THE CONFLICT HAS ENDED LONG AGO. I WANT YOU HOWEVER TO ADDRESS THIS WHOLE ISSUE. EZLN ARE NO THREAT TO CUSCATLAN, AND CAN NOT BE - AS THE PEOPLE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM AT THE MOMENT.

I am now here to tell you the tale about our struggle - the struggle of people of Zavala. Thirteen years ago, we lived in peace under communist government. They were not the best government we had - they actually were quite tyrannical. But then the coup happened; El Generalissimo came to power. We quickly noticed that his reforms are pure capitalism, which will destroy Zavala very quickly. We did not wanted it. We are natives. We were here before Spanish came.
We staged thousands of protest which usually ended with riot police dispersing us. We had no other option - there was no chance of creating political party or trying to candidate to National Assembly, which was quickly full of Martinez's friends from the military (read; those who were loyal to him). We did not wanted Junta in power, so we begun to fight.
We lacked arms. Zavala was last state to legalise firearms on Martinez's order, but that was after we were crushed. Armed with dummy weapons, old rifles and few AKs we bought on black market we begun taking over villages. We wanted government which obeys us, not us obeying government. We created small communes. We in fact did not even needed state. Our plan was also to remove capitalism from our lands with every presence of Spanish influence.
Martinez did clever move. He did not sent an army to pacify us. Even I must admit that he invited us on talks and tried to convince us to lay down arms. But what happened next was more terrifying. Carlos Diaz came. Calling us communists he organised a horde of volunteers on borders of Zavala province, armed with firearms which were legal in other states. Calling themselves Autodefensa Coalicion de Zavala (ACZ) they entered the state and begun driving us out. Alongside with them rose up most of Metizsos from Zavala, who did not wanted us. Vigilantes, with their faces covered, took village after village. Soon we had to retreat into mountains to save our men. Most of us were disarmed and broken. Our comadante, Emilio Sepulevda was killed in raid by Cuscatlani Special Forces. Leaderless, we scattered among mountains.
Much has changed since then. Our remnants still are there, but we are no real force. Most of population turned from us, looking only at gold Martinez was throwing at them. They do not even support us any more.
However, our spirit still lives. We are NOT communists - we are anarcho-progressivists.
WE DEMAND THAT:
- Raul Martinez de Santa Anna steps down, and gives power to the people.
- Possession of firearms will be banned, except for governmental services.
- Cuscatlani government will stop promoting Spanish culture, and focus on Indian culture instead.
- Whole country will be re-organised into autonomous communes.
- Landowners will loose their land, which will be given to the people for common use.
- Capitalist system of Cuscatlan will be replaced by system that benefits people, not the military.
- Cuscatlan withdraws from the Axis.
- Cuscatlan stops supporting vile government of Jack Peresque, who is murderer of the people, as well as other fascist parties.
HASTA LA VICTÓRIA SIEMPRE!- Comadante Luis "Espada" Jaso Chuchuqina

EZLN is defeated. These guys just can not get over it, because they always want to be the new nobility in some type of new Indian kingdom they are trying to establish. I repeat - Amerindain people enjoy full rights in Cuscatlan, as every citizen that lives in La America Libre. There is no genocide, no persecution. What however is is bunch of communists - even if they prefer to use other name - terrorists who lack even support of the amerindians they claim to represent, sponsored by foreign regimes trying to murder Cuscatlani people.
I will now list glorious deeds of this brave Amerindian freedom fighters:
1) Murder of Juan Arreola, Factory worker, engineer. Juan Arreola was kidnapped from his house by masked men, who came for him at night. His body was found 2 days later, mutilated by chainsaw and with burns all over it.
2) Detonation of bomb in Navaez, Zavala, in which 13 people were killed. The bomb was full of spikes, designed to wound and maim as many people as possible.
3) Kidnapping of Josefina Pelaez, reporter. She was rescued by raid of Cuscatlani special forces, however the preparatory already managed to cut her few fingers an rape her.
4) Murder of Miguel Ruiz, mayor of Navaez. Ruiz was well known and respected man in his community, who was Amerindian and grown up in slums of this city. Ruiz was executed by having his belly cut and left to die.
5) Bombing in San Valencia, where EZLN detonated bomb inside a crowded bus. 28 people died.
6) Staging an uprising against the government, during which about 298 people died in fighting between EZLN and police supported by local militias, which arose simply to repeal them from attacking local villages. Federal troops entered the province after the situation was quelled by Community Police (armed civilians) because I was talking with EZLN leadership at the moment, and swore them I won't use troops until the talks end.
7) Murder of hundreds of Metizso and white people, under the name of "removing Spanish influence".
8 ) Destruction of healthcare and Churches under name of "Removal presence of Spain", as well as thievery of property of the people under "redistribution of wealth". Armed robbers - because to name them insurgents would be a honour for them - were taking food from already poor at that time farmers, who were ruined by communist government, stealing everything they had. They also banned speaking in Spanish.
9) Failed attempt on life of Governor Carlos Zamorano, governor of Zabala during which 8 people were killed. The attack was repelled by security forces protecting Zamorano.
10) Selling tonnes of cocaine per year and growing narcotics under name of Amerindian culture and financing the revolution.
Please take a note about point 6 and 7. When their little uprising started they described themselves as "lacking arms". They were more than well armed thanks to dissidents in the armed forces who gave them everything they needed, as well as support from foreign intelligence agencies. They had plenty of arms. Second, Carlos Diaz was at that time fighting in Africa, so he was unable to suddenly teleport to Cuscatlan to take part in quelling the revolution. When the uprising begun, they were coming from house to house, seeking for white or Metizso people and killing them.
In such situation, the people - whom I begun arming at that time - begun taking arms against them. Even Amerindian people did not wanted their "Saviours". They managed to secure few villages, but after that not vigilantes, but local people came and drove them out. Their commander was killed by accident, when Cuscatlani police conducted raid on brothel in Navaez. He was found about to have sex with one of brothel's prostitutes, drew his gun and was shot by the police.
They also hate Christianity. Their leader used to perform occult rituals, drink human blood as ceremony when he took leadership and attempted to restore ancient Cuscatlani pre-hispanic occultism (including human sacrifice).
Today EZLN are less than 800 gangsters scattered all over the mountains of Zavala. They sometimes do minor actions, but it always goes the same process. First they kidnap somebody and demand ransom. Then, Cuscatlani special forces track them and give them a beating; they lick their wounds for some time and whole process repeats itself. They are no threat to La America Libre.
Thanks God we won that Crisis.- El Caudillo, Captain-General Raul Martinez de Santa-Anna
