This morning,at about 8:30 A.M.,a suicide bombing operation happened at the Commerce Tower in Beelziker City.Casualties reach an estimate of 231 fatalities and 1129 injuries,plus damage to public and private property valuing approximately 19 million Vlechs.After about half an hour,4 masked men armed with machine guns were arrested by the SSP soldiers when they tried to start a rampage in the Pagan Square,injuring 9 civilians.The terrorists were tortured in order to get them to give information to the SSP interrogators which has led the SSP into finding that both the bombing and the attempted rampage were initiated by a Muslim terrorist faction,known as ''The Sword of Allah''.The SSP and the Helsarian Pagan Community responded violently soon after the information was revealed to the public a couple of hours later,burning the largest mosque in Helsary to the ground and executing all Muslims found inside.The SSP has issued a warning for all Muslim citizens:''Come out and reveal yourselves as Muslims and face arrest,or else you will experience something worse if we catch you while hiding from us''.The terrorist faction,according to the interrogated prisoners,seems to be directed by their leader,Hjurim Chelrsan,a former colonel in the Helsarian Armed Forces,currently residing in the People's Republic of Cirpany.The Helsarian Government has requested Cirpany to arrest and send the faction's leader to Helsary for trial and execution if deemed guilty by the judge,and is still awaiting a response from the People's Republic.Meanwhile,mass persecution of the Muslim population committed by both the SSP and the civilians is going on,with Muslims being executed in broad daylight in forms of public floggings,firesquads and being burned alive.

Like all just nations, the Federal Republic considers terrorism to be beyond the pale. Like all just nations, it also considers genocide and other crimes against humanity to be beyond the pale. With those in mind, these are our responses:

1. The Islamist terrorist group named "The Sword of Allah" is hereby declared hostis humani generis, and therefore subject to the standard protocol of shoot-to-kill/shoot-on-sight reserved for terrorists and other such outlaws.
2. The Helsarian government is also declared hostis humani generis owing to the crimes against humanity and genocide committed against its Muslim population. The penalty for genocide under our laws, for reference, is death--those same laws that allow us to invoke universal jurisdiction in such a case.
3. All Helsarian Muslims who wish to escape the genocide brought upon them for their beliefs shall find sanctuary in the Federal Republic or the Ganosian Sanctuary, subject to the discretion of the Federal Republic, in accordance with the Valderama Doctrine.

These resolutions have been passed with overwhelming majorities by the Federal Assembly. That said, we demand that the leaderships of the two organizations surrender and face the judgment of a people that do not forget or forgive.

The others looked up at the sky and saw it too.It looked like a conventional missile,not nuclear,but the threat of even a conventional missile striking Helsary was enough to start a full-scale militarization.They all ran in different directions towards each rocket launcher,activated the machines,and in just a few moments the rocket launchers detected the missile through the air radar and rockets were sent to hit it.

The Helsarian Army is setting up defenses on the beaches of the nation.Barbed wire and landmines are being placed on the shores,while the civilians have been evacuated from the coastal areas.Machine gun nests and trenches are being set up on the beaches,behind the no-man's-land filled with landmines and barbed wire on the shores.About 190.000 troops from the Helsarian Army have been mobilized and are now moving in to defend the coast in case of an invasion-by-sea.Meanwhile,all the airports in the coastal region have been seized by the military and are used as bases for the Helsarian Air Force.The HAF(Helsarian Air Force) has transferred 4,500 improved fighters and 2,200 stealth bombers to the airports near the coast.

The Helsarian Navy is dropping sea mines in an attempt to weaken the enemy fleet before they finally enter Helsarian waters.In the air,bombers frequently patrol the areas and look for any enemy vessel to drop their phosphor bombs on.

Red Army Marshal Yuri, Red Air force Marshal Peter and Red Navy Marshal Timur sat around a table. Timur was pointing at a map of the Helsary coast "The enemy have started laying beach defenses, we are only 60km away and the beaches are in reach of our guns so we will shell the beaches with every gun we have and we carp bomb it from the air,we can also use bunker busting missiles to eliminate the bunkers. Now, they have also stated laying mines BUT we can just send in a few mine sweepers". The Red Navy Marshal sat down. Peter stood up and said "The RAF (red air force) of cause has it's little surprise in store as well for Helsary". Yuri stood up and saluted "For Marx!" he said.

"Recent satellite footage suggest that the Helsarians are mining their coasts. Your ships might not make it through to evacuate those who seek freedom from those Nazi fucks."

"Not good." And she was right; the Imperator and her sister ship, the Pontifex, may be Wasp-class amphibious assault ships, but they were among the first ships to respond with a far different mission: Rescue.

Under the Valderama Doctrine, CEV's borders were open to those who fled genocide on account of their religious beliefs. This meant that there were a lot of Muslims and possibly even Christians to be rescued, if the Helsarian leadership's missive was any indication. This meant that the two ships would be dispensing with a Marine complement, carrying Naval corpsmen in their stead and ensuring there was room for the refugees. Of course, the plan was to herd the refugees to an assembly point, where they would be ferried by CH-46 Sea Knights to the two warships, processed in transit, and accorded the appropriate status.

Of course, the new Chief of Naval Operations would suffer not two Wasps to go alone, which was why they were escorted by four Arleigh Burke-class destroyers, two Ticonderoga-class cruisers, and a Zumwalt-class destroyer. These ships were tasked with defending the two Wasps while they evacuated the refugees.

If things went to hell, however, there was a nearby strike force just waiting to invade Helsaria. If the average CE Visayan had a class of person to loath with extreme prejudice, it would be the genocidaire.

Helsarian Waters,30km from the coast:

Helsarian attack submarines were moving towards the position of the enemy fleet.There were about 23 submarines,and all of them had a new technology implemented that would make them invisible to almost any military-grade radar.The submarines soon reached the position of the enemy fleet and started firing into the bottom of their ships with the hopes of making them sink to the bottom of the ocean.

''Orders confirmed,soldier.Now go launch 2 of those 300-megaton warhead missiles to their capital and second largest city in Alexzanabbgggggg!''
''Roger that,sir!''said the soldier as he ran towards a keyboard on which he entered some coordinates after which pressing a large red button to confirm the launch.Soon after,2 nuclear missiles were launched from their silos at the base and were heading towards the enemy capital and second largest city.
