"W-why is this happening to my people? This wasn't part of the deal!" Duke Casimir spoke to the authoritative, black-clad figure in front of him.

"My dear Casimir, it was always part of the plan," the man told him.

"It was part of the plan to murder all my people?"

"Murder? Nein, it is simply a cleansing. Out with the old, in with the new, the cycle of life, ist it not?"

Casimir banged on the table, "Stop this madness! Or I'll-"

"You'll what?" The figure asked, a dead serious tone in his voice as he pulled a pistol out of its holster.

"I-I'll back out of the deal."

"Do you have any idea who it is you're speaking with, dummkopf? One doesn't back out of a deal like this one. Nein, you're trapped. Whether you wish to die alongside your people or not doesn't mean a thing to me."

With that the man turned and began walking out of the room, two Ritterbrüders sporting advanced armor following him. Duke Casimir sat in his chair as the door was shut. Sighing, he rested his head on his hands.

Herr Wilhelm walked down the hall, a sinister smile on his face. He opened the double doors to the outside, and looked out as people fell in the streets. A squad of Halbbrüders marched down the street, some carrying an Orden banner while others rounded up some of the sick and frail, leading them down the street towards the woods.
