(Background: After the Landers Island Anarchist Front crashed a boat into the side of an oil tanker, killing 605 people, the nation of Lithuania-Latvia refused to negotiate after LIAF said that if the King did not meet them in negotiations, they would declare an insurekcja, an armed uprising against the nation to kill as many people as possible. LIAF then declared an insurekcja.)

Two men, both wearing ski masks and green camouflage jackets, and one carrying a black baseball bat bag, walked into a tax collection office in Lithuania-Latvia. Upon entering the office, one man (the one carrying the bag) reached into his pocket and got a remote. He clicked it, and waited eleven seconds as the workers there stood, frozen in horror. The car they were going in exploded in flames. The man with the bag dropped his bag and got out a Mossberg 500 shotgun, and an AK-74 for his partner. The man with the shotgun fired his weapon into the worker nearest to him's head, expelling the contents of that mans brain unto the nearest wall.

The man with the AK-74 sprayed the room with bullets. The manager of that particular office fled out the backdoor like the coward he was, into an alley. The man with the shotgun ran after him, shooting him in the right knee. He fell over. The man beat him over the head with his shotgun, before jumping on his head, killing him. Police would arrive in 2 minutes; they had little time. The man with the shotgun, now finished with the coward, went back to his bag and received several C4 plastic explosives. He wired them around the building as the man with the AK-74 ran upstairs and exterminated the workers there. A guard in the building, who was in the bathroom at the time, cowering in fear after hearing the explosion and the subsequent gunshots, stepped outside the bathroom with a pistol and shot the freedom fighter point blank in the head. "You bastard!" were his last words to the dying man. The man with the shotgun hastily finished wiring the explosives and ran outside through the back door, shedding his clothing, revealing a civilian outfit beneath the military jacket and ski mask. The police arrived as he walked calmly out the alley. Police flooded the building, unaware of the explosives. He clicked the remote in his pocket. He waited eleven seconds and ran. A black van picked him up, and left Lithuania-Latvia. He was never identified.

The building exploded. The first floor burst into dust, and the second floor collapsed. There were no survivors apart from the terrorist.

18 civilians died in the car bombing. 24 civilians were killed in the office massacre. 8 policemen died in the second explosion. 11 civilians died in the explosion. In total 61 civilians and one terrorist died in this attack.

The man stabbed him again, this time in the neck. The Ranger, close to death, screamed. The man turned his knife around, put it in front of instead of behind the Ranger's neck, and decapitated him after some struggle. The man walked away with the head, before putting it in his backpack.

A little while later, the Prince of Lithuania received a package- opening it, he found a bloody head, with a note attacked:

LIAF forever! Death to Lithuania! These attacks will continue.

The Ranger was later identified to be Andrei Tomolski.

The man stabbed him again, this time in the neck. The Ranger, close to death, screamed. The man turned his knife around, put it in front of instead of behind the Ranger's neck, and decapitated him after some struggle. The man walked away with the head, before putting it in his backpack.

A little while later, the Prince of Lithuania received a package- opening it, he found a bloody head, with a note attacked:

The Ranger was later identified to be Andrei Tomolski.

Serrian forces disguised as Blue Raven PMC operatives were still in the area from the previous attacks they had made, and thus made contact with the LIAF, convincing them that they had the same objective of bringing down the Lithuania-Latvian government.

A platoon of Lithuanian army soldiers moved to the area, and began firing upon any LIAF members they could find, having been ordered to take no prisoners, and were to use chemical weapons if neccessary, while the government had officially relinquished control of Latvia, and the Latvian brotherhood had signed a peace treaty, as well as a nonaggression pact, officially ending the civil war and allowing the remaining Lithuanian forces to move in land and focus on the LIAF

Those soldiers would fight for the Lithuania-Latvian government against any terrorists and rebels.

The crowd started cheering as they entered the transport ships. Who were escorted by 3 destroyers who would return to Irav as soon as the soldiers set foot in Lithuania-Latvia.

The soldiers returned fire, while a heavy weapons specialist readied and fired a Javelin ATGM at the PT 01-ATS's while an M551 Sheridan began moving down the street and fired an ATGM out of the barrel of its 152mm gun

The operator's head bled on the counter. He was unconscious.

The man turned to the mother, aiming the shotgun at her, and shot her in the head. She collapsed to the ground, and a pool of blood formed around her head, now cracked open. He looked at Igor. Walking calmly towards him, he stopped, only six inches separating them. He punched the boy in the face, breaking his nose. Blood streamed out of his broken nose, and the kid fell on his backside. "Shut up, you little brat," said the freedom fighter.

The man turned around, to the still-unconscious store operator. He reached into his pocket, grabbed a pistol, and shot the man in the head, killing him. He turned back to Igor. "Now, child, I am your father now, and the LIAF is your family." He picked him up, and ran to the black van parked outside. The man, Igor, and the driver sped away.

A call arrived at the phone of the Prince of Lithuania. "We will give away our hostage, Igor Tolchinsky, if you give us NS$5 million dollars and 200 M-16 carbines, as well as 300 AK-74s."

The call was already being triangulated and a squad of Navy SEALs were moving to rescue the hostage and kill the LIAF operatives
