Well the OP of the IC thread (viewtopic.php?p=22067716#p22067716) does suggest some obvious parallels with the general causes and lead up to of WWII, so at least Gilneas' post is (most likely accidentally) within the theme which Aravea has sought to achieve.
However, that's no excuse for outright claiming the speech as his own original work.
