Lastly, it affects nothing. Don Caecilius is the true leader of Albul, as he is the head of the Caecilius family. However, he is not the Head of State.

Rebels Attempt to Trap Caecilius

CORNUCOPIA, D.F. [12:00 AST] The citizens of Albul had a mighty laugh as the Bloodian rebels "trapped" the President in his bathroom. "They should know that we have extreme security measures in the Gremlin. They are lucky to die by the bullet," claimed a fellow passerby. The President had sent a distress signal to a private military force to remove the threat by any means necessary. In minutes a total of 500 troops stormed into the Gremlin and killed off the rebels. "I could have gone through a escape route, but these rebels need to know that they cannot mess with the Albulites," stated Julio Caecilius, after receiving the mild shock that rebels have bypassed the heavy security of the Gremlin. "This brings me to another point. We need more weapons and more security." He then proceeded to sign more laws into effect.

Caecilius Asks for Tornikian Aid in Bloodia

After the failed hostage attempt, Julio Caecilius asked Tornikian officials for aid in Bloodia. "We need to secure our interests in Bloodia. They are the ones who currently aid the Hetalians. Now, I had the AIA install a friendly regime there, but the people don't seem to like it. Now, how about you and me send some troops over there and get rid of these inconveniences? We'll send you the coordinates to our military base in Bloodia and you send us the troops. After all, we are more allies aren't we? Tell you what. The Suez Canal is filthy with radioactive waste.
