I mean honestly I could see myself writing eight bio's, but not 12 or 20. Don't know Emm what do you think?

I disagree with this 'cause you should be able to explain your casts' past in an IC post.

The bio means explaining their past Vancon. I mean honestly definition of biography is an account of someone's past written by someone else.
The past is your soldier and your writing their biographies.

I think it's better if you tell that kind of thing in the IC. Otherwise, it feels a bit too info-dumpy. But hey, that's just me.

Me, I'm against Exantos's idea, but more in principle than anything else. I just never like rules that are made for an issue without addressing the issue directly. In this instance, the issue is to many squad members, so I'd be fine with a rule that limits the number of squad members explicitly, but I'm opposed in principle to a rule that just makes it more difficult to add squad members.
That said, another issue with too many squad members is that one can't think up enough personality to make them all interesting, so some sort of rule addressing that would be good too, ex: "Each character must have a distinct personality."

Jolly: The grizzled, veteran captain of the 3rd Squad, the original Remnant ATLAS team.
Koopa: Jolly's best friend and XO of the Remnant ATLAS contingent.
Ninja: Recon specialist of 3rd Squad, the quiet brooding smart-ass.
Tarzan: The loud heavy weapons specialist who's a perfect foil to Ninja.
Pollock: The female rookie leader of 4th Squad who's never seen the gore of combat, especially with zombies.
Oreo: The medic of 4th Squad, an as-of-yet quiet squad member.
O'Malley: 4th Squad's operator, who's job is behind a desk, not the frontline.
Honestly, I kinda wanna see Oreo go down, since he's a bit of a throwaway, too. Or maybe one of the squad leaders...
Dunno, opinions? I like feedback.

I had thought of that, but I was honestly going to do it the other way around, with Jolly dying and Koopa having to take command of his friend's team.
Maybe Koopa and then what you could do is Jolly goes off to find him because Koopa sort of disappears so Jolly doesn't think he's dead. then you could throw all the command on Pollock and her first choice is whether or not to kill Oreo because he was infected. I'll see if I can get my squad to you to help you fight back the zombies. Also later you should reintroduce Jolly, but he's scarred by the things he had to do to survive by himself.

Armor: Simple bulletproof vest under camo, got to stay light to stay silent.
Biography of Warfighter: The Pottili were a group who originally united Pittastria against five other forces, (see in my fact books). The bloody war was won because of the Potilli's superior stealth and the PHASR rifle, which blinded enemies temporarily. The Pottili are extremely efficient and executed a terrorist leader a neighboring country had been harboring in just six months.

She was a gift-character from an RP well done. The downside, this aspect about her is a bit of a secret because they made a ton of ethics-violations.
I did mention she's rather good at dealing with multiple opponents, right?

Well, the ship is in Pacifist mode. The SAM Batteries are still online, but the AI we're talking about is pretty much a sentient one with a conscious. Don't ask about the consciousness part... but she has a few XXXXXX terrabytes worth of data and personality control within multiple quartz-crystal enhanced core systems. It'd be a challenge, even for Kayora I'd suspect. She's one of three major A.I. which runs the Coalition. The other one is a defense based one, the last one is... well a control based one. (for revenge)
EDIT: And because SRPA helicopters are Coalition (technically) the ship's AI wouldn't allow them to be fired upon. Thus why they're sending in the cavalry.
