Due to the unnecessary massive loss of civilian lives that would occur if a CRW was to hit the capital, I am afraid we are adamantly opposed to this. Although I do admit that I have no control over your military, and still respect your government and acknowledge the ability of your generals and officers, I fear that, along with the massive loss of life, it would only serve to fuel the enemy's propaganda efforts and cause stronger and more determined resistance. They have been brainwashed by this tinpot, oppressive, tyrannical dictatorship - yet we cannot blame them for this. However, if you choose to launch it, which - although it will have consequences - may also hamper their war effort and, possibly, kill important government officials, or even their leader. The monarchists and nationalists have engaged in several heavy firefights. In the Battle of the Losdgam River, named after the river it was fought around, some 500 rebels engage in an eight-hour firefight with 450 monarchists. Ultimately, it lead to a rebel victory, with monarchist forces suffering around 55 dead, compared to the rebels 30 dead. Several large gains have been made in FPA territory by Chernarussian forces.

There have been several more minor breakthroughs in nationalist territory; another desperate offensive conducted by some 12,000 rebels in an attempt to break through Chernarussian lines ends poorly, mainly due to poor leadership. The failed offensive costs almost 850 dead for the rebels, whos morale plummets. Insufficient rations and recent failures have contributed to this. Chernarussian morale, on the other hand, begins to soar.

A massive propaganda effort, conducted by some 50 bombers, have dropped several thousand leaflets, each depicting the Pegraynakian dictator in an unflattering, cartoonish manner. Below the picture are the words "RESISTANCE IS FUTILE. YOU HAVE BEEN BRAINWASHED BY THE BLOODTHIRSTY DICTATOR, HELLBENT ON DEATH AND DESTRUCTION. SURRENDER. CHERNARUS TREATS HER PRISONERS WELL." This was done at the cost of nearly 10 bombers and a fighter. Hopefully this will allow chernarussian forces to break through enemy lines.

IC: TuRKEBS's tungsten rods smashed down from the heavens, each one a bronze length of fire. Only heat and smoke remained of the few battalions that had dared to stand in it's path. Ironically however, it did more harm to the Petrokovians than the Pegraynakians, for one went crashing into the wall, spilling out yet another wave of fire. Quickly recognizing the growing seriousness of this threat, the dictator orders the firing of over 500 ICBMs. 10 were aimed at TuRKEBS, and the rest split up among Chernarus, Petrokovia and UMU forces. Meanwhile, in Taiwan, the brave and courageous citizens fought back against the democratic scum. Adults, elderly, children- they all helped in the war for the purity of the world. Even the babies were convinced of the harms of these foreign powers, sacrificing themselves by crawling towards enemies and stabbing them with daggers before blowing up. The carrier strike group based near the island was currently doing a fine job of holding back any foreign forces, and all were convinced of the glory of the dictator. These brave assets of the dictatorship would never fall to the barbaric creatures from overseas. For Pegraynaky!

A massive offensive consisting of 110,000 troops begin to attack the breached defensive lines, after a short delay; although meeting stiff resistance, the disorganized Pegraynakian soldiers, spread out thin like butter on bread, are quickly overwhelmed. Chernarussian troops begin to make somewhat large, but reasonable gains in present day Xinjiang.

Simultaneously, another massive artillery and missile barrage slams into the Pegraynakian forces, only a few miles away from OPERATION FINAL BLOW; the troops begin to wait for the chemical to dissipate before continuing on the offensive. The air force begins conducting aerial operations on enemy known communication and transportation lines, in order to disrupt enemy forces as well as slow down their response time to the offensives.

In Akhemni, loyalist and Chernarussian forces have made several major breakthroughs in rebel defenses, after extensive artillery and aerial bombardments; however, stiff resistance causes their advance to be halted in the outskirts of Ijevan.

In light of the civil war, a new faction has arose - the monarchists. Able to seize several military stockpiles despite heavy casualties, like the FPA, they are largely unpopular amongst the public. However, they are particularly popular amongst the Akhemnian "counties" Kepek and Losgadm located in the northern section of what is now present day Georgia. OOC: Actually, TuRKEBS is pretty damn accurate, but fine. I'll give you the wall being hit. -_- This once. However, it is kinda silly to say where my attacks hit-It's not like I'm sniping with a musket. Kinetic Bombardment Systems would be pretty accurate, if not firing on a single moving object.

IC: More and more reinforcements are sent from Petrokovia to the Pegraynakian front. The PAF reinforcements wait until the chemicals clear out before moving in further. However, they follow Chernarus's example, and keep the pressure up by firing ordance at Pegraynaky.

Interceptor missiles are sent to try to blow the 5 ICBMs heading for TuRKEBS out of the sky before they are out of range, while interceptors are readied and deployed against the ones heading towards Petrokovia, and AA guns defend the city, waiting to shoot any ICBMs that may find their way past the interceptors.

The UMU strengthens their propaganda, and even occasionally hacking into radio stations and saying things supportive of democratic socialism. Meanwhile, several generals and senators of the UMU were outraged by their enemies' use of Biological weapons and WMD's. The UMU prepare to launch a CRW (Cluster Warhead) at Pegraynaky's capital. This information is anonymous to Pegraynaky. The UMU wants to first hear what Chernarus and Petrokovia think before they launch the warhead. UMU soldiers fight hard and valiantly. They continually fight with heavy training, overwhelming numbers, high Morale, and with their technologically advanced weapons. The UMU also sends heavy reinforcements to strike major cities. Soldiers march through the streets, showing men, women, children alike how monstrous their dictator is. How their dictator only wants to murder and terrorize.

Petrokovia informs UMU that the Petrokovian Doctrine for this war is to send forces cutting a path through to the capital, and have an invasion of Pagraynaky's capital (similar to the USSR shoving their flag up Hitler's ass into the Reichstag building). Petrokovia does admit, this would be substantially easier with the strike, but would only support the UMU using the warhead if it hit the capital withing the next week. Otherwise, UMU would be risking killing the USSP's invasion force.

The citizens all refuse to go with them, such is the brainwashing they have received. Fighting till the last minute, they never give up, for even when captured they detonate themselves in order to do as much damage to the foreign scum as possible.

Reluctantly, although extremely disproving of UMU's disregard for civilian life, and to avoid possible damage to the Chernarussian military, all troops, slowly begin to withdraw. Already having secured most of present day Xinjiang and parts of Tibet, the Pegraynakian forces are surprised to see their enemy begin to slowly retreat.

Sergeant Wilknovsky and his platoon lead the charge, searching the underground capital, now exposed to the outside world, for the Dictator. This was not actually part of his mission, and only his immediate squad knew that he was actively searching for Pegraynaky's dictator.

As many refugees go to Naval Monte for sanctuary from the war many begin to tell the atrocities done by Pegraynaky when it comes to their callous use of chemical and biological weapons near civilians. Within Parliament debate rages over on not only how to deal with Pegraynaky but also ultimately whether it's time for the Self Defense Force to enter the war. Eventually the president stood up and with a stern look on her face bean to speak. "Ministers we can stay here debating until the end of time but as we do thousand upon thousand of innocent lives are destroyed because of the chaos caused by a madman." She turn to the minister of defense "you say that we shouldn't join the war because he hasn't attacked us directly? I will not deny that is the truth but so is the truth that this maniac is willing to kill his own people without even a second thought or general care of their live, if his own people aren't safe from his madness what makes you think we're any different?"

She than turned to the minister of finance "You fear that joining the war will have a negative effect on our economy? You are aware that trading is one of our major source of income right and if most of our trading partners either leave to far off lands or die than our economy will truly suffer." She than looked at all the minsters "You all saw the look on our people and heard what they said when they realize what was going on, they want justice to be brought down on the man who has decided to become the enemy of all mankind." "Right now we are all standing at a major moment in time were our action right here, right now, will effect on not only how the other nations will look at us but how we will look at ourselves and each other, and I want to believe that all of you know that joining this war and stopping Pegraynaky is the right thing to do, not only as Naval Monteans, but as human beings."

For what felt like hours no one in Parliament spoke but when everyone inside finally found their voice they all made their choice on the matter. While all that was happening Prime minister Alto Clef attempted to make contact with the Premier of Petrokovia, to know if the weapons and supplies that where sent to them are helping them with the war, to share with him the speech that President Monique D'Aubainne gave to Parliament along with the most important bit of news, that the Naval Monte Self-Defense Force will now aid him and his allies on the war.

IC: Various missiles are immediately launched at it, as AA guns open fire. Despite managing to down 4 of the warheads, one crashes down on the out skirts of the capital, blowing a hole I the ground and opening a pathway for troops to enter.

However, just as they reach them, draw out UZIs from they're clothes and begin firing at the enemy scum. Through the dust, a pitter-patter of machine gun fire opens down the metal corridor, bullets flying up towards any intruders.
