Dispatch from Vladimir Tula to Kaiser Wilhelm II:Kaiser Wilhelm II,
Congratulations on your new title. As for the engine in the current model of A7V, the Ismeili model works just well, if you would like to make your own model that is fine but the project's success has been in due mostly to this Ismeili model of engine and I do not wish to set back this project any more than it already is. Furthermore anymore accusations that I can't keep my part of the project secure will be seen as a personal insult against not only myself but against my nation as well, I do not like personal insults against my nation. We are secure, and we are moving on schedule, please I will inform you of anything else that is of concern to you but find it within yourself to respectfully reply next time as well.

Dear Vladimir.
I do apologize but I didn't mean to insult you or your nation, I was just concerned over some secuirty threats with the communist spies, I really didn't mean any disrespect. I also wish to address the trade, I forgot about the free trade since I am very busy here in Prussia. I will be just informing you than that some trade ships will be going back in fourth from Prussia to Tula for some material needed for our design being tested.
To king Wilhelm II
The CIS has made improvement to the tank prototypes and has made a waterproofing system for a tank model. They have also designed a new engine model to help with crossing trenches. Please use these at your leisure.
Sincerely,
Leonardo Witt the fourth
