Before this goes down, I want to be sure everyone's happy with me occupying this position.

If anyone has any doubts whatsoever, please say so. This alliance does not need an unpopular chairman, and I would feel guilty doing my job knowing this.

Sorry, let me clarify: I meant something along the lines of "I strongly disapprove of the organization mentioned and I want us to have nothing to do with them".

What's not a problem? A alliance war? I'll tell you all know, the ISEAN (or something) is led by Tezdrian or whatever. He is a spammer almost, who gets destroyed each time.

I will NOT send any ERF forces to death for something that is going down anyway. No can do.

I agree: I do not want this position unless I am elected to it. What does concern me, however, is whether or not Grittonia can manage both the ERF and our alliance. If he wants my support, he'll have to prove he can do this.

If you mean time-wise, I'm online each day for atleast 1 and an half hours. I will streamline the application area by setting up a list which will give the members of the alliance and the person who is applying, a general idea if they will be accepted. Some points will be if the person uses proper grammar etc. I will also place a part in the application in which the person will have to show us a sample of his/her RP'ing skills, which will filter out the spammers and the general 'scum' of RP. I shall also make a New-Player Improvement Plan from which members of the Vladivostok Alliance can help the newer players of NS to improve their nation material and economicaly wise. This will be done via a Vladivostok NPIP Thread in which players can apply to get aid from the Vladivostok Alliance, this will be in trade for a NAP with the Vladivostok alliance (not really sure about the NAP part, but I think it will work) so that there will be nothing to hold the Vladivostok Alliance members and the aid-applying nation from trading. These aid 'packages' will be 100% voluntarily donated by the Vladivostok Alliance.

I have many more ideas and should any one have questions or wish to become part of the Grittonia-team, please ask on this thread or via TG.

I know, I already have a few people in mind. Still, I plan on reorginizing the alliance to make it more democratic and quicker to respond.

*Streamlining of the applications, which include a list of Acceptance points and a adding of a sample RP showing part
*Set up of a New-Player Improvement Plan to improve trade and peace between the Vladivostok Alliance and small or economicly weak Nations
*Beginning of a three-headed advisory team for the Chairman, these advisors will be picked from the alliance for their skills in the fields of either Economics, Military Workings or Diplomatics
*Opening of a grand Vladivostok Alliance Embassy Ground, which will be situated near Gritta City, Grittonia's capital, which will allow members and non-members quick diplomatic access to each other

These are only four points (the ones which I can remember 1-2-3) from a large plan to make the Vladivostok Alliance the best it can be.

Can i could get more fighters added to the Alliance Guard force? I mean only 700 fighters and transports and 50,000 helicopters, I dont need 50,000 helicopters, i need more fighter aircraft(preferably 5,000 or 6,000) so i was just wondering if that would be okay.

I agree. Furthermore, I believe the VA should have a standard series of equipment for its ERF.

Also, I would like to announce the creation of a dedicated Solyhniyan ERF division: the EXPF are to be withdrawn from the ERF posthaste and replace with 300,000 VA-dedicated personnel.
