Adam Richards has now taken the position of President from Mason Ross as he was infected by the Spanish Flu. Now Adam has a message to the rest of the world.

"My fellow leaders. Scotatrova has gone through some hard times but not like this. I am here to announce that President Mason Ross has been killed by the Spanish Flu. The flu itself has been seeing a slight decrease in intensity and some areas are recovering. But this is a sad day for all of us here in Scotatrova and for those that knew the president personally. I will be the new leader of the nation until elections take place in 3 years. Now, my heart and soul will make sure that Scotatrova keeps going even in these hard times. But all travel and trade with nations that have reported the Spanish Flu will halt. With extreme measures, we have now slowed the infection rate down here somewhat but it is still devastating. That is all."

Adam steps down from the podium and walks inside the Scotatrovian Capital building to get back to business, he has some ideas for the nation. Ideas that will change Scotatrova in many ways.

A messanger bursts into the makeshift offic leonardo has "SIR, i have urrgent news!". leonardo woken up at his desk thne says, "ugh, at his ungodly hour, what?". the messanger hands leonardo a letter "communists are rising in tanzania sir, president isma is....dead". leonardo looked shellshockd for a moment, he then read the letter. "so is it any danger?, to us in this time of war?" leonardo asked. "if the communists gain control of the government of tanzania, they could attack and attemp to invade us" the messanger says. leonardo rubs his eyes then says "keep our eyes to the north, but we have no time to worry about communists in tanzania, we have a war to fight, dismissed". the mssanger gives a salute then leaves the office. leonardo sits back in his chair conemplating the pressure, resting on him now.

While Vahn has maintained a tight quarantine to prevent the illness from entering it's borders, people have begun exhibiting symptoms of the Spanish Flu in Scottish Vahn. The flu is suspected to have spread across the land border with Prusko to the south, and thousands have been infected.

The Scottish Guard has already begun distributing masks and is working with the Red Cross in isolating patients. Several public buildings have been converted into hospitals and sick-wards for the victims. The Scottish Guard is taking steps to ensure that the disease does not spread elsewhere in Vahn.

Northern Yemen: Ismeili and Vahnite forces are currently laying siege to Moorwhyne's capital. The battle is consisting of constant artillery bombardment by Ismeili and Vahnite artillery, Moorwhyian bombing runs on G&S positions, and small skirmishes in the countryside around the capital.

Aden: Loyalist forces struggle with Garen's rebels, the Ismeili garrison, CIS soldiers and armor, Vahnite troops and mercenaries, and troops from RS. Vahnite and RS naval vessels have dominance over the water, contributing naval artillery and AA fire to the G&S forces. The Loyalists currently have control of the skies, although CIS fighters and Vahnite AA fire are struggling to clear the skies over Aden.

Adam stands up to a podium in front of a large crowd before delivering his speech.

"My fellow people of Scotatrova, today is a new day. The Spanish Flu has seemed to have disappeared from Scotatrova but at a heavy cost. 2,491 people including previous president Mason Ross have been killed by it. Now, I have an important announcement to make. It was the pathetic rule of kings and queens that caused the previous Scotatrovian Kingdom to descend into such incredible disarray. It's taken me three months to get Scotatrova through this Spanish Flu epidemic and there is no way I will allow it to slip back into the dark ages. I'd like to make an announcement to the world. Scotatrova is no more and from here on out I have full authority. I have created a new Scotatrovian Empire and I will continue to lead it into the future myself by annexing the American continent single handedly. Most of them rifled through paper work at the last minute as the diplomats from Rajahdesu should have arrived at the port by now. A quick glance out of the window behind them only confirmed at fact as the destroyer which had been tasked with escorting them into Daramonty City was now on its way back out to sea.

The diplomats from Rajahdesu entered the room and greeted the Tarazedian officials warmly before taking their seats. One of the envoys, an older man from Java, pulled a small piece of paper from inside his suit coat and handed it to one of the officials as he spoke.

"We wish to make our nations the closest of allies. We propose a fair trade agreement between us. We also pledge to assist you in times of need and military engagement, with the condition that you will do the same. In addition to this, we pledge to leave the island of New Guinea for Tarazed to annex. We also request that we open our ports to each other. Anything you would like to add?"

After coming to a unanimous agreement, the official turned back to the diplomats from Rajahdesu and spoke their verdict, "The Tarazedian government accepts this proposal. We should sign this into existence at your earliest convenience..."

A large warship-turned-diplomatic-vessel waited at the La Punta district quayside as Salvador Franco stepped out of the car of the recently elected president of the FRP. President Rafael Vidal was a vital man in his mid fifties from Brazil who knew how to make people cheer his name and nod when he spoke; and not much else. The head of his cabinet, Yossarian Mueller, a thin man with crooked shoulders and a dangerously sharp mind, also awkwardly clambered out of the bulletproof vehicle and followed the FRP's designated diplomat across the street to where the ship was moored.

Salvador glanced at Yossarian and asked if he was coming along with him.

"No" Yossarian rasped. An illness always seemed to being ravaging the man. Today his voice was all but gone.

"I have to stay and advise our president."

Salvador scoffed. His opinions of the president were not glowing, to say the least. Yossarian hobbled alongside Salvador as they entered the docks. Yossarian's cane made a steady *clack* on the road as they went. At the gangplank, Yossarian shifted his working hand to his coat, leaving his prosthetic to balance his cane, and pulled out a thick envelope.

"Your terms for Tarazed. Drawn up by the Senate, signed by the president for decoration."

Salvador laughed at the joke, concealing his worry for his friend. The Yossarian he had met years ago as they planned the fall of the Shepherds had been vital, even with his missing hand and ear. Now he was haggard, thin, practically a ghost. Salavador slipped the envelope into his briefcase and walked up the ramp onto the ship.

Before long, the envoys were on their way to Tarazed.
