OOC: It is meant as a bank which can give money to members, so they can buy weapons etc from storefronts....but to be honest I think The ECF offices are gathering dust and covered in cobwebs.....mainly because nobody has asked for funds from the bank as of yet. It would be good if the money was invested in alliance-wide projects etc, like the construction of more N.B.C. laboratories, nuclear bunkers for all Alliance nations, that kind of thing.

Do we not think that 50bil is a little much? Of course, the VA would be very grateful for this donation. It is simply worth questioning whether such a donation would be entirely practical for the generous donor.

Yeah, probably your best bet would be a withdrawal of "open" support - Covert work is the best way to go, keeps you out of full scale war and the casaulties are minimum to say, a special forces team of maybe 12 guys - rather than 12,000,000 people civilians/troops - whatever gets shot

UPDATE: All nations who to the VA pose applications shall henceforth be subject to a background check to ensure that potential members are not engaging in activities such as genocide or anything else which could be deemed harmful to the VA and its principles.

In addition: I would also like to insist that all members states offer the name and identity of a delegate who they would wish to send to the VA as doing so will make RPing in the alliance much more vibrant and realistic.

This will likely be worked into the application form soon.
