Yeah, I think aircraft carrier radar is less than 300 mi, and I don't think you'd have one that close by chance (you'd need 700 aircraft carriers to guarantee coverage of the entire ocean).

It's actually fine, I think. You can only legally claim resources within 200 mi of your land, so he can stay outside that and still "watch" what's going on inside.

Now I need a place to send planes. I don't have an aircraft carrier in the area. The closest carrier is by the Spratly Islands. I can't say I have aircrafts in Australia. But I can send planes from a base in Phillipines and Guam.

I was poking a bit of fun at you, and I don't mind much, but the OP did say to try diplomacy first, which is why I'm trying talks with Vancon and just flying a few satellites.

Whenever I look on NSTracker I try to halve whatever I see 'cause half of Defence goes to Space Command (which also does the robots). I forgot to in my app, want me to change it?
