[Bolkania]

Bolkania, the successor state of Bolguria, a large and huge superpower. Now, Bolkania must take up this role Bolguria left for her. This meant the military, already very strong, would be built up even further. T-99s, Su-35s, and MiG-35s were on order, newer stealth naval ships being built for the Bolkan Navy. Conscripts being trained hard then ever, professionals trained harder than most special forces, and the Volvoda, the special forces of Bolkania, were untouchable with their equipment and training.

It was May 6th, the day of Valor, the day of the Bokan army. The soldiers prepared to parade through the capital, past the parliament of the 1500 year old state:

KELXAK CONFLICT IN STRATOVANYASK ENDS

The short but bloody war in the city of Stratovanyask, Northern Kelxo has finally ended.

As the last few Turks surrendered, they were arrested and all arrested Turks will be put on trial. The trial location will either be in the cities of Romanovsk or Zladj, West Kelxo.

Kelxo would like to thank the following nations:

Bolkania

and of The Cyrillic Empire of New Slavica
New Herzegovina

Each country's government will be paid a fee, and all foreign fighters will be paid a fee, along with compensation to the families of their fallen soldiers in this conflict.

Four monuments will be erected in Stratovanyask, according to Kamil Popola.
One, for the fallen Kelxak civillians,
One, for the fallen Kelxak fighters,
One, for the fallen Foreign fighters on Kelxo's side,
and One, for the fallen Prime Minister Zlatko Zahadmirovic.

President Kamil Popola would like to award the Foreign Kelxak Military Cross to all of the foreign government and military figures that have aided Kelxo in this conflict.
The Kelxak Military Cross will be awarded to some Kelxaks as well.

The whole of Kelxo would like to thank once again all those nations that have aided us against the Turk insurgents.

The president heads to check out conflict areas


The Slovskan President Stanislav Brnko has visited the cities of Daliamtevo and Jelisavec, in the south and southwest of the country today. The 2 cities have seen the short spill of the Kelxan crisis, was ended after an firm action of the brave Slovskan army. He visited the army base, where he thanked the soldiers for their bravery. He toured the cities as well and met the locals.

He will head later in the day to the Kelxan Capital of Slevsko, to meet with the president Kamil Popola and other officials, and later will head to the city of Stratovanyask, the epicenter of the crisis.

At the Zlatko Knežević Airport, Security Minister Sergei Yanev has announced that more airport staff and better security will be introduced after a large group of Turk militants got through.

Part of the 2 delegations in discussion during the 1st round of talks

After a 2nd, behind closed doors talks between Slovskan and Hetalian delegations, the Slovskan FM spokesperson confirmed in a Press conference afterwards that the talks were successful, and that the exchange of ambassadors and the reopening of the embassies will be "very soon".

"We had long clear talks on various fronts, and have come to terms with each other" said the spokesperson. " We are both in the Slavic league and it's absurd to continue in our disagreement, that is hurting both sides rather than making good.".

Analysts and behind-the-scene people are expecting a further cooperation in both the economical and defense front.

After Establishing a beachhead, the first wave of Armour Columns was sent to expand further into the territory, rails and roads leading into Vasilinople have been destroyed and guarded, cutting off Vasilinoplian supplies. The Second Wave is maintaining the coastal regions, and deporting villagers to to turkish Factory Communes(built by Kelxak Workers). The Third Wave has been dispatched and is on its way across the black sea.

Following the advance of the hetalian army, the slovskan army made this step, according to the official statement, to assure security of the region and the country, as the area can potentially be a hub for terrorists, and comes with an cooperation with the hetalian military.

Political analysts are saying that the move comes in a time were hetalia7 is expending its territory towards slovsko, and that this move is seen by the leaders as a step to ensure the country's safety.
