The State of Das Metro respects the government of Medwedia's right to treating ponies within their borders as they see fit, though Governor Opium Rush requests that any pegasi, or earth ponies sent from Maxtopia into Medwedia be sent to Das Metro where they will receive proper care and treatment. The Governor however, refuses to accept unicorn refugees into the city. Governor Opium Rush is also willing to send monetary aid in return for the pegasi and earth ponies sent. He is also willing to ship quality Das Metro weapons and munitions for the unicorns dealt with.

Though the Governor is unhappy with the keeping of pegasi and earth ponies, he finds the treatment of unicorns to his expectations, as similar methods of punishment are enforced upon unicorns who break the Anti-Magic laws.

No harm will come to them, however they will be interned until Medwedia ceases its genocide against ponies.
