Dec-Landian forces move to quickly stifle the uprising. Counter-insurgency tactics are implemented, any rebels are interrogated.

They are only there to maintain order in these protests. The Dec-Landian government supports all types of civil rights. We will not quell peaceful demonstrations, simply because they clash with our political beliefs.

On another note, and I am speaking directly to the protestors now; if any violence occurs, it will not be tolerated. Weco is no longer a part of Heco. It is the property of The Royally United Provinces. No effort will be made by the Dec-Landian government to reacquire this territory.

Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that there is a group of separatists working to remove the government of Dec-Land from power. Dec-Land will allow Heco to be almost entirely autonomous, except, Heco will have no military or police force, and Dec-Land will dictate foreign policy.
