Operation Cope Lightning Excercise ( OOC, Closed, MT-PMT)

Operation Cope Lightning is a multinational exercise designed to help develop fighter tactics and build relationships between air forces. The OSAF will be hosting this year's event at the Shady Shoals Air Base in the Pacific Commonwealth.
Scenario
The islands of the Pacific Commonwealth are under attack by a hostile Air Force, that intends to inflict damage on key allied facilities. The exercise will be the protection of a target island as well as 4 objectives on it, a fuel depot located in the southwest corner of the island, a port located in a natural harbor in the northeast corner, an ammo depot in the center, and the Shady Shoals Emergency Landing Area will all be mock targets.

So, question for you. Whoever is playing OPFOR or the main force has to play as the forces and use the planes you have listed or can they bring their own?

So how many people are we waiting to sign-up before the IC starts? Also is it alright if I'm mainly doing tactical insertion with my forces and am only doing covering bombing runs/ attacks to cover my troops.

I get it. Missed the aircraft contributing part.
Just helpful FYI, here's a similar exercise I did a while back with some friends.

We each had a squadron from our national AF. We didn't get too far into the exercise, but planning was kind of fun.

Three more maybe, just to make it a more "Multi-national event."
Also, your personal have access to base facilities such as the BX, the gym, and feel free to go to the various bars, clubs, and eateries in Santiago.

Ok so what exactly are the exercises going to be? Are we coming to someone's aid because they're being attacked because then we'll need men on the ground. Or what? I mean you haven't really specified. You said it would build relationships between countries but you need to specify what relationships they're going to build. Also put the OOC in the IC.

Objective of this part of OPFOR is to destroy all enemy air-components on the island, while securing the 2nd Fleet at the same time (seeing that they are operating from their flight decks it might not be a bad idea).
They can also provide shelter for other OPFOR-components, if they do not want to operate from the islands, if two requirements are met: I. Their aircraft must be capable of landing on aircraft carriers. II. Their aircraft must be capable of taking off from aircraft carriers.
