Inyurstan embassy "raided" (Open/TG me to enter/ATT. AXIS)

Postby Asigna » Sat Oct 11, 2014 4:30 am

Panawag! RULES
-No godmodding, the usual
-If you want to enter, TG me, i've invited a few but i am open for many more players.

3:00 PM, 10/11/48
Things were not at all calm. In effort to arrest everyone who was going to be used by the Axis as potential military assets, the Aklan-KK's chief, Alexander Karten called upon a mass inspection of all Axis embassies in the country, as well the embassies of nations affiliated with the alliance at one point. The first of the inspections came at the Inyurstan embassy. People who were walking down at Taft Avenue were surprised to see an entire battalion of KK agents in full combat attire suddenly storm the street.

"Break the gate!" Shouted one of the agents who were preparing to break the gate with their ram.

"No...let's be..diplomatic." One in the usual gala uniform suggested as he stepped unto the gate and rang started knocking.

"What is it?" One of the Inyurstan security guards answered.

The agent then grabbed his wallet and showed him his KK badge. "Your under necessary incarceration for security purposes. This place will be shut down immediately and all its personnel would have to follow us all. Open the gate." He said as he grabbed his megaphone.

"No need to panic." The agent's voice thundered through the megaphone. "All of you Inyurstans would be under direct legal protection of the bayan from harmful elements. Please prepare yourselves as we begin occupation of the building. Proceed to the black vans behind us, you will be lead to a detention camp where you will spend some happy days in temporarily."

POV: INYURSTA

Former Air Force Captain-turned Ambassador Marco Pollaci stood on the phone with Castille de Terro. He spoke in a nervous tone. This was a stupid idea, and Peresque was stupid for engaging in diplomacy.
"Yes. Yes they are at the gates... Yes, I have heard the rumors... Martinez is known for his flamboyant propaganda..." He then looked at his son in his wife's arms. "Yes, sir. I do believe them... No, sir... It was nice knowing you too..." he hung up the phone and sighed, his wife caught the tear in his eye.

A man with a black cap and a black bullet proof vest on over dark fatigues walked down stairs.
"Everything is in position, sir."
"Good. Jean-Claude, go with the nice man now." Marco said as he hugged his son one last time.
"When will I see you again, Daddy?"
"Soon, of course..." Marco said, lying to his son. He then hugged the child before kissing his wife one last time. The two then escorted the commander of the embassy guard, a trained commando himself, and another experienced guard as they opened up a grate in the basement. He watched as his wife and son dropped down into the sewers below. The commander gave him a final nod and tossed him a detonator with a heartbeat sensor.

Meanwhile, the embassy guards had cut their own lights, making the building black inside. A single M18 Claymore mine stood poised at each of the entrances, with a nearby operator in an adjacent room ready to blow it when the doors come down.
"Come and get us you pieces of shit!" one of the officers blasted back on his own megaphone, as a few guards in windows fired shots off with their MP-412 Rex pistols.

Today, 7:00 PM, 10/11/48

A shot was fired by the Inyurstan side, luckily, it only hit the side of the IFV where the Aklan-KK was hiding behind. Infuriated, the Aklan-KK fired back 3 rounds from their pistol though aimed only at the windows of the Inyurstan embassy. The one who was leading this assault, the Aklan-KK staff sergeant Alfred Tolo, in an attempt to calm the situation tried to compensate for the obviously escalated mood when he decided to fire shots by appealing through the megaphone. "Paumanhin! We mean no harm! Lay down your weapons and we will settle things in a much more calm manner." He said before face palming himself, obviously, that won't work. The citizens of the Axis power countries would always fight and they would never be the people who would immediately accept some settlement, without playing the hard bargain, but that won't matter, the more important thing today would be getting out of this situation by defusing it, then they wouldn't have to fear of ending up with things burning around them.

Image
Aklan KK assault team
As the tensions between the two sides, the KK and the Inyrustan embassy occupants started to intensify, from a distance and from the windows of the other buildings nearby, the people were all watching the events unfold. What was going to happen next? Is this going to end up into a bloodbath? And more importantly, is this going to be the beginning of a big war between Inyursta and the bayan? The people began to ask questions like these. Tanks began to roll down into the Maharlika highway and immediately took positions outside the embassy, effectively cordoning the area. The tanks were then followed by a convoy of trucks which carried more of the uniformed aklan-KK group and finally, armed men from the identified "punong guard", whose combat gear were so heavy that they looked like they were going to be deployed for war. Self propelled artillery were then deployed which was shocking for the onlookers who thought in disgust that the KK was using heavy force against a group that had absolutely no chance to win against the big guns. The artillery crews then moved on to lay out and load the mortar canons and artillery guns in their positions. The whole thing became such a buzz that several journalists went into the scene. GMA, ABS-CBN, TV 5, RPN, DZYZM, TFC, PTV, Aksyon news and IBC, the crews of every local news channel rushed to the scene in large numbers in order to broadcast the situation. Within minutes after it started, the whole bayan was watching the situation unfold.

Terten meanwhile, had to leave the excercise of the Hukbo cadets at the Philippine military academy as he was summoned back by the Malacanang at Manila. Hearing the news of the situation, he was very frustrated to hear the new developments at Pasay. At the conference with the highest ranking KK, Kalihiman, Hukbo, foreign ministry and some of the representatives of the MMDA (Metro Manila development authority), they were shown the live broadcast of the events in a projection screen. Terten couldn't help but cover his face in stress and frustration upon realizing shots were exchanged. Adriano Timente, his confidant and propaganda minister tried to calm him down by patting his back.

"This is no different from the hostage crisis back at 2010." Terten said.

"Wrong, we all the power to diffuse the situation gin'ong punong. The KK is under your direct command."

"No, in this case, we are faced with armed diplomats who have the case of siege mentality." Terten said before he turned to Alexander Karten beside him, the punong of the KK. "Do what it takes to make them realize we are not there to harm them. I don't want a great war to begin just because we attempted to inspect an Axis nation's embassy."

"Opo." Karten nodded obediently immediately he then gave orders to the assault team at the scene through the small communication apparatus he had installed in the sleeves of his uniform. "Team DATU. Do not attack, do not fire, i repeat. Staff sergeant Malibon, do your best to bring the tension down. Magawa mo yan! You can do it!" He ordered. Facing the screen, he saw the assault team lighten their grip on their weapons. The artillery brigades then stopped loading the cannons and the mortars with their respective shells and rounds. The tanks then turned around and started to roll back into their base, the other tanks who were still going through the Taft avenue to their positions halted and turned back to base.

Terten who was at his chair was sweating. He was biting his lip hoping that nothing would happen. "I hope the Inyurstans don't make this much of a big deal. Anyway, it's impossible to have a bunch of diplomats act so aggressively just because we wanted to inspect them, did the assault team say something that made the Inyurstanis think we are going to attack them?"

"We'll be investigating the matter punong." Said Merkantil Sanchez, the chief of the criminal affairs department.

"Well if you find the guy who, have him demoted for not taking proper initiative of the situation. Or even fire him..."

"Opo." Nodded the entire conference. Terten then turned to the KK chief.

"Karten, i hope nothing bad that happens here would be related to how you thought your men ha?"

"Yes punong." Karten bowed hoping that nothing that is happening here is a result of his own men mishandling things.

"Supervisors of foreign affairs....?" Terten turned to Rosa, his foreign ministress beside him.

"Punong, we are ready to execute all kinds of contact with the Inyurstani minister of foreign affairs as soon as possible. And we still have the communications with the embassy open. We have a phone"

"Do your part. I've been receiving reports of how terrible you are in terms of diplomacy. I don't want to be the one doing your job ha?"

"Opo." Replied Rosa immediately.

"Dapat lang." He said in a very serious tone. He had never been so serious in giving orders. Usually, he gives orders while giving a bright smile but now it was lost. Probably because he started to think he needed to be more serious in how he handles things so things would be more effective.

"Sir, is it true..that, that, that."- Reporter

Other reporters came asking more quesitons to the General.

General Amine al-Douaihy had this to say

"Settle down, Settle down our In Inyusrtan and Filipino friends are having a small conflict, my response to this is, fighting amongst each other is a bad idea. The 2 nations should be working together to fight against communism, but instead they have squabbles like this, acting like children."

the General then went back inside his home with his officers.

Aeyariss Embassy

The news about how the Bayan had begun violating international embassies belonging to Axis Alliance memers on its soil reached the Aeyarissan delegation late in the morning. The chief of security of the mission, Captain Nores were already briefing their men, and expected the commotion that took place in the Inyurista embassies to take places on its own door too.

"Burn all the confidentials documents. Format all drives on the computer. Scrap everything." the Chief of Staff to the ambassador says before turning to the marine officer.

"Captain, how long can we hold this position should the Asignian chose to marched their troops in?"

"Not long, sir. We don't have enough man."

"You need to hold them off long enough before we can finish securing our files."

"They won't get through our doors before that is completed sir. You have my words."

"Alright, until then, act normally. I'll contact the Prime Minister back home." He concluded.

Inyurstan embassy location.
A few minutes after the incident.

Zainab was hiding on the side of a residential building, clad in a leather jacket, her bike just beside her. Strapped to her was a Heckler & Kosh MP5. She looked by at the Inyurstani embassy, whilst smelling the scent of Balut cooking. The vendor was just on the side of the street, selling his food. Zainab was now bonkers on the food, being in the Philippines for now 3 years.

As she was eating her food, an Aklan-KK guard whistled at her, coming forward. He must have been a junior. Zainab ignored him. She was here on a mission. "Kumusta tamaan, tumingin ka sa halip magandang ngayon!" the man said. As he came closer, he held Zainab's hand. In utter anger, she held the man's hand, and twisted his wrist. He shouted for his colleagues. "Forgive me for damaging your friend's hand. I am here to see about the raid. Hudian agent. HIF. Let me speak to your head."

Malacanang palace, bayan of the Philippines

The doors of the Malacanang were opened for a press conference. A huge flock of journalists then flooded the conference hall were in a podium, the bespectacled punong, Terten was prepared to answer their questions. The flock noisily bombarded the leader with a lot of different questions.

"Punong, how would you respond to this?"

"What would be your plans if they open fire, will you fire back?"
This was the only question that grabbed his attention. Ironic. He thought. If they just knew how the KK responded earlier to the firing of rounds by the Inyurstanis, that would have answered their question.

"How would you respond if the Inyurstans use this as a causus belli for war?"

"Is there any conspiracy?"

He was at loss with the chaotic crowd. "Silence please!" He demanded in an attempt to organize them but the questions still kept coming simultaneously. Realizing his pleading would get him nowhere, he grabbed a spark gun in his back pocket and fired in the air. The shot silence the whole flock.

"Sige! Mabuti nakinig kayo. I don't want to be getting a megaphone and scream 'shut up' to all of you." Terten paused, still looking furious. It took him about a minute to think of what to say.

"All options for talking and diplomacy are on the table. We repeat. We are not executing this operation in a hostile manner. We only made attempts to inspect the Inyurstan embassy as well as the other Axis embassies for security reasons to make sure they abide by safety protocols, but that was supposed to be done without lethal force or any unnecessary brutality though it seems we had been perceived with the wrong light."

The journalists video him and follow his every word. "Let me admit that it was a mistake that we didn't contact them firsthand. This predates to the weeks last month when we were at odds with the Cuscatlanis and their allies but we had that partially resolved and we think it is wrong that we live to reopen old wounds and dig up new deeper rifts of hostility. We would try our best to contact the Axis embassies and their respective nations' ministries that handles foreign affairs. May peace prevail. That is all. Mabuhay!" Terten then left the podium as he walked away retreating back from the conference room into the inner offices of the Malacanang. The jouranlists desperately try to ask him more questions before they were all told to leave to their dismay.

Back at the foreign ministry building, attempts were made by Rosa Rivera's friends, Felip and Christine, her deputies in diplomacy to call the other Axis embassies by the contacts they were given, through their landline phone numbers. They called and called hoping to get reply.

Inyurstan embassy location.

After the agent's hand was broken, his other 2 comrades aimed their guns at her. "Halt! Hu ar yu!?" They asked with a strong accent. Zainab is a new woman in sight. They had no idea who she was, in their assumption, she was a stranger. "Eedentify yurself bifur wi prosid dis konversation!" They demanded. The agent whose hand was broken was meanwhile crying in one corner, others came to pull the guy out bringing him to a medic truck nearby away from the zone of chaos.

The moment crying cop's picture was taken by some and posted in punch. They had their sympathies for the man and the distorted story of a "Hudian witch" twisting his hand because of angrily demanding to see the assault team's leader while threatened force if her request was refused was widely believed by the bayan. At the Punungan, Terten however, who read the post and showed it to his confidants thought otherwise. "How will i respond to this?"

He then stooped to think again. "This is hard...."

Prime Minister Nikolai Aguilar sent a message to the president of the Philippines himself

Dear President Terten

I commend your actions in the Inyurstan embassy. But I express concern about the fact you raided it in an open manner instead of breaking in whilst everyone was asleep. This could affect relations between us and the Axis. And finally, I propose a meeting between the two of us in Manila/Kapitalia.

Signed, Premier Nikolai Aguilar

"I AM HERE FOR MEETING THE LEADER OF THE AKLAN-KK, YOU JACK-ASSES!" Zainab shouted. "The Hudian Espionage Force will be helping in the damn firefight going on!" She said, as she holstered her MP5. "I won't shoot you, do not worry. I'm trying to help for the fire-fight, get it, gin'angs?" she said. She saw one of the Inyurstanis aiming at the Aklan guards near her. She starts shooting the man. Now, the Aklan are confused on who she is.

"Well fuck." One of the KK agents who could speak english more fluently approached the Hudian woman giving a smile to her. "We can handle the situation. Let's hear what you have to say to us. Lapag sandata NA!" The man commanded as the KK agents stopped aiming their guns at Zanaib. The man then reached out to shake hands with her. "My name's Staff sergeant Alfred Tolo. The punong of team DATU. At your service for bayan protection..."

The man was tall, 6 feet, dwarfing most of his men and was in full combat uniform. His face showed interest in the woman, in a diplomatic way.

Inyurstan embassy area

"Finally. Alright then, as I was saying." She said. "What is the reason to raid the embassy? And being the closest Hudian ally, after being notified, I was told to go as fast as I can in this location to help in the firefight. The HEIF find this very puzzling - the fact that this raid is going on. Any top secret information? Anything? Casus belli?" She asked, curiously.

Tolo frowned when Zainab kept calling their operation a 'raid'. For him, it was not a raid, rather, it was a mere inspection, to make sure that embassies, most especially Axis embassies, were not "spy dens" or intelligence centers that threaten the Kalihiman counter intelligence. "People should stop calling it a raid. This is an inspection! Let me ask you this weird question." He paused and took a breath. "You know why there are no coups in the US? Go on...Guess." He smiled.

And really Asigna? Not a damn bullet hit? Really?

Manila (Pasay), Embassy

"Dius damnraiz!" One of the sergeants of the guard shouted as he ducked when three rounds struck near him, two shattering the glass of the raised window, the other blasting through the cement and sending tiny chunks of plaster and wood onto the floor. "Qui instructez-vuis comos a disparo? Une petitez filla?" he cursed at the aim of the other embassy guards in Inyurstan. Each of the men dropped the empty clips on their pistols and emptied the depleted chambers of their revolvers, before reloading their weapons and sending another volley of fire at the incoming Aklan-KK.
Raul Martinez, who was to them like Margret Thatcher was to the USA under Reagan, had already made public accusations regarding rumors of the Asignist regime's supposed use of human sacrificing against political enemies. Furthermore, they still had telephone contact with the Inyurstan government and military which was now reporting that a Filipino carrier group had been sunk in a joint Inyurstan-Cuscatlani strike less than 400km of the coast of Topoguya when it apparently showed up to support leftist terrorists in near-by Chuchara.
Regardless, everyone had long since decided that being taken alive was not an option...

Manila (Pasay), Drainage Tunnels

Captain Lorenzo Cortia led the soon-to-be late ambassador's wife Isabella and son Jean-Claude threw the tunnels beneath the street, while a fourth man - another embassy guard - backed up the rear. The four people splashed through the water trying to get as far away as possible. Right now the plan was to just make it out of the tunnels, make it to some area full of tourists, and lay low for a few hours before getting on an airplane as simple tourists and flying out of the country before the Asignists had time enough to fully inspect the obliterated remains of what the embassy would be in a matter of either minutes or hours...

It's not French,it's not Spanish,it's Inyurstan
"Inyourfaceistan" refers to my player/user name, "Inyursta" is my IC name. NOT INYURSTAN. IF YOU CALL INYURSTA "INYURSTAN" THEN IT SHOWS THAT YOU CANT READ. Just refer to me as IYF or Stan.

Yeah, i gave Huda a chance in that one.

Regarding that. There are no sewers in the Philippines, at least most of the country, we tend to use isolated septic tanks and isolated drainages for water from buildings. The only "sewers" are the storm drain and they are in no way, connected to the smelly. Do more research on the latter, Pasay city for that matter.

Plus, Inyurstan embassy is located in Pasay (I'm sure i repeated "Taft Avenue, Pasay" quite a few times). "Metropolitan Manila" (Metro Manila) is different from the actual city they call "Manila".

Oh yeah, Cuscatlan retconed the thing about DINA describing something that is purely SIC, the human sacrifices. There is no evidence whatsoever about them in public. Anyone else who knew disappears forever.
