The Commonwealth of Tolvan denounces the aggressive rhetoric of King Matthew I of Palmouth regarding recent events in Bugislava. While the Commonwealth staunchly opposes the Islamist agenda adovaocatd by the government of Al-Hilal, we have seen no credible evidence that the government of Al-Hilal was involved in the assassination of Prime Minister Freddie MacCaulay of the nation of British Sovereignty. As such the Commownealth considers the Plamouthian delcaration of war to be overly aggressive and ill conceived. Later that day President Ivanovich adressed the Bulgaslavian Communist Party and Kopania Central Television condemning the acts of this gunman and Al Hilal, this message was also broadcasted on Bulgaslavian National TV. His speech went like so "To the members of the Bulgaslavian Communist Party, their citizens, and all Kopanians, I fully condemn the acts of this gunman and declare a full embargo on Al Hilal. I also declare that all Al Hililians in Kopania will immediatly be sent to internment camps until this situation is over and sorted out. I fully back Bulgaslavia and will defend Bulgaslavia from any attacks from Al Hilal. I also offer to the Bulgaslavian military, military supplies. So I wish the Bulgaslavian people the best while dealing with this situation.

after Comrade Justin Ivanovich's speech to the Bulgislavian communist party all party members stood to thier feet and began the clapping in unison. Peoples Militia began patrolling the streets and all citizens were forced into thier homes.

The Bulgislavian government then announced that "in the event of war the following precautions must be carried out..."

#1 Air Raid drills are to occur from now on

The Bulgislavian military was then put on high alert, the borders were patrolled more thoroughly and Mehmet again gave another speech

"We reject Al Hilals belligerant Provocations! We also promise the world that no act of Aggression will be initiated by Bulgislavia alone but Bulgislavia must make the appropriate steps to protect herself and her allies!"

At 5:00 P.M on Sunday June 14, 2009 President Ivanovich of Kopania and Mehmet Ceau of Bulgislavia met at the Kopanian embassy to discuss Kopanias pledge for military aid and assistance. When the meeting was over Mehmet Ceau spoke to Bulgislavian National TV reporters about the contents of the meeting, President Justin Ivanovich also spoke to Bulgislavian National TV reporters and several Kopania Central TV reporters. The details that both presidents gave out to the media were very basic and limited but gave the point.

1. The United Socialist States of Kopania was to send a small support army of 20,000 men on the land, 1,000 aircraft and 500 naval vessels.

2. Kopania would begin supplying Bulgislavia with intelligiance information from their satelites and spies to Bulgislavia.

3. Kopania would also begin sending food and weapons to Bulgislavia's military.


In the end President Ivanovich declared Al Hijal and its allies "An axis of evil". These measures are to go into effect at 12:00 A.M. midnight on Monday June 15, 2009.

OOC: Kopania: I assume you've cleared that with Bugislava before speaking for his/her government. Also those 500 ships had better be mostly patrol boats, because there's no way a nation of just 32 million can field 500 blue waters ships, that's mroe than the US Navy has.
