Fall of Nationalist government

In recent survey, 67% of Spain's population didn't like Gilberto's reign and their reason is that since the flu began to struck, people started to hate him and his authority because the government funding was spent mostly in military not in health, education, etc which the Red Cross is out of funding to stop the flu spreading to the devastated nation. And this crisis led Spaniards rebel the nationalist government and angry mobs subsequently rebelled in Madrid.

Spaniards regrets the nationalist idea that was adopt in their government which leads to the devastating situation in Spain and now they want the monarchy back but this time, they hate the Bourbons and they want the a rich family living in Galicia region, the Farshonian family, is eager to rule the country.

Postby Farshonia » Mon Dec 29, 2014 7:10 pm

500 angry mobs gathered in Madrid Town Square and suddenly nationalist troops fired their weapons to them and it was ordered by Gilberto to stop them from assembling. All of poor mobs are killed. This massacre would make the citizens rage and this event has spread to other parts of country and the uprising of Madrid begins as well as the future war against nationalism.

General Jurval and his aide-de-camp Lucien Defusil remain at the rear of the group of the allied commanders, talking between themselves in French. From time to time they glance at the others when they share their suggestions or vouch for their opinions.

"Mon Général, are you sure about this Option 3? It's quite unconventional, and if it fails, we'll be left in a rather compromising position."

"It's not my position to make that call. High command will want Option 3: we just can't take the casualties. Besides, if it fails, I assume we'll simply go through with a contingency plan. Option 1, I'd say. It's more conventional and reduces civilian deaths."

"Quoi? What nonsense is this? We have over 716,000 troops in the north alone thanks to Ismeili rail lines. 1,116,000 in total, after the Red Sea convoy made its second trip to Aden just yesterday. What the hell do you mean, we can't take the casualties of a single offensive?"

"No, no, no- you miss the point. Haven't you heard the rumors?"

"Of the emperor abdicating? They aren't true, are they?"

Jurval pauses to light a cigar. He offers one to Defusil, who declines, before continuing. "Yes, yes they are true. But not if we win this war. The reason we're here to attain glory, inspire national pride by bringing all the peoples of the Empire together through the bonding and camaraderie of war. You see, if we have high casualties public opinion will turn against the war and the Emperor. The nobles will force him out and take power for themselves. But if we can gain such support for the Emperor and his war that the very idea of him stepping down inspires outrage, he can keep his throne."

"Bah. These Vaelian politics will be the death of this nation. I only care about gaining glory for the French of the Empire."

Jurvael exhales smoke, gesturing with the cigar. "Yes, that's exactly the whole plan. The French, the Italians, the Czechs, the Hungarians and all the rest. Show them what they can achieve together, show them the strength of each other and of the Empire- or at the very least, give them all a slice of glory to keep them happy for awhile. This is a chance to end the war in one swift stroke, cut out the heart of the enemy and end the bastard who started this in one movement, while still giving our boys a chance for glory. Besides, it seems by now our comrades have all but agreed on this."

"Oui, I see your point. Shall we voice also our support?"

Switching to the language the G&S Pact officials were all using to talk, Jurvael gave the Vaelgracht Empire's agreement to Option 3's plan. "Sorry to keep you waiting gentlemen. We find this third plan agreeable, and we'll do all we can to see it through. If it ends in failure, we can always fall back upon the first option."

Switching rapidly back to French, Jurvael gives Lucien his orders. "Right then, our heavy artillery will be necessary for this focused assault. Get all the 305mm Schlanke Emma siege guns you can lay your hands on. We've 38 or so in the north, but if you can steal some from the troops in Aden in time for the offensive do it. The French 75mm we have are superior to the GebK M 15s at longer ranges, but are in shorter supply. Use them accordingly. The lighter GebKs we'll use as infantry support. Everything else, from 80 to 240mm we'll use for an over-whelming initial bombardment." He flips through a field report handed to him by an aide, scanning the numbers detailing the strength of Vaelgracht troops in Northern Yemen. "We'll use all our tanks for this. It'll be rather close to an all or nothing at this rate, but we'll certainly give them one hell of a pounding at least. We'll go over this in depth later, but for now just get everything organized. And don't bother keeping these movements a secret. The plan needs them to know we're coming, and I want to show off our big guns before we show them what they can do."

"Oui mon Général. It will be done."

Jurvael stuffs is cigar back in his mouth as Lucien salutes and hurries off to fulfill his orders. "Let's get this damn thing finished so we can go to another war."

Vienna, Vaelgracht Empire

Meanwhile, on the homefront...

"How goes the war, Tibor? Any reports since last I was here?" Mikhail sighs as he sits at his desk, looking up to Tibor as the advisor flips through a stack of reports.

"Nothing so far. We're still preparing the assault on the capital. It seems to be the end game now. Maybe we'll stop this tyrant soon and restore some honour back to Hungarians everywhere."

"Don't worry about that."

"Yes... instead we'll worry about Scotatrova. No to mention the situation brewing in Africa."

"Yes... it seems their new found identity of aggressive expansionism makes them a rather large threat to us. And the CIS seems to be on the brink of a war with its neighbor. We'll have to hold a meeting between the leaders of the Glory and Steel Pact."

"Yes, but one thing at a time Mikhail. The war comes first. Remember that if we do poorly in Moorwhyne the Empire will likely shatter."

"Hmph." Mikhail takes a drink from a glass of water and stands, walking over to the window and looking out. "If that were to occur, New Austria and her rulers would no doubt be rejoined with their homeland. I cannot allow these Fascists to have power there or here. Issue a proclamation against them. As soon as we put down our first tyrant, we'll help the Hapsburgs put down another. Perhaps... perhaps we can be reconciled over that revolution then."

To: Fascist New Austria
From: Vaelgracht Empire

To the Fascist slavers who now dishonour the people of New Austria by claiming to control her people,

We demand that you end your disgusting regime and return the country you have stolen through force to its rightful owners, the Austrian Hapsburg monarchs. Or, if in your barbaric and savage take over you killed them all, you will give the people of your land democracy. If you fail at this you will face the condemnation and judgement of the Vaelgracht Empire and all civilized nations who have lent their voices in outcry against your crimes such as our esteemed ally, the Democratic States Vahn. It is not our wish to make war, but we fear if your crimes against the people of New Austria and the world continue we will be forced to intervene.

To: All Glory and Steel Pact member nations
From: Emperor Mikhail I
Security: High

Upon the completion of the war in Moorwhyne, or earlier if deemed necessary, I would request we hold a conference to discuss matters of the Pact and the state of the world. Matters to be discussed will undoubtedly include land claims, the ensuing aftermath of the conflict in Moorwhyne, the Spanish Flu, and the matter of dealing with several significant threats to the Pact that have arisen as of late. It is my hope that you all will have peace and security once these troubled times are over.

With the structures of Çelmarin's Southern Governmental sector crumbling under the weight of Moorwhyneic and Vaelian bombardment, along with the combined movement of the coalitions forces to that area. The first phase of plan 3 seems to be coming along nicely. With Ismeili officials unable to come to a stable agreement, the rest of the coalition will act without their help for the time being.

The Çelmarin Hospital complex is were we believe Janos is being held. From what we can gather he has caught the flu , and will probably be highly guarded. The only problem is that there are 5 buildings in the Çelmarin Hospital Complex and he could be in one of them at any given time. 3 of them are hospital blocks 1 is a medical storage bay(he probably isn't there, however we should make sure) and the other is a recreational center. The reason we can't simply bomb the hospital is because there are not only 150 staff members there, but perhaps some 240 wounded soldiers and workers.

Garen has organized 4 elite teams all consisting of 20 members each. 2 teams will cover each other along different routes until the area becomes to hot. Then all of the teams will split up and go separate routes to the ultimate target...

Çelmarin Hospital Complex.
The other leaders need to organize teams and set strategies, then we will launch operation Stormbreaker.

Field Commander Mayer has organized a task force of veterans of the first Moorwhynian conflict. Each operative speaks at least some of the Moorwhynian language and will be disguised in captured Loyalist uniforms. To prevent friendly fire, each operative also wears a blue armband. This should be sufficient to prevent Vahnite troops from being fired upon by their comrades and should also, at least partially, forestall the suspicion of any Loyalist troops in the hospital.

They will be divided into 6 teams of 15. The 4 teams will sweep the buildings in pairs, and will be equipped with concealable weaponry. The remaining 2 teams will be equipped with MAWs and will guard strategic locations to ensure that Janos does not escape.

The search team will start with the recreation and storage buildings, followed by the hospital blocks. The gunnery teams will follow to guard the search buildings.

Vahnite forces are ready to assist in operation Stormbreaker.

I've heard about you disguise plan, and I like it a lot.
But there isn't any way your going to get in there only disguised. Not to be rude, but your people are quite pale, and most of the loyalists are either Hungarian or full Yemini. So I will divert one of my strike teams to take out a power grid station. When this happens you will be able to sneak by the 3 check points on the way to Çelmarin hospital complex without much trouble.
I would also advise waiting for my well armed strike teams to arrive before assaulting Janos's position.

The officer leading the Vahnite team, Captain Kjeldsen, snubs out his cigarette and nods.

"We'll wait for your men before making any direct attack if we find him. We'll be set up in position. The disguises aren't meant to fool anyone for more than a moment. We planned to sweep the less occupied buildings first anyways. We'll leave the patient wards to your men. Find a way to signal us if you find him, and we'll move in to support."

My men are not wearing any armbands but if your men can't recognize the Old guard Moorwhyneic army uniform then they might not be the best fit for this.

The assault team was ready.
Fast and violent, fast and violent. Remember your urban combat training.
The officers drilled their men furiously, the men would remember the plan until their last moments on a death bed.

"2 MINUITES!" Yelled a senior CIS officer.

"GO"
Had it really been 2 minutes? Never mind time to fight.

After about 10 minuets of rushing from house to house trying to not be spotted, they met hostiles.

"CONTACT!" Screamed a Veteran soldier as a recoilless rifle shell slammed into wall behind them. The fighting was intense, Loyalists were everywhere. "There wasn't supposed to be this many" Screamed another soldier. It was clear that the men were losing, something needed to happen soon. "OVER HERE!" An open door to a 2 story apartment. They ran for their lives, once in the cover of the apartment they easily destroyed the rest of the loyalist forces. "There had to be at least what 80 of them?" "Why the hell were there so many?"
"SHUT IT" Yelled a Moorwhyneic Commander by the name of Muin. "KEEP YOUR HEADS CLEAR! Ammo check!" "good" "looking ok" "good" "could be better". "Any of our boys die?" They all look out the window and call role. 7 soldiers, 4 moorwhyneic and 3 CIS, they will be missed.

"1 kilometer to target." Yells Muin. As the soldiers advance they are nervous. That initial ambush was 60 meters before they expected contact. Not to mention the fact that there was 2 times the expected amount of Loyalists.
The men arrived at the expected destination unhindered. CIS troops started setting up along the western wall, Moorwhyneic soldiers setting up along the north wall.

"Go time Vahnites"

Captain Kjeldsen snubbed his last cigarette for the night and called to his team. It was time to go. The gunnery teams led the group as they slipped down the streets of Çelmarin. Each half of the group took a seperate path through the residential districts. The booming of distant G&S artillery and the echos of distant gunshots were proof that the diversion was in full effect. The lack of significant Loyalist forces, aside from the occasional pair of guards also attested to this. As Kjeldsen and his team were disposing of another pair of guards, the gunshots started to become louder. Closer.

KJeldsen frowned. The CIS and Moorwhynian group must have encountered resistance. Kjeldsen dismissed it and told his team to move on after warning them again to be alert for ambush. After another minutes, the reached the rendezvous point near the hospital complex. The men huddled in the abandoned apartment building foyer as they went through role call. The leader of the second group reported that they had to split into smaller groups at one point on the way there, and two men were still unaccounted for. Kjeldsen nodded and reminded the men to check their gear as he checked his pocket watch.

The captain peered out the window at the checkpoints they would have to clear. The diversion promised by the rebels was due to occur any moment now...

some 20,000 CIS troops hunker down in fortifications only miles from the vael and ismeili artillery. some look through binoculars while others simply sit and wait for.....anything. an officer looks through his binoculars while hunkered down behind some cover, a soldiers asks the officer, "anything yet?". the officer shook his head, "no, dman i thought we'd actually get to do something". the soldier leand back in his chair and said, "we're miles from he city, even if any of them decided to come out they would target the artillery". the officer stopped looking through his binoculars and sighed, "so do you think are guys are gonna kill anybody in there?". tghe soldier sat up and said, "yeah, but im afraid of who they will kill". the officer looked confused he soldier continued talking, "our special force are trained to shoot down anybody to kill a target, even civilians. so if they're going into a hospital, let's hope non of them want to defend janos". the officer continued to look through his binoculars,

"yes, let's hope......"

Downtown Çelmarin, 1917

Komazi Muin motioned to team 3 "The Vahnites should have had enough time to get in position. Your objective is a fueling station. Most of the major telegram wires run through there as well, so watch your asses."

Team 3 lead by Koldo Lajos was now moving fast down the abandoned streets. They were surprised to see that there weren't that many lights on inside the hospital as they passed. As they came upon the station they were surprised to see that it wasn't that well guarded.

"Move up and hold along that wall to the left" As the soldiers followed their Komazies orders 3 things happened in a rapid succession that couldn't be explained.
1. The 2 men taking point where blown apart from the waist down.
2. Nobody could here anything over the intense MAW and light machine gun fire.
3. They were no longer facing 10 enemies, they were facing more around 70.

"PULL BACK! PULL BACK!" The Komazies screams were lost over the sound of dying Moorwhyneians and machine gun fire. As the soldiers began to find cover and return fire, they realized that there were only about 6 of them left. The Komazi knew that he was only seconds from being overrun, and decided to do something rash. He looked around and found a small stick of dynamite and a recoilless rifle tube. "OVER HERE! NOW SOLDIERS!" 1 man died in his efforts to simply get to the Komazi. The Komazi asked one of the soldiers to hold the stick of dynamite. They were too far away to throw it to the station, and the recoilless rifle that Janos's geniuses had invented needed to be set up on a special stand to fire correctly. So the Komazi ordered the man to throw the stick at a poorly supported house, and instantly began propping the Recoilless rifle over the wall they were hiding behind. When the house came down it created the perfect smoke screen. The Komazi told his men to prop the Recoilless rifle on their soldiers. 2 lone shells lay in the ammo box next to them. Only 2 shots to make this.....

The smoke began to clear, all was quite for a moment... They gas station came into view and the men fired the rifle. Direct hit! The whole station went up in flames! at least 30 feet on that explosion.
"I think that's good boys, load up one Moor and launch it at them for uncle Sumal! The next round slammed into the Machine gun nests in the 2 story apartment building across the street. They ran like hell and got out of the immediate area before the mass confusion and patrols arrived.

"The Vahnites would have to be blind not to see that, let's hope it get's them by."

There may be few uses for people who can't embrace reality, but there is no use for the broken who can't escape it -Khaner Annan

Most things are ok within moderation.

"OVER HERE!
