That's rather hilarous, especially seeing as Jesus Christ said that Christians are to follow the laws of man and pay taxes. Does it not say "Give to ceasar what is ceasars"? Meaning PAY your goddamn taxes. If you find it acceptable for priests to molest children then you are also delusional and should get your head checked as soon as possible.
Also, I have noted that we do not have any civilians within your nation, nor do we have an Embassy or any other diplomatic personnel within your nation. Therefore due to your "threats" against citizens of the empire for the 'denial of sacrament', we laugh at it. First, let us note that our Lord actually said, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's." What is tithed to the Church is, by definition, God's, not Caesar's. Caesar's money is what is paid by citizens to the taxman. He should not plunder churches for his own greed. Caesar has no lawful claims on the tribute due to God. Rather, he should pay tribute to God Himself, who has raised him up and graciously given him the breath of life.

Secondly, we would note that at no point do we advocate the molestation of children. You would do well, O Apostate Emperor, not to put words in our holy mouth. For does it not command in Exodus, "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor." Indeed, we have yet to be satisfied as to the veracity of the frequently asserted charges of pederasty, which have yet to be proven in a proper ecclesiastical court under canon law. Then again, as you do not acknowledge the proper and lawful authority of the ecclesiastical courts and canon law, we can not expect true justice to prevail in your nation, for it is outside the laws of God and our Holy Mother Church. It is clearly an apostate nation, governed by heretics such as yourselves.

Finally, this is a general policy, and while you may not at present have any officials among us, though we are not satisfied as to the veracity and accuracy of this statement, only God may predict the future. God help any Catholics among your officials, who should, if honest, resign their offices of state in protest of your unholy laws and unrighteous decrees. Their silence and complicity in this are offenses in the sight of God, and for this, they must answer to Christ Himself, who warned that He came not to bring peace to this Earth, but the sword and put every man at variance with his fellow. The world is a divided camp, sir, between the godless servants of Satan and the true and loyal servants of God. There is no middle ground.
