Remember: he has an essentially bottomless workforce, and all the equipment anyone could ever need, and the workers will do whatever is necessary, whether that's working until they pass out, pulling thirty-six hour shifts twice a week- whatever is necessary, they will do it.

About you not hitting factories in Russia. Do not worry the Russians will bring them down to the ground including the foundations. Russians are famous for their scorched earth policy in wars.
Oh and mentioning to the Europeans being considered Barbarians will not help you with either Blair or Jovana.

Well a factory that is like you said even odds will fail down as soon as the machinery starts working. Heavy machinery produces vibrations that if not constructed well will bring it down.
