This Summit I referred to happened 2 days after the Summit Stonsa.

OOC: What part of 'it must be disclosed to the rest of us' did you not understand? For all I know this summit never happened and you just made it up in order to become an ever growing thorn in the side of my efforts in Cabense. Ergo, that treaty is essentially void. The troops from the Royal Army of Ismeil and the Royal Navy of Ismeil have gathered
for a last assault on coastal targets of Oran,Al-Djazair,Konstantine and Algiers and
on Cabenese airfields near the border of Attilia.

Troops from Attilia are expected to flank the enemy on the Ismeili assault,and the navy
will bombard the coast as Marines and land troops reorganize for the assault,High Admiral
Attila has sent large amounts of Su-27s to takie down aerial targets.
News from King David Aircraft carrier says they were ambushed by ships from the coast but
quickly were repelled by Airforce squadron 23 that was in the area.

With this troops from Ismeil will Bombard the Bases near the Coastal towns with Artillery and naval
guns from the barbary coast,it will be a 24hr bombardment of Air,land and water.

And while this happens Ismeili troops will secure the Airfields near Attilia
and seize air ttraffic from Cabanese leaving thre airforce useless and giving Ismeil full control of the sky.

Right now Ismeili troops have reached the Attilian border for re-arment and a open gate between Ismeil and Attilia
for supplies and marines have secured the beaches and land forces are encircaling coastal military targets.

Today royal troops along side Ismeili troops in northern Attilia have smashed through Cabenese lines heading towards the capital, Attilian SU-27's are expected to start bombing the Cabenesian capital city and provide support to Ismeili troops in northern Cabenese.

The relevant rule, #6, states "6. Their will be no god mode whatsoever, there is no secret technology."
If you ignore the second part it's a clear violation. If you read the whole rule then it's open to interpretation.
This rule has been expanded into the past, which would include this. I deem Bazio in violation.
However, it's not my word that matters, but that of NEO.
