Proposal:
Introduction of a stat system:
Stats are out of 100.All of our characters have them.
They are published in our factbooks.
The 4 stats:War(Physical ability in combat),Int(Intellect),Pol(Politics skill.Different from intellect trust me),Cha(Charisma).
People of Int 70+ can become the residing general's warlord(Strategist).
Eh?

I am not sure yet.I don't get the Idea yet due to the fact that We have a set position on something and it can not be changed.

The stat system is this:
Maximums are 100,BUT:
Warrior types start with 70 war,and 60 everything else unless lower stats are desired.You add up a maximum of 99 points to the stats until everything is put in or you are satisfied.No overpowering please!
Int types,Cha types,Pol types start have same.
Ruler types:
Start with 65 everything unless lower is desired.
Warlord types:Start with 75 Intellect unless something else is desired.
General types:
Start with 75 war and Cha,unless something else is desired.
Example:
Yan:
War:84
Int:91
Pol:89
Cha:90
Ruler type

I'm not really getting this whole stat system, and frankly I don't see the point of having anything like this.

So we know who is how good at what.Also keeps people from being overpowered.

Well given that your lowest stat is 84, you seem pretty powerful. Plus how are we supposed to know about what each stat means? If anything like this is to work, we'll need full explanations on what each stat actually does. Furthermore, like in real life, politics can be overrun and et cetera, so how can we negate certain stats.

What i'm saying is, we can't really pose such an absolute set on conflict - which is a relative thing. I propose that as long as all parties agree to a certain set of terms, people can RP freely. With a stat system I feel like stuff would be pre-determined and would hurt people's freedom when it comes to writing RPs.

Like seriously, can't we all agree to a set of rules pertaining to max troop count - no ICBMs, no godmodding et cetera?
If these rules are violated I propose that we enforce rules/punishments.

That is because they are still refining and balancing the maps to ensure that no single side is unbalanced.
