For the short amount of time since its inception, the two nations of Reserka and Alexanderios have been building up tensions between each other resulting in a complete declaration of war. While previously Reserka was defeated during the Davincia-Reserkan War (after which two Reserkan leaders committed suicide) and has remained a nuclear wasteland, it seems that it has now regained enough strength to begin another war. Also, for a short time Reserka was released as a colony of Davincia and given to Alexanderios. According to Reserkan officials, it was the people of Alexanderios who exploited the nation. Official investigation from the I.C.L. later disproved such claims. Unfortunately, a nation alliance was forged between Northern Davincia, Reserka, and Niyhu. This declaration of war made by Reserka is in direct violation of The Firein Peace Agreement drafted by the International Cooperation League. Davincia itself remains neutral in this war, despite threats made by Niyhu to harm the Tsar's own daughter. Northern Davincia is expected to remain neutral as well due to the Treaty of Nagolgrad made after the Northern Davincian War.
