No, more like the Bulkheads have to be opened to let out survivors. =D Then they won't have to map out the sectors because it won't matter! The undead will be everywhere!

Also there are Emmerian soldiers everywhere, getting eaten too, so... yeah. Nobody cares about them. ;-;

Ehh, not really. It's their fault for not trying to live. :P

So... Is this where a Remnant fleet comes to save the day before the carrier crashes into the city? Or not.

No no no no.

As in the quarantine will be breached and zombies will spread everywhere.

So then is the Revelation going to crash into Union City? While it would be an intresting turn of events, it would also damage what seems to be a very, very expensive ship...

Idea! What if the Remenants fleet reaches a decision that if the Revelation doesn't stop, they will have to sink the vessel. Imagine - running through a massive super carrier that's being blown up while fighting zombies. How much cooler can you get?

Yes, I'm plunging the pride of my military fleet into a city. A city infested with zombies. It'll run into port and ground itself.

Also, remember, I have more ships surrounding it. But they're locked down as to not catch the rabies. Rangers will land on deck later and get mauled as per Resident Evil fashion. If sinking the Revelation were a viable option, a railgun ship would have done it already.

Remember, we're still officially supposed to support the BSAA.

Hmm.... It's viable at some point, right?

Why not airlift those who are good off the deck and sink it?

Because a super carrier with a crew of two thousand crew members, and the means to sustain them and a prolonged defense initiative is very, very expensive. Plus, good luck getting on deck now that it's getting swarmed from the hangar.

Well, the 2,000 cre wmemers are zombies, so who cares? It's a giant zombie aircraft carrier. Might as well sink it.

No reason to sink it if you might be able to clean it out. It's not a threat to anyone except those still alive aboard right now, and attacking it would only make it worse for those still alive aboard right now, so there's no reason to attack it.

Well if it did something potentially threatening, like... oh I don't know: sailed right at a major population center. Then I could see why one might try to sink it.

Well if they target the ship, all of Atlas is pretty much dead. It's a gamble. "Can they ride it into port? At least enough so it doesn't crash into the warehouses dotting it? Is it worth losing XXX trillion cR and the best Special Forces team on the planet? Is it worth the possible 750~ Infected slowly breaking loose onboard? The city is already infected...

Decisions decisions...

So, Cong - is Nexus a robot, or like a Cortana type AI? As in, tiny little implant chip?

Nexus is like a Cortana that's not centralized in an implant. He's basically everywhere.

Probably more like Jarvis.

Correct URA, Nexus is definitely not an implant chip. He is probably about the size of a medium sized city by now, but that's distributed across data centers around the world. Most people imagine him as looking like his robotic avatars (see my flag for a picture of one), although most people interact with him through devices like smartphones and computers. If you want more information on what he is like in terms of his mind and how he thinks, feel free to ask, but I'm not going to bother explaining that unless you want me to.

Exantos bought one online recently; did you count that too? His isn't very smart, though. It's basically Nexus circa ten years ago when Nexus was very stupid. It has a lot more processing power than Nexus, though.

I refer to Exantos's AI as "it" and Nexus as "he." In IC posts, my narrator voice will always call Nexus "he," although some of my charchers will call Nexus "it" (and a few will call Nexus "she").

Well Lennox actually just got out of the breach, lost a squad member, and is now trying to link up with other squads of Atlas members. He's just outside the left sector. Garcia is also about to get rekt.

Also, Left Sector is the bow of the ship, for reference. Right is the hangar deck/ rear of the carrier. Mid is about to break lose so sectors are about to become meaningless.

I think we could've solved some confusion by using naval vernacular of 'Forward/aft', Port/starboard (port is left), topside/belowdecks.
-My guys are port-side, amidships.

Also, I think I'll link with Congrevetopia's men and maybe save Santiago's pretty little face.
