As the ERF Commander, Grittonia suggests ERF Control Officers on key-locations in Vlack Sturm and in the Vlack Sturmian army so that the VA can monitor the Vlack Sturmian army. Plus, a few land bases and a naval base.

All for a 99-year lease for $1, of cource. That is the right thing to do.

Hmmm, the Vlack Sturmian Senate isn't going to like this, and neither is many of the people. See, Vlack Sturmians hate foreigners in their nation. The reason goes back to the Vlack Sturmian Independence War, when we left the Shroud Empire. From that moment on the VS has hated anyone not from Vlack Sturm in control or on our soil. However it doesn't mean they will be hostile, they might get used to it.
