OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE FROM LA HABANA, COMMANDER OF THE EMERGENCY REACTION FORCE OF THE VLADIVOSTOK ALLIANCE
SUBJECT: DECLARATION OF WAR ON POLISH DENMARK BY THE VLADIVOSTOK ALLIANCE


La Habana, as Commander of The Emergency Reaction Force (ERF) of The Vladivostok Alliance, hereby today uses it's authority to DECLARE WAR on Polish Denmark. Due to it's invasion of Belkan Provinces, Polish Denmark is recognised as the belligerent party in the conflict, and therefore needs to be expelled from territory belonging to Belkan Provinces; La Habana authorises and requests that any and all economic and military means may be used by The Vladivostok Alliance members to defeat Polish Denmark's forces in Belkan Provinces, and restore the borders to their pre-war status. Use of Nuclear and Chemical weapons has been authorised, but La Habana requests that the targets are limited to military targets only. Due to the harsh terrain and atmosphere of Belkan Provinces, full respirator gear as well as protective suits are MANDATORY for ALL troops and personnel sent by Alliance members.

5-Star General Co Caine was the leading commander of the Land forces and might not have looked like a fighting man, he was famous for killing 50 rebels while they slept in their barracks by choking them one at a time.

Inside the plane was Co's elite squad, they were called the Mutant Fighters, 100 men from Grottiponia Island, each had 12 fingers and 13 toes. As Co said: ''When a man comes towards you with 6 fingers on each hand and has a mutated look, you will surrender.''

While they would still need protection, they could wear less protection and that gave them a advantage in speed.

As a member of the Nuclear Arms Assembly we would ask all parties to seriously think about the incalculable damage that a nuclear exchange on Belkin Provinces territory would have. We also wish to remind our friend Belkin Provinces that LG Defense Systems of Belkin Provinces inc., formed after the sale of the former munition industry to our firm is like the rest of the company on a war footing. Belkin factories are therefore, producing weaponry 24/7 and as such any weaponry that our friends in Belkin Provinces may need to repel this heinous and unwarranted assault will be provided without charge.

Clearly the powerful Vladivostok Alliance led as I understand by the famous 5-Star General Co Caine, who by the way is reputed to have choked 100 men one at a time in their barracks, are certainly able to toss Polish Denmark into the dog house with little trouble. Shourisha I had heard the news of the new war that had started between Polish Denmark and Balkan Provinces and that La Habana was entering on BP's side. The Ryouese Empress had heard stories on how Polish Denmark was defeated twice in two other wars.

This war was not to be missed by The Ryouese Empire, in fact, The Ryouese were helping La Habana in a blockade against a dictatorship and knew that getting on The Good side of The Vladivostok Alliance would help The Ryou Black Islands alot.

So it was that Empress Shourisha sent this message over the air waves.

The stupid Danes were stupid....danes.

The Ryouese had built a Anti-Missile Defense network to make sure that The Islands were well protected against ICBM attack.

The Ryouese also had use of ICBMs also had were pointing the missiles at The enemy nation. These missiles had Chemical Warheads, VX Nevre Gas. The Ryouese had learnt The Value of MAD (Mutual assured destruction) and if August IV (who appeared to need Glasses and a hearing aid) tried attacking The Ryouese Empire, The Ryouese would launch their missiles to see how Danish fare with Nerve Gas.

This will shed light on some current events.

We have just recieved word that our foe, Rumackistan aka RAS, has aggreed to withdraw their troops in the light of the current mass nuclear threat.
With Rumackistan no longer fighting us, Poilish Denmarks is on their own.

We therefore ask that Polish Denmark see reason and not stupidity.
Reasons are as follows:
1. Polish Denmark vs. Vladivostok Alliance (20+ members ALL NUCLEAR)
2. Polish Denmark vs. Non-Alliance Members 3+ (ALL NUCLEAR)
3. Polish Denmark's Military is greatly outnumbered once again
4. There will be no demands made, only restoration of peace, and pre war boarders be reinstated
5. If Polish Denmark does indeed launch their nuclear weapons, there is NO way in HELL that they are going to be able to obliterate every single nation backing us.
6. If Poilish Denmark launches their nuclear weapons, they will most likely be condemned by the World Assembly
7. There is no need for your rising, wealthy nation to become obliterated at the push of a button
8. The fact that there is a rebellion on your hands, I'd think you'd want to call off a foreign war and focus on home issues

Here are our points on this matter.
This is the only time we are going to propose this, If rejected, God save Polish Denmark

SUBJECT: VICTORY FOR THE VLADIVOSTOK ALLIANCE, POLISH DENMARK VAPORISED!


La Habana, as Commander of The Emergency Reaction Force (ERF) of The Vladivostok Alliance, hereby today declares that Polish Denmark has been vaporised without trace by a hail of ICBM's launched by The Vladivostok Alliance, in retaliation against an imminent ICBM launch by Polish Denmark. Spy satellites detected that Polish Denmark was fuelling it's ICBM's, indicating that the launch process had begun; however The Vladivostok Alliance was prepared for this, and launched a full nuclear strike against Polish Denmark. All Polish Denmark troops still inside Belkan Provinces have surrendered. While The Vladivostok Alliance wishes to limit it's use of nuclear weapons, we had no choice when faced with a nuclear-armed rogue state like Polish Denmark. La Habana officially declares that hostilities between Polish Denmark and Belkan Provinces are at an end.
