The Industrial Worker's State of Albul invites all states located within the Americas to join the AAS, the Alliance of American States. We ensure the welfare and sovereignty of each member state via military aid, economic aid, or trade within member states. Each member state will have an equal say in the actions of the AAS as any other nation. However, as an incentive for economic and military power, any member state who can form a universally accepted claim in its military or its economics, will have veto power in the AAS Monetary Fund and/or the AAS Security Council.

AAS Monetary Fund

1) Any nation with stable economic prowess has the veto power in the Monetary Fund. The veto power is the ability to deny aid to a recipient nation for a justified reason.
2) Any nation may request aid from the AAS Monetary Fund, but only member nations may challenge a veto.
3) Member nations may request as much money as needed at an interest rate that is agreed upon by both parties.
4) Non-member nations may request up to 500,000,000 NSD at an interest rate that satisfies the benefactor.
5) Nations with economic prowess are expected to loan money to non-member nations. All nations are asked to contribute to the fund.

AAS Security Council

1) Any nation with stable military prowess has the veto power in the Security Council. The veto power is the ability to abort military operations for a justified reason.
2) Nations with military prowess may halt operations at any time, even before the beginning of the operation.
3) Member nations may continue to operate in halted operations, but will do so without AAS support.
4) Member nations may not attack other member nations without a justified reason, as voted upon by the rest of the AAS.
5) Member nations are obliged to engage in military operations if more than 75% of member nations agree to an operation.
6) Member nations which have been invaded may request immediate intervention.

Membership Requirements

1) The nation may not be a colony or territory of a non-American state. All states must be sovereign within their territories.
2) A non-American state with territory in the Americas may request limited membership.
3) All member states must be at peace with other member states. Hostile nations can not join the AAS.

Akrotirum would gladly like to join the AAS as we believe being on good terms with our neighbours is very important for economic and cultural growth. we hope we can biuld a strong relationship.
this does not in anyway insinuate that we are not a member of the Bolkanian alliance either, we are a member of both and hope that these alliances can lead to peace and a strong nation.

Foundation has set up a small location in South American Tribal lands, funded by Dimun Gorchinca, the leader of the Operation is Comrade Caan. Caan plans on converting natives to Foundationalism. It has been noted that Comrade Jast has died from radiation poisoning in Bolkanian lands. The location does not use electricity, however it could use electricity if necessary.

The commander had received news of a destroyed submarine fleet in the Aegean Sea, lost to the radiation. Nevertheless, the commander ordered the troops to prepare to head to Sardinia then to the south of France to begin the invasion. He also ordered the submarines that were blocking Bolkania's exit from the Black Sea to move away from the radiation while maintaining a blockade.

OOC: ...how do you lose submarines to radiation? Btw, did you notice that the Mediterranean sea is under a blockade? Entering from Gibraltar/Suez would lead to a clash.

Bolkania's Black Sea fleet mobilised. Reports came in from the Tornikian fleet based of Gibraltar that the Albulite Navy attempted to cross the Tornikian Naval Blockade. Above all, Nuclear Submarine tried to enter through the straits.

"We should bomb them for even attempting such brash actions!" One of the Presidents aids said.

"Enough, they would be stupid to do so. Little do they now that deep in the Pacific we have 3 Nuclear-armed Submarines that could destroy every major city in Albul before they knew what hit them. "Unlike them, we have the capabilities of hitting them hard, while they have no single military installation anywhere in Continental Europe." Delchev replied.

Plus the Sigarniets (Secret Police) tell is of possible Albulite troops movements indicating a possible invasion of Bloodia, units in Albul are yet to confirm this." Another aid bounced in.

Near Albulite Airspace...

The Tu-160 roared over the skies, close the Albulite Airspace. Like a previous Naval operation, this one attempted to test how long was the response times of Albulite air units. Like before, we would likely be escorted out, and the reason for out "accidental" entry would be navigational error.

OOC: We entered through less conventional means. We sailed off the submarines to the coast of Africa and sent them to Tunisia by land, hence the preparation and the armament needed in Tunisia.

Albuli Operations Moved to Sardinia

Weary of the radioactive fallout from the Tornikian missiles, Caecilius moved his base of operations from Tunisia to Sardinia. The troops have set up mobile camp somewhere in the southern coast of Sardinia. The submarines that have sailed out from Tunisia to Bolkania have yet to report back, concerning the Commander Caecilius. "Suppose they were destroyed in a blast, the radioactive waste from those submarines would collectively contaminate the entire Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, and parts of the Red Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. It would be the end of civilization as we know it," he postulated. Normal submarines and fighter planes headed to the southern coast of France to begin the invasion. Some three submarine fleets, the last few in the invasionary force to have SLBM's (Submarine Launched Ballistic Missiles), headed to the coasts of Sicily with caution.

Commander Vivas has delayed the offensive on France via the English Channel, but has also sent planes to fire and bombard the cities. "An operation this big requires brute force and a swift hand. Any other way will lead to immediate failure," exclaimed Commander Vivas. The plan was similar to the Roman plan of conquest, a join-us-or-die approach was taken and annexed land is expected to be later reconstructed in an Albuli fashion, though still keeping in mind the traditions of the native peoples. Now an invasion can begin, at the sound of a gun, from both the northern and southern fronts.

In the home front



A TU-160, suspected to be of Bolkanian origin, was found hovering over Quito, CS, a city that suffered heavy damage from the Civil War. The anti-aircraft defense fired at the plane upon seeing it enter the Albuli Airspace. "This is what will happen if Bolkania invades Albul," shouted a soldier, as he fired at the enemy plane. The plane has led military officials to suspect that there are more Bolkanian military vehicles in Albul's airspace and in Albul's waters. An investigation crew has been sent to search throughout Albul's waters for any ships and submarines that have infiltrated waters.

Fleets of Nuclear-Armed Submarines have been sent to Sicily both to blockade Bolkania and to threaten Slovsko into allying once more with Albul. Should any "accidents" happen to them by the enemy, then a "surprise" will await them. The fleets are equipped with SLBM's of the nuclear variety and ASCM's.

Standard missile submarine fleets have been sent all over the western Mediterranean, with a base in southern Sardinia and a fleet in northern Sardinia. They are to protect Sardinia from Slovsko's threats and to invade the southern coast of France. Another set of submarines, equipped with LACM's, sent from the Bloodian side of the English Channel, has stationed in the northern coast of France, ready to attack natives or Bolkanians. Standard warships are on their way from Albul to secure the northern coast of France, if needed.

Albuli planes, equipped with ASM's and ALCM's of the non-nuclear variety, are sent to the southern coast from northern Sardinia and to the northern coast from Bloodia. Both divisions are expected to fly throughout the French countryside, bombarding those who do not surrender immediately to Albul or Bloodia. They will meet in an allied airfield in the west coast of Bloodian Brittany. The Albuli planes will then fly to the Albuli airfields located in Sardinia and in southern France.

Amphibian warfare is expected in the north of France as the infantry is expected to march and fight through the French countryside as they head south to meet in a base in the Southern coast of France. Again, the infantry is expected to demolish those who do not surrender immediately to Albul or Bloodia.

The commanders have given the order to attack when ready. At precisely noon in Bloodia, 20 million Albuli troops and 500 plane squadrons and 100 tank squadrons will launch into northern France and destroy any dissent in the country. They will order the natives to surrender to Albul, with any dissent being suppressed. They will then plant the Albuli flag in a prominent place, mildly repair damages done, and move on to the next area. From the south, 500 plane squadrons will fly above French villages and cities and, after perceiving dissent, bombard the towns and villages. Every military unit is expected to move along as quickly as possible in order to take over the land swiftly. The commanders have required troops to promise restoration of damages at some point in time.

Taranta Ughiha demands the world acts

All over the world Hetalians are angered as the World has done nothing over the nuclear genocide conducted by the Tornikians. Besides the death of well over 3.5 Billion people, the tornikians have created immense environmental disaster. The Southern Mediterranean is covered in dead fish, Nuclear Winter will soon ensue, the southern-most tip of Sardinia, and southern Sicily are covered in Radiation. Accompanying this, Southern Parts of Bolkania are covered in radiation, without enough hospitals, many minority groups have had their people die due to the hospital's policy of help Bolkanians first.

Also Nuclear Winter would have already set in, but I think it would be better put off, it would cover the world in soot, blocking out the sun, preventing photosynthesis, and also dropping temperatures dramatically, people on the coast will be better off because oceans cool slowly, however, this would create temperature shifts allowing huge hurricanes and storms to barrage the coasts constantly. Regions having to deal with radiation will have to deal with all kinds of cancers. Luckily the soot will go away(giving away to Nuclear Summer), it will come down as Sulphuric-acid-rain, and radioactive dust, not enough to kill us all, but it will still be bad. Also in my former lands, viruses and bacteria will be mutating like crazy, might want to stay away from there.....

Fearing for their lives plenty of citizens fled into their Private Fallout Shelters, Rototornik not being able to find and bombard every single bunker left many survivors, most have at least another week of supplies, some even having a year's worth. Very few fallout shelters owned by the government survived however a few did, most held low-level military officials, and no one really influential in the Government itself, but still some remain, the question is, what kind of world will they inherit.

In an attempt to ease tensions between Albul and the natives, informative pamphlets printed in 10 languages were handed out to the natives. These flyers contained important information, such as evacuation procedures, an explanation of Albuli motives, and Albuli customs. The pamphlets also assured that the Albulites only wanted the land and control over the land, not the people. Front line troops, who are two day's ahead from the northern division were sent out to hand out the pamphlets and to gauge the natives' reactions. In the case of a bad reaction, the troops would call the general, giving the location of the dissenting town for military backup.



In the front line, as a way to confound and distract the French defenses, well-trained women marched in the front lines, promptly followed by the rest of the troops and tanks. The tactic has allowed Albul to gain ten towns in a matter of hours.



Although the speedy scooters have gained the ridicule of several natives, especially veterans of the Great War, who have seen and expected better from Albul, the Clown Division has distracted the enemies while also shooting at them. This has led to a low morale in the native resistance, as they felt indignant and unworthy of Albul's army. The events at each town seemed, according to a native, like "a humiliating sh*tfest, they didn't even seem to try and yet they killed off hundreds of our people." The division is composed of entertainers who wished to join the army. Their only goal is to distract and to shoot the enemy while the Albuli forces are shooting at the enemy.



The Albuli Armed Forces, used to heavy foliage, may be able to hide in the forests of France and ambush villages when given a signal. Five total expeditionary/scout forces have ventured ahead, accompanied with Albuli guerrilla fighters, some are veterans of the Civil War.





Albuli troop morale has yet to be gauged, as strong opposition has formed in the northern and southern coasts of France. "Nobody has bothered us in the past, why should we let them bother us now?" shouted a French native as he jumped out of a window, yelling, "Better Dead than Red!" and landing alive with a bottle in his hand. Albuli troops have stormed through the coasts, invading any opposing villages and rewarding allied villages, which were few and far in between. Nevertheless, the Albuli troops got a smile as they saw the naive derision from the natives and a somber humiliation soon afterwards.

The Bolkanian/Slovskan military analyst, the latter worried about a possible land invasion from an Albul French Colony knew something must be done...

The following day during the early morning, Bolkanian-Slovskan border was clogged at the site of heavy military weaponry. Trucks and truck pulled in hundreds of thousands of soldiers, with planes above carrying Bolkanian troops. It was apart of a new plan coined by a Slovskan general - Iron Curtain Defense. Millions of Slovskan and Bolkania troops surrounded in a huge blackline, upon arrival, Bolkanian and Slovskan troops began building heavy fortifications ranging from machine gun posts to anti-tank dragon teeth. Dozens of dozens of the world's best AA missiles, the S-400s, poured into the border regions.

"Anyone stupid enough to fly into Slovskan airspace would be shot down before they could blick!" said one AA handler. Another soldier began digging trenches too.

The Albulite shipped, silly enough to try and block the incoming Bolkanian fleet were ramped out of their way. With the Bolkan ship only using it's strong top to hit the weak side of the Albul ship, it suffered little damage.

IC: After weeks of fighting in France, the combined Albuli-Bloodian forces have managed to take over half of the planned area. With rumor of the Albuli domination from both fronts, more and more French natives surrendered to Albul, both in fear and in respect. Regardless, a total of 900 Albuli thousand troops died in the invasion, along with uncounted native casualties. One town's bloodshed was so high that it was renamed Blood, in which 10,000 Albuli troops died, along with an estimate of 50,000 native casualties. The survivors, rather than suffer Bloodian rule, committed mass suicide. The foul stench of death remains as a reminder to those who wish to rebel against Albuli-Bloodian forces that the only alternative to surrender is death.

"Yes, it may seem cruel now, but we must finish the job first and then clean up later," explained Caecilius to an Albuli reporter. "We simply wish for a European base of operations and for Bolkania to back down from the threats. Since they do not wish to back down on their threats, then we have no other choice than to force ourselves into the European continent."

Propaganda efforts seem to have worked, along with a bloody path of domination over France. Word has effectively spread to all French towns and some Slovskan towns than an Albuli invasion is imminent, despite repeated statements that Albul will not invade Slovsko.
