THE COMMUNIST PACT

This is the first Conference of The Communist Pact.Here,Communist Pact members will discuss the leading issues facing the alliance.The leadership shall also be followed in all ways.

IC:
Premier Kayr Digyatov walks from the plane onto the ground below.He is trailed by President Yuri Lykov and Deputy Premier Vassily Urinov.He motions to the men,who in turn are trailed by 10 guards.When they are inside,Premier Digyatov sends Urinov to greet guests,and he himself starts setting up tables and chairs.He puts up a map and sits down.He and Lykov chat until the first guests come in.

[Phalanstine]

The motorcade pulled around the corner heading for the building where the first ever Pact conference was to take place. Kershaw sat in his HMV which was being lead and followed by several men on motorcycles. All the guards that were with him carried .45 caliber sidearms. Jacob himself was a hard man a thick beard and his nape of the neck length hair were slick with oils that were thick with the smell of flowers. His eyes were like cold blue steel and everything about him bespoke his age and experience from the scar that cut through his hard creased leather skin to the gray that had pushed almost all of the black out. When they stopped he barely wasted a moment and stepped out of the HMV and started towards the building his secretary almost having to jog in her six inch heels and black pencil skirt he had made into the dress code for her. His men kept around him rather easily all of them including Kershaw himself wearing a very sharp pressed black and gray camis though obviously Kershaw himself held the highest rank which is Colonel. As they stepped into building Kershaw removes his trench coat and stepped towards Premier Digyatov. "Hello Comrade. I see preparations are well under way?" Kershaw's guard had stayed outside except his lead bodyguard. His secretary seemed to be flipping through pages in a notepad.

[Szertica]

The motorcade representing Szertica rolls up, consisting of a limousine with tinted windows, flanked on each side by four motorcycles. The motorcade proceeds to draw to a halt. From the limousine steps Alexei Szergov, premier of Szertica, along with a small personal guard. He is dressed in an overcoat which drapes down to his knees. He walks with a cane, compensating for a limp in his left leg caused by a gunshot wound he received during the revolution. He approaches Digyatov and Kershaw. "Gentlemen, it is good to finally meet you."

[Akirii]

Angelo Maxim, Akiirian representative, walked into a secure car with 2 RSU's. The car was started up m, and drove forwards the meeting. After a while, the car arrived at the location. The man and his guards headed towards the conference room. He opened te door, apologized his late arrival and took a seat.

[Elepis]

General Commissar Nathaniel Steed was driving in an Armored car after a 3 hour flight. He soon arrived at the meeting and took his seat humming the Internationale.

[Alexannbggg]

General Secretary Eva arrived by helicopter. She climb out of the helicopter and immediately ran to the conference rooms, sighing when she realized she was not the last one there.

[Alexzanabbgggggg]

Diplomat Commissar Alexei Esrurik had arrived at the conference room he sat and said "Hello Comrades, It is very good to meet you."

[Akirii]

Maxim looked around, and clears his throat.
"I am Maxim Angelo, and as the represent of Akirii I declare the first conference of TCP begun. Late arrivals shall arrive soon." He opened his suitcase and pulled out a few papers.
"First issue; Common training for our armies once in a while?"
"I said once in a while since it hasn't been confirmed how often they would take place."
"Anyway, to the next issue. I shall go fast on the issues so you can tell your opinions."
He puts the first paper back and takes a secod one.
"A spec ops team to fight against terrorism, capture targets and they could lead men at the field even without a official high "rank". Training and equipping them wouldn't be cheap if they were equipped and trained like RSU's."
He takes a sip of water and takes thr third paper.
"And third; Delegate for the world assembly. We need someone to represent TCP in the World Assembly. So far we have not received any volunteers, but maybe now?"
"And the last, embassies. To properly let thw world know of TCP before we take part in wars, we need to spread knowledge of us via diplomacy. We need suggestions on where to make embassies."
Maxim closed the suitcase and puts it down.
"Now. Discuss."

[Shavash]

Two black SUVs rolled up to the conference building.Stepping out was a woman wearing a suit and thick brown hair pulled back in a bun. She entered the conference room just as everything was being laid out to be discussed. She glanced at all the members before leaning forward to her mic "I would be proud to allow joint training in my country and also supply this Pact with some of my most well trained soldiers to help in the endeavor of created a anti terrorist special forces. Security, safety, and defense are one of our biggest concerns in Shavash."

[Elepis]

Maxim looked around, and clears his throat.

The General Commissar spoke "I fully support joint training and a Specs Ops team I a good idea and Elepis will help fund it we will also send trainers form our Lightning Unit to train them, our men must have the best weapons and the best training. Unfortunately I cannot be WA delegate but perhaps Cedoria? I think it should be someone with out a post now so nobody has too much power. I also propose embassies in the The International." He stopped and drank his water. "Also should we get a permanent seal?"

[Phalanstine]

Colonel Kershaw stood at this moment and pulled the burning cigar from his mouth. "For Delegate I will have to disagree with our Honorable Commissar I propose someone with a position of power! We need to show everyone that we are more than a slapped together ragtag of nations! We need to show them we are strong! I also propose that not only do we have common training, but we have a people's army lead by a neutral leader so that when a nation does require assistance no nation need to enter another unless this neutral regional army is not up to snuff!"

[Akirii]

"We are glad to see support for the Spec Ops. Shall we make it a mix of the nations's Spec Ops, and by that I mean we bring some high-rsnk units from our spec ops, and make them train the chosen soldiers who are qualified for the Spec Ops. Now, we need a name for them."
Maxim stamps the paper with the Spec Ops issue with "accepted".
He sips water and continues; "Shall we have a island or a location where all qualified / chosen soldiers for the Spec Ops are going to be trained? Akiirian island of Iamova seems good, as it has no contact to outside world at the moment, it is big enough and seems like a overall good location to train, especially after we're done building the training centres, barracks etc."
Maxim turned towards Kershaw and asked; "Who do you suggest then? I agree it shouldn't be a *nobody*, but it'd be bad if one nation had too much power over the TCP."
He suddenly remembers; "Oh yes! I almost forgot, we need a Officer of Spec Ops after we're done establishin the Spec Ops training centre and begun the program. Who shall it be?"
"We also are trying to create a realistic battle simulator for te soldiers, that actually hurts them if they're hit in the simulation. Teh are required to wear helmets that have connection to their brain, and if they die in the simulation, they cannot move until it is finished, or everyone has died."
"Might sound a bit.. Brute, but it should teach them how to fight properly and realistically."

[Phalanstine]

Kershaw wasted no time in answering as he tapped ash from his cigar into a bowl. "I believe Premier Digyatov would be a perfect Delegate. He has some backing and seems to be politically inclined. He would be perfect for such things unlike myself. I am a soldier. I would actually propose myself to train the Special Operations forces. I would gladly take on this task. Phalanstine would easily replace me as their Ambassador for the Pact."

[Akirii]

Maxim raises an eyebrow
"You did seem like a soldier. Hm."
"I do not have the privileges to grant you that, I shall talk abou that to the high rankers, maybe even Mr President about this. This PROBABLY will go to the General, he probably will accept."
"Also, yes. We also need a permanent seal. We need someone to create the pact one.
But excuse me,", Maxim rises from his chair.
"I am actually going to make the call to people to grant you the ranks to train the troops, Mr.. Kershaw?"
Maxim walked out of the room to make a couple of calls.

[Stasnov]

The motorcade representing Stasnov approached the Conference building. Marshal Nikolai A. Markov knew that he was late. He got out of his car followed by two men in suits who also wore armbands with the symbol of the Stasnovan Communist Party on it. One of them was old with blond hair that had started to thin and the other was pretty young, but despite his age he seemed tall and strong. The Marshal entered the Conference room and he sat on his chair, with his two companions standing some metres behind him.

"Sorry for being late Comrades. So, what did i miss?"

Maxim returns to the room.
"You got the rank", and looks at Kershaw.
"Oh, and welcome. Good that you joined us. Here is a summary of the meetings issues so far", Maxim gives the newcomer a paper from his suitcase.
OOC: basically now you can post like you were in the conference.
I'm gonna sleep so continue the conference guys.

[Stasnov]

"I see" said Markov after reading the paper "About the delegate, currently, my country cannot provide a someone for this position. Also, I agree that we should establish an embassy in The International and I would also like to suggest The Communist Region. Moreover I agree that we should have someone make a seal or a logo for the Pact. But now, lets procced to the interesting stuff." He said while smiling. "Comrades?he said reffering to the two men that were with him. They slowly approached the conference table. "Let me introduce you to Col. Romanov (the old man) and Lt. Col. Kozlov(the young one)." he said to the other officisls in the room."They both are veterans of the Larosian civil war. The offered their service to the Pact by offering to train and command a paratrooper battalion within our new Spec Ops unit. So comrades, what do you say?"

[Szertica]

"If they've got the experience we've got the recruits." Said Szergov bluntly. "We have no real Spec Ops unit in Szertica, but we've got allot of reservists, and I'm sure we can find some in there to join, not to mention in my personal guard."

[Ural Mountains]

An Mi-26 lands at the site of the conference. An old bearded man quickly runs out surrounded by his personal guard. Each guard is armed with Mk-17 Battle Rifles. The man is not dressed spectacularly, only wearing a Nordic style winter coat and hat.

He gets to the area of the conference winded, while his soldiers remain unaffected by the run. The man straightens his hat, "Sorry gentlemen, my plane was delayed by weather. I represent the Ural Mountains. My name is Björn Skäl."

[Phalanstine]

Colonel Kershaw shook the men's hands. "Colonel, Or. Colonel. Good of you to join us. We were just discussing the special forces. Perhaps we can make the paratrooper batallion into a combined force to use for tactical drops from choppers as well. That would be better for dealing with terrorists while jumping from planes would be better for open battle."

[Stasnov]

Kozlov turned to Szergov and asked "Average age, weight, height, capabilities and experience? We need soldiers comrade, not cannon fodder." Then the two men turned to Colonel Kershaw, shook his hand and heard what he has to say. "And i was worried that there would only be politicians here haha. It's good to finaly meet you Comrade Colonel. I have heard numerous good things for you and we are eager to cooperate. And yes, we will be responsible for the training and the command of the Paratrooper Battalion." said Col. Romanov

[Szertica]

"So be it, but I'm afraid Szertica will have little to spare in the way of commandos." Said Sergov, shuffling in his seat. "We emphasize quantity over quality."

The General Secretary stood "My country has the battle hardened Red Storm Trooper corps. we would be willing to send a unit every year, then swap for another RST unit, that way every unit will serve the TCP and Alexannbggg."

[Alexzanabbgggggg]

"So be it, but I'm afraid Szertica will have little to spare in the way of commandos." Said Sergov, shuffling in his seat. "We emphasize quantity over quality."

The General Secretary stood "My country has the battle hardened Red Storm Trooper corps. we would be willing to send a unit every year, then swap for another RST unit, that way every unit will serve the TCP and Alexannbggg."

"Alexzanabbgggggg will also be willing to send some of our Red Guards who have some of the best training and equipment of any special force."

[Stasnov]

"So be it, but I'm afraid Szertica will have little to spare in the way of commandos." Said Sergov, shuffling in his seat. "We emphasize quantity over quality."

The General Secretary stood "My country has the battle hardened Red Storm Trooper corps. we would be willing to send a unit every year, then swap for another RST unit, that way every unit will serve the TCP and Alexannbggg."

"That would do" said Kozlov to the Alexannbggganian and Alexzanabbgggggg representatives "How many are you willing to send every year?" He then turned to Sergov "So, since you have many men to spare, you could send more troops than the other nations. Send the best paratroopers you have, and we will make them real soldiers"
