Because we ( i consider myself both an RPer and a defender), do not use the gameplay mechanism that is RnD gaming, so we're seen as second class.

Well, yeah, obviously. I'm asking WHY that is, though, and what the exact connection is.
Are any mods actual RPers, by the way? Have any mods ever come up that way? Or is it all NSGers and R/Ders?

I have had friends, mentors, and many other RP community associates say my viewpoints on the issue, so I will be brief and say that I too am against this SC resolution. It opens the doors to raiding Any region and makes the point of having a password useless. Was it not for this very reason regions possessed passwords? The Mentors and earlier posts have already hit most of my points, but I felt the password issue and the moderation stance on this needed to be stated again.

I have been a regional official, a member of the RP community, and I am a defender -- I can tell you now that this move is a new strategy to invade regions protect and RP regions. All of you know this to be true, it isn't hard to figure out. Lets use some common sense and avoid forcing RP writers into the fray of gameplay. Just I, TECT's two scents.

It would take the clsses to be opposed to each other.

You can raid or whatever, if you like. It's a valid way of playing the game - but not all nations have to play, and that's all we want to say.

Trans is very much still active in RP, and so is Jenrak and DLN but not as much anymore.

I understand your concern, we all do. Generally, we all share your thoughts and feelings on the issue.

We're just intent on not letting the moderators bury the issue. This has nothing to do specifically with Gameplay vs. Roleplay anymore, this has to do with Moderators taking on the opinions of all sides, and reaching a consensus for all. What Mall is attempting to do - conduct of being a moderator aside - is clearly causing too much friction between both communities to begin with. Are they going to bring it to an end? Apparently not, because it's only politics.

To put it simply, there are ~17,000 regions in this game. A very small number of them are roleplay regions. Why there would be any shortage of targets if we were allowed to abstain if we want to is beyond me.

I'm more adept in WA though I do RP (WA itself is RPing), so I may be able to help there. I'm using Repeal Commend "the JSA" to strip the badge from his usurped trophy region, but I do wish to commend RPers to state that RP and R/D both have equal status in NS.

If anything, clogging the queue will do a great job in forcing Mallorea to wait, but this has to be done fast before he gets the chance to submit.
