OOC: The Congress of Friendship is open to all socialist and communist nations. However, since this is my first RP, I do ask that you first TG me and give an explanation of what your goals will be in the RP. Posts that are placed without first TGing me (and, of course, receiving an okay from me) will be ignored. Nevermind, as long as you know how to write a decent post, it's fine. As a first post, I would recommend a communique together with the info and bios of your delegation.

Our previous Four Year Plan established the fact that the Glorious Democratic People's Republic is capable of participating within a modern time-frame. The current Four Year Plan established the need for the Glorious Democratic People's Republic to initialize and improve relations with it's fellow brethren within the world. Working within the glorious frame of our Four Year Plan, graciously put together by the Worömavj Chjoerma Chjoerma-Choevj dvjyör Gchjoesniema or Glorious People's Party of Chjoesniema, our Grand Conductor has decided on a Congress of Friendship to strengthen relations with the nations of the world that matter.

The Congress of Friendship will be a two-day, high-intensity affair in the traditional Chjoesnieman fashion. All participants will have the opportunity to talk with the Grand Conductor during two occasions before leaving after breakfast on day two. A small, well-crafted gift from your nation will be expected as a sign of friendship. Knowledge of Chjnaschtjmati will not be required, the Grand Conductor has taken English lessons to allow for proper communication between all participants. Rules and other important information is added below.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival and Departure shall be done at Paëschtromävj International Airport, where capable Chjoesnieman customs officers shall check the delegation on both entry and departure. Paëschtromävj International Airport allows maintenance, refueling and other services towards small and medium-sized aircraft and operators are knowledgeable in basic English.

- Weapons will not be allowed to be carried except for one small-caliber hand gun, to be held by the leader of the delegation. Any infraction of these rules will lead to an immediate termination of hospitality and a forced exit out of Chjoesniema.

Transport
Any and all transport between allowed locations shall be done under the guidance of an English-speaking Chjoesnieman guide. The guide will secure transportation when needed and provide accurate answers to any and all questions that you may have. The guide shall meet you at Paëschtromavj.

- For your own safety, you are required to stay near the guide and follow his or her instructions. Failure to do so will lead to an immediate termination of hospitality and a forced exit out of Chjoesniema.

Drink & Eat
Throughout the day, traditional Chjoesnieman food and drinks shall be provided. During the personal meetings with the Grand Conductor, it is advised to fully partake in the food and drinks as refusing to do so is seen as a grave sign of disrespect in Chjoesniema. Due to traditional Chjoesnieman cooking methods, the food is deemed acceptable to all kinds of stomachs and various spiced variants will be available.

- For your own safety, we advise to eat only the food and drinks provided to you by the Chjoesnieman government. Homemade or store-bought Chjoesnieman food and drinks may be of a lower quality or contain items that are not suited for a non-Chjoesnieman stomach.

Sleep
After the Congress of Friendship, bed and breakfast will be offered at the state-approved Paëschtromävj-Choevj Hotel, where capable staff shall take care of your sleeping and breakfast needs.

- For your own safety, we do not advise you to leave the state-approved hotel. Your safety cannot be guaranteed outside of the state-approved hotel.

Location
The Congress of Friendship shall be held at the Wärömavj Chjoerma Chjoerma-Choevj-Choevj or Supreme People's Council. Your guide shall lead you to the appropriate room, after which the guide shall leave until you are allowed to have talks with the Grand Conductor, after which you will be lead to the Grand Conductor by your guide.

- For the Grand Conductor's safety, only two members of your delegation shall be allowed to meet with him. These two members do not have to be the same during both meetings and as such, may be changed.

As such, I have graciously decided to allow your delegation entry to Chjoesniema. To the matter at hand: While Miss Cróimiam is the leader of the delegation sent to the Congress of Friendship, she specifically stated her unwillingness to bring any form of firearm with her, as did Mister Críonna. Since it is a diplomatic meeting and both of them are Selkie, they will be fine without arms, even in case of a surprise attack.
We are very confident in their ability to defend themselves.

While the diplomatic messages went back and forth, a small government plane bearing the markings of the Free Lands departed the Airport of Elder Castle, the largest in the Free Lands, in order to bring the two delegates to the Congress of Friendship.
It was a small plane, outfitted for 45 passengers - onboard were four people in total, the two diplomats and the pilot with his co-pilot. The bar was well stocked with non-alcoholic beverages.
They would have to make a stop somewhere along the way, but was just a technical limitation. Everything else would be fine.
Cróimiam and Críonna sat oppossite to each other in their chairs, the young woman leaning back in a relaxed pose, the old man oppossite to her with glasses on his nose and both of them in a book. It wasn't the first time, they were on their way together, but certainly the first time they did so in a 'private' jet. Usually, they travelled by regular aircraft.
Cróimiam had been excited because of that, but it was quite... anti-climactic. They both already wore their Geansai, traditional garnments, to show who they were, what they were and that they didn't really like the idea of conformity to the usual dress code of suit and tie. They liked the freedom of movement granted by the garnment, which would be essentially in defending themselves in case it was needed.
The young woman heaved a heavy sigh.
"Heavens, Marla, what was that?", the man opposite to her said, looking up from his book.
"Boredom - kinda anticlimactic to have a the government lease a private jet, now is it?", she replied with a smirk. Selkie were simple people, not much for fancy luxury, but still as intelligent as they can get. And they were easily bored.
"I have a chess-board with me.", Críonna said with a replying smirk. He was good at it and they both knew it.
This was a challenge and Cróimiam was a sportswoman living off challenges. Her eyes narrowed. "Get on with it!"
