As for which OP is best OP, neither and both are the most stronk. We both need to agree on something for it to happen.
If anyone hasn't noticed yet, I'm significantly more lenient in these sorts of situations and I hate kicking people, no matter what game. However, if there is no other option left to me, then I mut do what's best for the OP. You're getting dangerously close to that mark. Please do not become like Emmerian from the last time. Right now you're acting pretty close to him. You saw how big of a mess that was, and at the time you were wailing on him like the rest of us. Now you're in his shoes.
I've got some stuff to do, so I'll continue this in a bit.

As for DEN, I want you to know that I'm got giving you special treatment. This is normal. Also, answer me this:
Why do you insist on using technology that doesn't exist, and claim that it would work in a situation in the near future. 2025 is not that far away, and most of what you suggest could be possible, just a lot farther in the future. Also, most of the ideas you've said are only marginally better then what is already in service, so I don't see a use for it.
Your response will decide if you stay in or not.

Because this was labeled as a PMT thread. Not an MT thread. 2025 isn't even PMT by forum description.
Call this thing what it is, please. I honestly believed this was a PMT thread. I had no idea this isn't even a moderately PMT thread.

I think the problem is because PMT is such a nebulously-defined tech period. Some people define solar-system spanning empires as PMT because they don't have interstellar travel, some people think an RP set in a year is PMT. Plus, people have different ideas of how fast technology would progress in whatever the intervening period is, since no one can actually know.
Correct me if I'm wrong, DEN, but it seems like you really enjoy all the technical jargon and integration of various advanced systems that wouldn't really go together IRL (active defense on suborbital stealth bombers, etc.). I don't see any reason why you can't use all that and talk about how super-advanced everything you have is- as long as it has its problems (like being mind-blowingly expensive) and as long as it's really not that much better, when you use it, than other people's stuff.
That's just my opinion though.
