No, any new comer will be dropped into the hurricane for Helios.

Question: Does Atlas want to engage the Zombie threat during Halloween? It may pump new blood into the group.

Teens join at age 16 where they are sent to a boarding school for 2 years. here they will learn basic high school criteria but at a higher standard. They will also have extra things like military science and survival training. When they graduate and turn 18 they will go through a combat phase. They will be digitally encoded and assigned a suit of armor. Susanoo Integrated Armor is the armor all Olympians use but they are highly versatile to fit for the user or scenario. When the soldier is 18 they will go into combat training for 2 years. These 2 years are nothing like standard boot camp. They will learn to operated with perfection. towards the end of this 2 years they will go through 12 weeks of standard military boot camp. After this they will be operational. They were formed during the Timerian civil war to hunt and kill southern extermination teams. Listen can you make a post Emm about how my troops are getting thrown into the fray. I know Congreveopia is still here. Just a little bit busy.

I'll bring Kayora, not sure if she can handle Vodka though.

How to make a cold-intro into the middle of a thread used to be a very common RPer-skill, was often the only way you could join an RP.

Has 3 steps:
1. Figure out motive for involvement
2. Figure out how to get physically involved in the RP
3. Figure out whatever your guys were doing and make it line-up with what has happened so far

If activity gets carzy enough, we could even break the RP down into an OOC, IC-downtime, IC mission A, and IC mission B threads

Meta-OOC realization that [Player] Hurtful Thoughts is starting to get wangsty as Imperial Isa...
... crap.

Hmm, could you just re-toast your original app you used to apply here?

Reason: I'm lazy and probably won't look for it.

Standardized Equipment:

Advanced Load Lightening Infantry Endoskeleton/equipment "ALLIE-"

A frame worn under BDU's, its designed to lighten load and fatigue of its operators dawning
body armor. While not as powerful as its G.I Exoskeleton variant, ALLIE offers nearly zero compromise in
maneuverability. being an "endoskeleton" , ALLIE can be worn underneath clothing, cloaking its operator's
mildly enhanced agility and strength. Powered by a miniature fuel cells.

Applicated Network Interface, Immersion variant " ANII"

Sister component to ALLIE, ANII composes of the communications and sensory equipment that
are essential to networked warfare. While not as durable as their conventional counterparts, ANII does
not make its wearer look like a cyborg. Other than for communications, ANII offers target identification,
Gen III equivalent night vision capability, GPS, and basic stats for vitals+equipment .

Akinetic Cellular Interception Armor " ACIA"

Another ALLIE component

Dissatisfied with the current compromises (Bulk vs Coverage) in current armor technology,
A request from FSN-C warfighters have requested a new type of Modular armor to accompany the otherwise state-of-the-art
ALLIE system.

A highly unobstructive modular armor system developed by IDS for "tier 1 operations". Components comprise of everything from boots to helmet. Operators have a wide variety of choices, choosing ACIA components based on mission requirements. The "soft" components consist of several nanocarbon layers accompanied by a unnamed plastic, which is held together with a reactive fluid. The hard armor comprises of slightly flexible armor plate. Said plate is made from a reactive aerojel , which is sandwiched in layers of an advanced synthetic, which has minor self-repairing properties. not available for export.

Biography on Warfighter:

As the FSN-C grew in martial capability, it toyed with the idea of developing a genuinely elite fighting force focused around
Early 2012, following a failed response to a Diplomatic incident left dozens of FSN-C citizens hostage and threatened peace,
CISR quickly developed a new type of warfighter group, one to respond to modern threats from modern nations.

An individual "Lens" , as SPECTRA operators are referred as, live by their title the name by being transparent when required to, yet be able to operate with laser-like precision. For the purpose they were created for, they are likely to vary in dress and equipment, as their primary purpose is to rescue and help VIPs exfiltrate from hostile territory. Having stated, the secondary purposes for SPECTRA are to conduct various clandestine operations. Ultimately, SPECTRA is a force defined by their purpose, rather than equipment

Q= Why cant you use MOLLE gear like the other kids?
A= I dont have a real reason other than to support my nations economy. Our not-MOLLE
is actually quite a decent alternative (in theory )if you dont like playing with the cordura fabric.
I may try to build a half-assed version IRL someday.

Q= Dafuq is with your armor
A= this one is kind of "out there" but I have researched armor and thought of ways based on real world
materials. So how the armor would theoretically work is that NIJ III and less would be stopped conventionally
(layers of a very stronk fabric would distribute the kinetic energy across itself until the projectile is stopped completely)
While the "plate" would encourage the projectile to destabilize and fragment.

Q= why does your equipment have female names?
A= In the tradition of alot of RL infantry equipment, including ALICE and MOLLE,
I thought it would be appropriate to model some acronyms around gal names.

Q= CISR ?
A= yes, this warfighter group is Paramilitary. the closest RL example for comparison
would be the USA's CIA Special Activities Division

PS: I could keep adding info for weeks but I feel that I should stop ,for now :?

Biography of Warfighter: The 'Sharks' are the result of specialist training during the long years as satellite state of the Soviet Union, who saw Servinta's Abstern swamp as a perfect area to set up a Naval Infantry base. They used it not only to keep watch over the Servintan commercial traffic in the area but also to train the Spezhalist Kommando Korps to better handle domestic troubles on their own without the Unions assistance. The thirteenth battalion was chosen to undergo training and after five years of a grueling naval and special forces training regime and with a high drop out rate (due to major injury only) the battalion was left with 1/4 its original strength and began to recruit from both the Peoples Navy and Peoples Army.A select group of possibles was assembled and put to the same training as the Soviet naval infantry had put the Servintan 13th through, thankfully they had selected well and the drop out rate was much less severe with roughly half making it through the second run.Now with their forces trained and readied, Servinta was directed by the Kremlin to assist in the Great Minh war against an allied coalition who sought to crush the communist Minh. The war was a tough one and many troops lost their lives for little gain. But the more notable victories was the 13th's sucsessful attack on an ememy battleship that saw the craft destryed beyond repair. While the war ended with a draw, the 13th prided themselves on this accomplishment and have continued to recruit expert swimmers and those who are adept in the water environment into their ranks. To this day you can hear the confidence and pride they show as the closest thing to their specialty is the Servintan Naval Infantry Korps which while a step above the reguler Navy or Army personal they pale in comparison to the famed 'Sharks'.
