2) At the same time, our small Pacific fleet and you're large one destroy the Albulite Pacific fleet, meaning all Albul will have left is his Atlantic fleet, which our combined navies would too destroy in time.

3) In case of missile attack, we have S-400 (Highly upgraded S-400s capable of destroying ICMBs located in our shared military base. EMWs deployed and the Bolkanian tactical medium range missiles destiny key communication station within Albul, country plunged into temporary confusion.

4) Massive combined amphibious landing in Albul, VDVs capture key roads and railways, bases bombed.

Ok, So the new government is a part of The Cult of Skaro, the Cult of Skaro originated out of the Special Organization(a specific organization that trained pyschopaths, and the best of our soldier to become an elite fighting force, it began to form into a more or less conspiracy theory esque organization. Hardin, and Thay are apart of it. Hardin was moved into Afghanistan(a cesspool of terrorists, extremists, and gangs just like in real life) where he and a small force of loyal soldiers and Cult-Members could wear down the Rototornikian Military, and cause general mayhem without being found. CORNUCOPIA, FEDERAL DISTRICT [13:15 AST] President Michael Atticus recently gave a speech in front of the Castellum in Cornucopia. In the speech, he called for peace in the insurgency, allowing a libertarian capitalist province of Albul, and recognizing the Albuli nationality of the Doritos. With the fear of Bolkanian intervention and the total annihilation of human civilization, Atticus met with Kataktitís to promote peace between all Albulites. Kataktitís has promised to dissolve the ANF and to encourage soldiers from the ANF to join the AAF.

The Bolkanians would have come and destroyed us all, regardless of race or nationality. Those brutes would even kill an elderly woman if they had the chance. If we had received their aid, they would have conquered us regardless. A peace with Albul is much more preferable to a death with Bolkania.

Having become famous for ending the Albuli Civil War through peaceful methods, Atticus has managed to unite Albul, thus drawing much praise from Frost and the United Albul party. "We cannot expect to win our fight against Bolkania if we are fighting among ourselves," states Frost.

A heated moment came in the speech when the President condemned the Bolkanians to "the sticks and stones of the Bolgurian civilization" if they did not cease expansion throughout the world. "With these rumors of Bolkanian expansion into Slovsko, Hetalia, Akrotirum, we, as Albulites, must work together to stop their advances even to the death. It will be named the Trans Euroasian Treaty For Defense, with TETForD being it's acronym. Collectivily, so being we all agree so, we would form the biggest force on earth. Each nation will have a representative, and can vote for military actions fairly and democratically. Nations either way must join in military actions if a vote is "yes" overall.

We hope you nations see fit to join this.

They had a failing economy with a negative trade deficit, and the people would hardly be happy with Albul spending a lot of their armies budget on fancy lasers. These laser were very heavy, and mounting it to aircraft and tanks made them very vulnerable.

"I say we partition them, hey, start the Bolkan empire again!" one officer joked.

Hanaan, Hetalian border town - Late last night, a zoo worker forgot to close one of the zoo's doors to the Nyan cat enclosure, and the rare Bolkan Nyan cat escaped and flew towards Hetalia, which naturally at this time it does. One clever Hetalian managed to catch it on film!. It is a very rare animal, with a mating call uncommon in most mammals. It also is reported to be wearing a hat, and holding the Bolkan flag it stole from our border post. It is not a harmful animal, but it must not be harmed! Sofiagrad zoo pleads Hetalians to capture it and return it safely before it tries to hut it's natural prey - Turkic Ozisarians.

Today Hetalia7 lost an Innocent crew delivering War Criminals to Rototornik so that they may be punished by Rototornik. What was a gesture of understanding and peace was shot down by Rototornik. Many Hetalians are Outraged by this, Anti-Tornikian Graffiti litters the streets.

Genetic Database Formed for Foundation

After some time, the genetic database was formed, Foundation is now creating a computer program that will sort through genes labeled bad, and genes labeled good, in peoples genetic data. Everyone now has a GSN(Genetic Security Number). Once the process of sorting someones genes is completed, the file will be attached to their GSN for the government to read.

Royal Brown-1 Tested

Foundation has tested the Royal Brown-1, this bomb is the first of its kind, It burrows into the ground, and detonates a thermonuclear explosion. The Experiment was a complete success. The weapon was however only 10 Kilotons, not enough to bother a fault line to the point of an earthquake. Two more Bombs are in the works, Royal Brown-2 and 2.5. RB-2 will be 40 Kilotons, and be tested on the border of the African, and North American Plate. RB-2.5 will be 20 Kilotons, and tested on the Foundation Test Range

Today Hetalia7 lost an Innocent crew delivering War Criminals to Rototornik so that they may be punished by Rototornik. What was a gesture of understanding and peace was shot down by Rototornik. Many Hetalians are Outraged by this, Anti-Tornikian Graffiti litters the streets.

Rototornik knows the feel. 1000+ more to go, and we should be even in terms of civilian casualties. Material losses, not so.

Royal Brown-1 Tested
Foundation has tested the Royal Brown-1, this bomb is the first of its kind, It burrows into the ground, and detonates a thermonuclear explosion. The Experiment was a complete success. The weapon was however only 10 Kilotons, not enough to bother a fault line to the point of an earthquake. Two more Bombs are in the works, Royal Brown-2 and 2.5. RB-2 will be 40 Kilotons, and be tested on the border of the African, and North American Plate. RB-2.5 will be 20 Kilotons, and tested on the Foundation Test Range

OOC: Well, 1. its SIC so you dont know anything about it, 2. Its just a test to refine my tectonic weapon, and by the way since we have not finally agreed on all terms, I can still use my weapons freely.

I made the Foundation as to be secret from the rest of the world, the general hetalian public(however some research in various topics would be released to make sure they do not gain suspicion), extremely high ups in the military, and the rest of the government can ask Foundation to research something, or ask of them to solve a problem.

An Excerpt from the latest news forecast in Amesville.
Good morning, fellow Imperials. As many of you know, there was another nuclear spillage just north of Soylentis, so for all citizens living south of the Sten province are reminded to wear your tailored Athesis respirators and lead-lined clothing. With the warning out of the way, let's take a look at the weather.
The Sten province will have temperatures maxxing 90 degrees celcius, with the occasional spot of acid rain and thunderstorms. Prime province will maintain its extreme heatwave and there will be sandstorms from downwind, so wearing a gas-mask is recommended.

Massive Server Station Constructed at Foundation

As Hetalian Computer Scientists race to create a gene sorting program, A Massive Server Station was built on Foundation campus to house all of the data that will be collected on the project. The Server Station is being paid for by the Hetalian Military, and The Hetalian Education System.

Project HIRS is Underway

Foundation's top Sociologists, Anthropologists, Psychologists, Philosophers, and small groups of scientists of all fields. Are now working on Project HIRS. Or Hetalian Infallible Religion of Science. The plan is to create a religion founded on science, but using gods, mysticism, and spirits to replace logic. This religion would be impossible to disprove, and would be taught to the general public leaving a small secular minority. Several Projects have already created so that HIRS could build upon that research.
