agents at every door except the one in. He could make it look like the assassins came with him. But plotters of a major assassinations don't often bust through their marks doors yelling to get away from people. Hmm a precarious situation, so many plans. The time for thinking came to a close when the spymaster saw Sumal's revolver trained on his head.

The spymaster stood up quickly grabbing and pushing Garen behind him. A risky situation seeing as an enemy was in front of him, and a potential enemy was behind him. But It was better now to appear as a loyal vassal. No matter, He drew his sword.

Garen: What the hell is going on here!
Sumal: Garen get away from him!
Spymaster: Sir stay behind me, he was the one responsible for Cilia's murder!

The Spymaster knew that had done it. At the first mention of Cilia Garen was enraged, but not only at Sumal.

Garen pulled 1 revolver and a custom luger out of his thigh holster and waist holster. He took aim at both Sumal and the spymaster.

Now in somewhat of a standoff the spymaster stood within striking distance of Garen, but he had 2 guns trained on him.

Garen: YOU BOTH ARE GOING TO SIT DOWN AND TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON!

the agent's were only feet from Garen. Garen tensed.

Garen: Twe'duell!

The agents stopped immediately.
Sumal laid down his gun, the agents backed off. One thing the spymaster hadn't been counting on is the Moorwhyneian sense of Honor. Garen had just challenged him and to a duel, And the agents being Moorwhyneian had to respect that challenge. Garen dropped his guns and stalked to a wall, where an ornate sword waited for him. He picked it off the wall, Garen never thought he would have to use his fathers dueling sword.

United Reform

To bring prosperity in Spain, high-ranking officials of Nationalist Party propose a reform. A reform that will turn Spain into a federation of states united under one ruler. States like Catalonia, Andalusia, Aragon, etc will be ruled by a devolved government called "state president". Basilio let the people to vote a state presidents in every states before Basilio approve the reform.

Leonardo sat by the fire place in his manor, thinking about the events that transpired in the last 3 years. CIS formed, war is adverted, CIS flees norway, Zulus attack, CIS becomes tulas puppet, facists attack, CIS attacks facists, CIS defeats facists, and of course his father dying. he thought about all of these events, when he heard someon entering the room.

Leonardo felt fear overcome him, but he swallowed it and played it calm like. "gentlemen, if you wanted to chat you should have let me know". he walked over and sat down at his desk, turning on the small lamp near the edge. The man in the trenchcoat sat down in the chair in front of the desk and said "hello leonardo, it's been a while". "lonardo looked confused and said "my good sir i don't believe i know you name". the man in the trench coat leand over into the light, removing his fedora.

fredrik stood up and placed his hat on the desk "a double obviously, you really thought we wouldn't have one in place"

leonardo dug through his desk and pulled out a piece of paper, "alright fredrik, what buisness do you have here". fredrik became annoyed. "we intend on usurping you and taking over the CIS". leonardo began writing on the paper.
"usurp, the CIS. alright and do you have an appointment?". fredrik chuckled, he turned to one of the men with rifles, "Var Stal, yould you come here please?". One of the more buffer looking guards walked up to the desk.

"this, leonardo, is Var Stal. one of my norwegian compariots in the Facist Militia". leonardo looked amazed"ah yes, let me get out my book of historical records". leonardo bended down to open one of the lower drawers, hw picked up a large book, when bringing it back up, he hit a button under his desk. "Var Stal, var stal, AH here we go. Sennced to life in prison for Killing 67 police with a machin gun in oslo, norway, while in prison he started around 15 riots with a prison group h called the norwegian pagans. after the CIS's flee from norway he remained in pruskan occupied norway until breaking out, in the process killing 37 pruskan mp's. he was unheard of, until now i guess.". Var Stal removed his hat, and revealed a face to show a likeness to a certain georgian communist.

"now my leigh, there is much buisness we must discuss" Var said before pulling out a document.

Var placed the document on the desk and unrolled it, it showed the world map, but fairly, filled in. "after the Facist party takes control of the CIS, we shall conquer the entirety of the african continent" Var said pointing at certain parts of the map. Leonardo looked shocked,

"you can't possibly be serious, the glory and steel pact will destroy you." leonardo said reassuringly. Var chuckled, they won't be able to sop us, when they are fighting us from within their own political bodies. Insurgents, all over the World stage will commence strikes against the Governments, they won't be able to mobolize fast enough for us to stop them". leonardo stopped and thought, "no offense, but this plan is ludacrise".

There was then a knock at the door. Fredrik tuned in his char and signaled for his men to form up at the door. "house keeping" called a lady like voice from within the hall. "kill the bitch" fredrik whispered to the Guards. one of the guards open th door while the other aimed for the opening. in an instant the Guard by the opening's face was turned into mulch like waste.

Another guard tried tyo help the injured one up but was caught in a bullet hail and was tuned into an equivilant to swiss cheese. Var and another guard pushed the door closed and locked it but the door soon came under fire from a huge hail of bullets shredding the door to pieces. Fredrik grabed his pistol and started to fire at the door along with Var and the last guard.

Leonardo Slowly opened his bottom drawer and pulled out a mint condition 1911. he loaded a full clip and pointed the pistol up. before any of the facists could react, Leonardo shot the last guard square in the back of the head, killing him instantly. when fredrik turned to dispatch leonardo, leo beat him to the cut by shooting him in his right shoulder then his right leg 3 times. fredrik looked to Var and yelled " VAR, GET OUT OF HERE". Var followed his orders and jumpd out of the study's window disappearing into the night.

The Study door finally burst open and shattered when it hit the wall.

The army of the White Rajah has swept through the island, quelling anarchy and crushing insurrection. The last bastion of the leaders of the short-lived democracy has surrendered.

As victory becomes all but certain, the Rajah secludes himself in his palace with the surrendered leaders of the young democracy. The next day, the Rajah delivers a speech to his people and the world.

The age of tyranny has been succeeded by half a decade of chaos and war. The people of Borneo have witnessed first tyranny by one man, and then they have witnessed tyranny by the many. One held a stiffing grip one the masses, the other driving them to blood-soaked chaos. We have all undoubtedly seen the flaws and merits of both systems of rule. Today I stand here to announce an alternative to both. Both the Rajah and the masses shall lead this nation, hand in hand. I will remain the Rajah of our newly united nation, but my rule shall be shared with a council of citizens, elected by popular vote. This system of governance will ensure the balance of power between those blessed with the right of rule and those who are ruled. May this new formation of governance lead us safely in the future.

The Kingdom of Rajahdesu is now led jointly by the Rajah and the Citizens Council.
