To who it may concern,

The government of the Socialist Republic of Ardoki, feel as though it is in the interest of the worldwide proletariat for us to assist you against the capitalist traitors causing unrest in your nation. As a fellow socialist nation, we realise that in order for the people to be free and prosperous, socialism must reign supreme. The capitalists will only cause exploitation and poverty for the vast majority of Malovinians. We cannot allow that to happen, we shall assist you in restoring order, and keeping your regime in power indefinitely.

The Socialist Republic of Ardoki pledges to send troops to assist you restoring order in your nation. After order has been established, our troops shall stay behind, if you allow them to of course, and help you maintain order until your nation is stable enough for our troops to leave. If you wish for our troops to leave at any point in time, they shall leave as soon as possible. During the stage of maintaining order in your nation, after the capitalist rebels have been defeated, our units shall be respect the authority of the Federal Republic of Malovinia, and assist you in all ways possible. However the Socialist Republic of Ardoki reserves the right to withdraw them from the Federal Republic of Malovinia at any time it wishes.

We intend to send a standard corps from the Red Army, it includes over 50 000 soldiers, and all the latest and most advanced weaponry and vehicles. Furthermore we shall send a fleet of ships, which shall include a four aircraft carriers, and a few hundred aircraft. These assets shall assist you in regaining control over territory lost to the rebels, as well as eliminating all threats to the Federal Republic of Malovinia. These assets shall also help you maintain order for a limited time after the conflict has concluded, after stability and long-term peace has been achieved. However we need your authorisation for this plan to be placed into effect. Along with Malovinian military bases which we will need to use. We await your reply.

The Federal Republic of Malovinia, was an interesting nation. They were somewhat oppressive, and possible even a little corrupt, however they identified themselves as a socialist nation. The Federal Republic of Malovinia was not nearly as socialist as the Socialist Republic of Ardoki, however perhaps that could be changed? There was great civil unrest in the Federal Republic of Malovinia, capitalist agitators were trying to start a full blown revolution. That would be terrible for the Malovinian people, capitalism is far inferior to socialism. However Malovinian socialism is almost as bad. Since the early 20th Century, Ardoki has subscribed to a form of socialism founded by Javar Heru, the founder of the Socialist Republic of Ardoki. Heruism, is a form of socialism in which the businesses are run for profit, but are also state-owned. The profits from the businesses are then shared amongst the people in the form of education, healthcare, roads, and many other things. Heruism as turned the Ardoki into one of the most prosperous nations in the world. Perhaps this can also be done to Malovinia? Not only can Heruism vastly improve the Malovinian economy, keep the people happy, however Heruism is far too vast and complex to explain right here.

The conflict in Malovinia immediately came to Premier Sikandar Aadekar's attention, he ordered President Jahanara Kant to relay a telegram to the government of the Federal Republic of Malovinia. While the Red Army were immediately ordered to begin preparations for Ardokian assistance to the Malovinian government, and then when ready, immediately sail toward Malovinia. If the Federal Republic of Malovinia denied the Ardokian offer of assistance, the Ardokians would return to port, however if there was a positive response, or no response at all, the plan would be carried out. The Red Army force sent to assist the Malovinians consisted of the 34th Corps, along with the 4th Battle Fleet and a variety of other ships for transport and logistical purposes. The 4th Battle Fleet left the Ardokian port of Savat on the 4th of June, along with it were the numerous transport, logistical and other supply ships which shall support the 34th Corps in this expedition. The 4th Battle Fleet is expected to reach Malovinia by the 15th of June.

To the socialist government of Malovinia,

The Valaran Empire, as a member of IFA, would prefer this nation to be capitalist. However recognizing that peace, prosperity and stability are more important than the free market, we would support a peace deal. Furthermore, while not exactly favoring the nation's entry into the Convist Union (we would prefer it to enter the IFA), we would prefer that it did so than descend further into bloodshed. The Convist Union is a respected international body, and its members should do wonders in helping to restore your nation (though our political views diverge, we have nothing but praise for them). However, there is one condition: the capitalist rebels shall be negotiated with, not hunted down, and if they are defeated, the general rank & file shall be given amnesty. If this is not met we will, reluctantly, send troops (some 3 divisions are ready) to help the rebels. Is this acceptable?

The States of the Confederation have taken a vote to arm the Capitalist in the nation with more equipment and Officers to train them along with allowing them to recruit within the borders of the States.

Antioch States plans to donate to the war effort on the side of the capitalist:

10,000 Officers (to help train the capitalist on the new equipment)
15,000-25,000 Leopard 2A7+
25,000 in modern small arms within the first month the Confederation promises nearly an infinite amount of small arms for the war period

Uniforms and other tactical gear as-well.
All troops recruited within the States will be trained and equipped by the Confederation

The Following units are to be deployed to hold current territory help by the capitalist:

33rd AA Division: 13,000 troops 5,000 anti-aircraft pieces (2 months)

2nd Logistics Field Army: -80,000 (2 months)

53rd & 55th Artillery Brigades: 6,000 troops and 1,000 field pieces (1 Months)

103rd Amour Division:13,000 ( 1 Months)

5th Mechanized infantry Field Army: A Minimum of 80,000 troops and a maximum of 200,000 troops (1 Month) (Full force in 4 months)

22nd Interception Wing: 55PAK FAT-50 (1 and a half months)

As-well as 2 million Silver Marks being pushed into the budget of the Capitalist.

NOTE: The Capitalist must use the same currency and a copy of the Antioch Central bank in return of these forces.

Your treatment of other people's ideologies is despicable. I decree there an ultimatum:
Free elections must be held 1 month from now and people from Greator Australia will be designated vote counters.
At the elections, Greator Australian troops will be sent to stop intimidation and violence.
Throughout any part of the civil war, there will be a no fly zone over any civilian population.
Any harm to citizens will lead to sanctions against your nations and your nation will be forwarded to the World Assembly for assessment to site whether it will be classed as a rogue nation.

It is sad that I must introduce myself to you in such a way, however I must do it. Word has come to me and Premier Sikandar Aadekar that you have started supplying rebellious insurgents in Malovinia. These rebels are not truly rebels, but terrorists who are not representative of the majority of Malovinian citizens. They are in the employment of several capitalist powers who wish to destroy the nation of Malovinia and divide it up amongst themselves. These rebels have committed numerous crimes against humanity against the many supporters of the current regime and have orchestrated terrorist attacks leaving numerous dead. I personally do not believe that your nation is one of those nations funding the rebels, the Confederation of Antioch States is a land of freedom and respect for their people, and international law.

The Socialist Republic of Ardoki, is a member of the United Left, and the Convist Union. These two alliances have pledged to defend the Federal Republic of Malovinia, which is a prospective member of those two alliances. The United Left and the Convist Union have a total of 142 member nations, which also pledge their support for the Federal Republic of Malovinia. The United Left, the Convist Union and the Socialist Republic of Ardoki, recognise the problems present in the Federal Republic of Malovinia, they are corrupt and oppressive. However, we shall change that, we shall help the Federal Republic of Malovinia reform itself into a true workers state. That is why we shall defend the Federal Republic of Malovinia, it shall become a true state for the people. I can guarantee that if you continue your hostile actions against the Federal Republic of Malovinia, you will be overwhelmed with sheer numbers and defeated. However, I personally, do not want it to come to that. The Confederation of Antioch States like a noble and grand nation, I would hate to see it defeated in a futile war. The United Socialist States of East Repania sents its 11th division, the smallest division with 4,000 troops into Malovinia to help fight the capitalist rebels. East Repania can only send its 11th division due to a current war going on.

The Government of Zoboyizakoplayoklot has decided to send 40,000 infantry to Malovinia to support the government, and have deployed a classified amount of secret service agents to capture intel on the rebels. The air force will continue to supply humanitarian aid to affected areas, along with weapons which they will supply to the government.

Update:

The 3rd Fleet's transport vessels have successfully arrived at an allied Malovinian port to start the unloading of the 6,300 4th Army soldiers. These soldiers make up 1 Air Cavalry Battalion, 1 Armor Battalion, 1 Engineering battalion, 1 Mechanized Infantry Battalion, and 2 Infantry Battalions. The unloading is being covered by 4 Zeus Class Destroyers, 2 Hades Class Frigates and 1 Poseidon Class Cruiser from the 3rd Fleet. As soon as the Air Cavalry Battalion is unloaded, light air cover will also be provided in the form of AH-80 Blackfoot Attack Helicopters and MH-6 Little Bird Scout Helicopters.

I suggest you move military forces nearby, in case it is a trap. Also having rotary-winged aircraft to evacuate the ambassadors in case of a firefight would be a good move.

Half of our force has been unloaded at the Socialist-held port city. The unloading will continue day and night for the next 36 hours for the remaining personnel and equipment to be unloaded. After this, the 3rd Fleet ships will move out to a short circling pattern off the port city while the 6 Battalions load up and make for a new position.

The Federal Republic of Malovinia is under the protection of the United Left and the Convist Union, as the Federal Republic of Malovinia intends on joining both of these organisations. An act of war against the Federal Republic of Malovinia, is an act of war against 142 nations which are members of the United Left and the Convist Union, the Socialist Republic of Ardoki is included in that.

I suggest to you, Mr Abbott, that you withdraw your threats and leave the Federal Republic of Malovinia alone. While I do not support capitalism it would surely be better if the socialist republic could be toppled.
The New Age Empire sends 300,000 soldiers and 5 panzer IV divisions.
The New Age Empire resupplies the capitalists with ammunition, food and fuel and will try to keep doing this.
If we succesfully win the war we will most likely try to take over and set up a national socialist dictatorship or fascist dictatorship if possible or integrate the republic into the annexed countries program of The New Age Empire in which all races are accounted for and are observed to see if they are fit to be integrated into the helghan race and are either integrated or killed in mass shootings. After the mass shooting massive amounts of helghan's are to move to the country in order to eventually make the country's race helghan.
