Caisus-Vvarden Trade Agreement

Galgi Military Absorbed by Guards of the Commonwealth

After much debate within the Thrice-Blessed Parliament, a trade agreement between the United Commonwealths and the Republic of Vvarden has been passed. The main opposition to this agreement came from the Home and Family Party whos representative stated, "A trade agreement with Vvarden would encourage nations to turn to others in times of crisis rather than looking inward for strength. This trade agreement gives the Vvardenese government an unfair advantage over Caisan merchants." No details for this arguement were given, and the vote ended with an overwhelming victory for the supporters of the agreement. Vvardenese merchants are allowed to operate in Caisus and Galgistan with minimal tarrifs, and Caisan and Galgi merchants may do the same within Vvarden. Speaker Bright spoke in favor of the agreement, saying, "A trade agreement is the first step in a prosperous relationship. It will help the people of Vvarden recover, and bring funding in for the reconstruction of Verla and other areas effected by the Shattered Mask Crisis.

In other news, the Galgi Armed Forced(GAF) have disbanded, instead becoming part of the Guards of the Commonwealth. The Caisan government has also promised that the local militias that operate under the People's Assembly will be allowed to remain for defensive purposes, so long as they follow the orders of the Guards of the Commonwealth.

IAS Legate Canaan is renamed CSS Tiaoxin and enters service after a length refit
News of the Legate Canaan's surrender was met with rapturous applause at a press conference held last week, jubilant celebrations were held by patriots throughout the Commonwealth and work quickly spread that the ship would become the first flagship of the new Commonwealth Space Fleet. After a week of constant around the clock repairs and a full refit the Kotori Class light carrier, now renamed the CSS Tiaoxin has entered service for the first time, supporting the 1st Space Fleet in orbit over the planet. Command of the vessel and by extension the fleet, which consists entirely of vessels captured from the Imperial Naval Contingent, has been given to the formerly retired Admiral Zhukath who agreed to leave retirement and re-enter service.

While the fleet is on active service watching the main entry points into the system engineers and scientists are hastily analysing every inch of the ship in the fleet so that the technology used can be efficiently reverse engineered so that further ships can be built. The Logistics Office and Department of Munitions both released a statement making clear that the Commonwealth fully intends to develop its own military space craft and not just clones of Imperial Vessels through Allied Industries. It will likely be a full year before construction can begin and in the meantime great efforts are being taken to bolster ground defences to repel any space borne invasion by the Reich.

In related news work has begun on the numerous orbital docking and maintenance stations which were captured by Commonwealth forces over the last month; the military intends to use these stations both as shipyards and defence platforms to supplement the existing orbital defence array.

In a statement on the subject President Motako had this to say:

"Our efforts thus far have been met with great success, but the greatest struggle has yet to begin. With the capture of the Imperial Naval Contingent and the Imperial Orbital Array the Commonwealth now holds the tools with which it shall repel any attempt by the Reich to invade our sovereign territory. With this said I have come to understand that many nations on Enkon are looking warily to us, concerned that we may use these newly acquired weapons against them; in response I have this to say, the Commonwealth will NEVER use its spaceborne or orbital weapons system offensively against any nation Enkon, be they friend or foe. These stations are to be used in defence only, defence against invasion by the Reich or against attacks made by our foes on the surface."

"Despite our reputation the Commonwealth is not a violent, bloodthirsty nor aggressive power and we hope only to ensure lasting peace for our people and the peoples of Enkon. In light of this as soon as the threat from the Reich has been dealt with the Commonwealth shall open up its doors and share its technological developments with those of the same good intent as ourselves."

Mare Solis purchases five squadrons of Achaemenid Mk1 Heavy Power Armour suits
With so much new military technology coming out of the R&D department of the Commonwealth's Allied Industries it is hardly surprising that interest in purchasing Promethian weapons technology is growing abroad; relations between the Commonwealth and Mare Solis have been steadily improving, first with the successful purchase of the ZR-FP Mk1 armour system by the SAF and then with the exchange of embassies. Now though the two nations seem closer than ever as the Commonwealth Government approved the rapid sale by Allied Industries of 5 full squadrons of Achaemenid Heavy Power Armour suits, a total of 15 units in all for a sum of $225 million.

To some the sale was seen as surprising since the Commonwealth is notoriously secretive and jealously guards its military technology; but for most it is the first major signal from the government that independence from the Reich also means a break with the past. Since the Commonwealth was proclaimed President Motako's government has been increasingly promoting a foreign policy of heavy trade and strong economic links, starting with the sharing of civilian technologies and trade in resources. It seems clear that future sales of Promethian weapons technologies are on the cards.

The suits were taken straight from the production facility in Motakograd to the major Skyport on the Ashima Isles in Port Ashika where they were collected by the SAF this morning after a short half hour quality control display. Training pilots were provided for free by Allied Industries as part of the sale and they too have gone to Mare Solis to provide full training for the intended pilots.

The Government formally recognises a number of nations opening the doors to future diplomatic talks
Following a rush of activity in the Diplomatic Forum and Foreign Office the government has formally issued a total of six documents officially recognising Otundi Kogo, Caisus and Gilgistan, Northern Unibearia, Cyrellian, Mare Solis and St Saratoga; with all but Otundi Kogo accepting an embassy exchange. The foreign office announced that it would be opening diplomatic talks with all of the above nations to form a series of official agreements with them.

Foreign Minister Natalija Zutyensin has raised the possibility of significant trade deals to buy up iron and copper in vast quantities as well as land rights to numerous locations deemed suitable for the production of deuterium.

The cabinet room was packed full with ministers, junior ministers and advisors all sitting or standing in silence as they looked at Motako; the Oberbefehlshaber who had lead the country from an insignificant new colony to a great and powerful nation through the sheer strength of her will and power of her intellect. Single handedly she had removed her opponents and those who might betray them to the Reich and then had lead them to independence, single handedly she had planned every operation to seize the Reich's orbital array and fleet and single handedly she was planning the war which would secure their independence. She had given them all strength and empowered them, given them a new sense of identity and confidence; they relied upon her utterly, to them she was irreplaceable.

Now she was sick.

Motako was not an old woman by the standards of a High Arcadian; she was only 65, most lived to be at least 180, but the weight of a nation rested on her shoulders and it was draining her of her strength and energy. For the last 20 years she had been driving the nation forward with an iron will and ruthless ambition - she had developed the nation's economy, its industries and its institutions - she had increased its size and overseen a period of economic growth and stability unrivalled throughout the Reich. Finally it was starting to show. The same question was on the mind of every man and woman in the room, what would they do without her.

The Oberbefehlshaber sat before them in her high backed chair, she was pale and sweat beaded on her brow; the physicians said it was a sickness of the lungs, possibly cancer and were running tests to detect the exact cause. Her mind was just as sharp as ever, but her body was failing her before its time. She coughed and the assembled ministers flinched, a small amount of blood stained the kerchief in her hand and she frowned; it was time to think about who would succeed her.

Schuldtlandian Researchers Use Toxoplasma Gondii to Stimulate the Body’s Own Immune System To Attack Cancers

The idea of using the body’s immune system to fight cancer is not a new one, but researchers are looking back at the Toxoplasmosis data collected nearly 600 years ago with new eyes. Scientists have found a way to make the parasite’s actions work well by reprogramming it to team up with the immune system to attack cancer cells. The research was conducted by Daved Bzenga, Chief Research Scientist of Montrose University.

"Toxoplasma gondii, a parasite that lives in a small percentage of feline intestines, has figured out how to stimulate the exact immune response to fight cancer,” Bzenga said in a press release.

Prior research by Bzenga studied various modified T. gondi but none were a success in animal testing using a 'trojan horse' method five years ago. “After removing the parasite’s ability to self-replicate, a safe version that can trigger the desired immune response without positing any threat of its own was found.”

Bzenga and his college Barbana Fox have named it CPS.

CPS was injected into mice that had lethal forms of ovarian cancer and melanoma and resulted in high rates of survival. Bzenga believes CPS could be a very potent treatment or vaccine for cancer patients that could even be highly personalized. Cells would be taken from the patient and exposed to CPS in vitro, creating the desired immune response. The CPS-containing cells would then be returned to the patient to fight the cancer and even provide immunity against recurrence of that cancer type.

“CPS stimulates amazingly effective immuotherapy against cancers, superior to anything seen before,” said Fox.

The UFA Federal Council of Medicine has approved a Phase III trial with humans, after passing the virtual humanoid tests with great success.

The Galgi People's Assembly has OKed the movement of settlers into hex 1725, a part of traditional Galgi lands. These lands had been uninhabited for the last half-century due to a draught that plagued the region. With the support of Caisus, Galgistan has begun a terraforming campaign to reverse the desertification that has occured in the previously fertile plains.

In other news the Galgi city the Hanging Gardens has finished its restoration and has been modernized with Onzan "eco-towers". The entire city is now completely self sustaining, recycling 95% of all waste. The Galgi capital of Heim and the city of Verla are still under reconstruction with no completion date as of yet.

Otundi Kogoan Government Sets Polar Cap Expedition With Nedea

The expedition set up by the People's Republic of Otundi Kogo to the North Polar Plate is being led by Lt. Juju Massi of the First Otundi Kogoan Ground Force Unit, with geologist team of ten led by Ishan Makawua and photographer Georj Ruaha among the crew of fifteen officers and a hundred Mutu Labor Camp prisoners on a rehabilitation scheme set up to correct law breakers on board. Along with the crew, a Nedean vessel and construction crew is expected to arrive in the set coordinates with a late arrival due to the distance between nation and the ice cap to set up a research base point ahead of the Borealis oil rigs.

KHASEKHEMRE, ONZA - The Lamar Administration announced today its willingness to allow the United Technocratic Realms of Athretvari to invest in the manufacture of the University of Akhmis' new, curved solar panels.

"Being that we are allies with the UTR, and we are always committed to promoting the spread of clean, renewable energy, we are more than willing to accept a foreign investment in such a facility that would manufacture these panels," said Lamar in a brief statement to the press, adding that he would be "meeting with UTR officials in the near future to discuss specifics."

This news comes just after Mare Solis was selected to receive a large shipment of panels for free in exchange for the publication of results to prove the efficacy of the panels, which have been a topic of intense debate across the Emirates since their release. Critics argue that the additional cost is not worth the potential yield, while advocates maintain that the nation can afford the upgrade and should do it. It is unknown whether the UTR's trial with the panels will benefit or harm the domestic perception of the panels in the Emirates, but the researchers involved in developing the technology said that they were "hopeful" about other nations expressing a willingness to receive the panels.

"Dr. Hakim Shahid, you are needed in the Substance Analysis Center immediately," the loudspeaker in the laboratory boomed. It had been several weeks since research began in Darkhaven, and Shahid had been deprived of an unfortunately high amount of sleep since the first samples of the Pink Smog had arrived. He removed himself from his desk chair, where he was already on the verge of passing out, and moved with haste to the Substance Analysis Center. If he had been paged via loudspeaker, he knew the news was big. His slim, lanky figure passed through the tight airlock doors, which were only there because they were left behind when the facility was originally a disease research center, and continued across the dark, unwelcoming room filled with Onzaians and Nedeans in bright lab coats and scrubs sitting at their desks, hammering away at their keyboards. He sometimes longed for the simplicity of their jobs, though he knew their work was invaluable to the overall progress of the research.

They glared at him as he crossed the room and made his way into the Analysis Center. Immediately, he was faced by Dr. As'ad Guda, who was looked very anxious. "You called for me?" he asked. "That I did, Hakim," responded Guda, very quickly. "We have some very exciting news - we finished analysis on the Pink Smog, and it is fantastic. Well, not the smog itself - that kills people, but its contents are remarkable!" he exclaimed.

Before Shahid had a minute to interrogate further, Guda had already ran off to grab a vial and returned. "You see, Dr., this one small vial of Pink Smog is actually 60% water! Pure, clean water when separated from the rest of the harmful, carcinogenic substances!" Admittedly, Shahid himself was surprised to hear this phenomenal news. This opened the door for several possibilities, but then his skepticism prevailed, and he returned with a question. "But how does that happen? If so much of its content is actually concentrated water, then how is it so dangerous?" he inquired. "Well, Dr. Shahid, you see, a large portion of Nedea uses hydroelectric power, and in addition, most of the emissions from these machines are actually water! Not directly as a result of hydroelectric power, but the machines use a great deal of water to operate them efficiently, which results in the release of the smog into the air that contains water," responded Guda.

"That still begs the question, though, why is it harmful?" Shahid countered. "That's just it - it's not really that bad to people unless it is inhaled in large quantities over large periods of time - similar to smog. However, this Pink Smog contains high amounts of concentrated carbon and nitrogen, but contains water as well, at least in a vaporized form. Of course, the concentrated carbon is extremely dangerous if inhaled, while the nitrogen is relatively harmless, but when triple-bonded, you have cyanide, literally. Now, that doesn't necessarily happen as both are in their gas forms, and it's arguable that the presence of water is what prevents the carbon from triple-bonding with the nitrogen," said Guda.

Shahid took a deep breath. That was the catch. If it was true that the presence of high amounts of water was the only thing preventing the Pink Smog from effectively becoming airborne cyanide, then it would be very difficult to harvest the water from the smog without simply complicating matters further.

"I want you to separate the water from the nitrogen and carbon, and see if it triple-bonds. If not, call me ASAP, because we may be on to something exciting," said Shahid. "Oh, and one more thing, don't breath that stuff," he joked as he exited the room.

The gears in his mind had already begun turning - if it was possible to separate them without producing a harmful byproduct, then the Nedean environment could be potentially be saved. However, he suppressed his excitement in fear of being let down, returned to his desk, and went to sleep.

Northern Cyrellican - Today begins the MSAF's 1st Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISR) mission on a nation-wide reconnaissance of Staedetler. The MSAF 1st ISR Wing has separated into Group 1 & Group 2. Group 1 is currently stationed in Santa Isabel in África, who is tasked to provide high-altitude airborne reconnaissance in the New Aegean Sea. Their job is to track down North Áfrican ships to Staedetler and report them to the Staedetlerian Loyalists. Group 2 has been relocated to an air force base in northern Cyrellican. The Mare Solis Air Force requested the Cyrellican Air Force to lease their base, and is to become a temporary headquarters for the MSAF 1st ISR Wing, Group 2. Their mission in northern Cyrellican, is to provide airborne reconnaissance in Staedetler for the Staedetlerian Loyalists. The MSAF 1st ISR Wing will be flying the Athretvar-designed SZUK-56AWACS.

In the United Technocratic Realm (UTR), the ordered 15 SZUK-MAAMS64s is ready for pick up. The MSAF 4th Air Mobility Wing has been ordered to fly to the UTR & pick them up and drop them off to Staedetlerian Loyalists hands. The MSAF 5th Air Mobility Wing has picked up the Promethian-designed Achaemenid Mk1

President Olajide Muama proposes a temporary seven day ceasefire between the nations involved with the Civil War occurring in Staedetler as tensions appear to escalate drastically with the Solisian involvement in funding and financing the Loyalists in the spotlighted nation. The Otundi Kogoan government prepares to make its first bold move in the conflict since signing the Protectorate Pact with North África. The Auxliary Squadrons are not to be shot down and are scheduled to arrive in Communist turf via boat vessels, along with six Mutumo HMH Goshawks in due time.”

Meanwhile, K$ 23 million (Kogo Dollars) have been injected into the Bank of North África. The country will serve as a retreat point to the Otundi Kogoan People's Army be the case that the Auxiliary Squadrons are targeted halfway through their journey.

After several hours of delegating and coming to the agreement that Ned can spit some dope ass rhymes, Ajerrin and Nedea will now be doing business with each other. This project will erect a network of Solar Updraft Towers, approximately 18 to begin with, across the entirety of Yudesagau, 15 sites have been decided upon so far, with 3 sites housing two towers in close vicinity each. There shall be a vast majority of Towers across the Southern Border Territories due to their sunny, cloudless, and hot climates. The heart of the Towers are the Bladeless Turbines, Turbines made of rows of perfectly smooth discs roughly 1.7 mm thick and less than a millimeter apart from each other, oriented to rotate on the axis that will drive the electric generators, These turbines will be fed by high reaching portions of the Main tower Spirally wrapping around the center of the tower, shrinking in diameter the higher they go, increasing air pressure until they diverge into a network of individual turbines situated about the center of the tower to provide the most efficient orientation and reduction of waste.

"NO! Ask the New Toolans for 3 more divisions if you must, but I am not recruiting more men. These men will be part of our work force and if they die our economy will die with them", Yuri yells at the Captain.


"But Yuri, if we don't do this, we won't be able to push north to Rovstad", the captain scratches his head, "What about the Federation? They have men... Can't you strike a deal with them?"


"I already have. They will be mining our resources and oil for an alliance and trade agreement. Now enough of that. What is the current plan for Lycos?"


"We are fighting with all that we've got. We should be able to-" A Soldier interrupts the Captain.


"My King, we have encircled the Imperial Palace! We are awaiting your orders", the soldier says as he salutes his superiors. The Captain and King Yuri look at each-other.
"Get me my guard, looks like we are storming the palace", Yuri says while a taking a sip of wine. The Captain nods and exits the tent.

"You are relieved from your duty... Go home. You have done your service." The soldier salutes him.


As he looks around looking for his sword and ring, he spots a picture of his first wife. Memories of her flow through his mind, bringing tears to his eyes. He loved her to death, but that is the past. He finds his sword next to his helm, leaning up against his desk. He lifts up a box, revealing another box under it. He opens it and a finely crafted silver ring inside. He puts it on a chain and puts it around his neck.


Outside, he is accompanied by his remaining guard of Blue Knights. They walk down the ruins of what was once a great city. Its once beautiful architecture full of history and life now mere rubble under feet, a dead city. The only structure left "standing" is the Imperial Palace. Men with blow torches try to cut open the main steel door. A truck equipped with an auto-cannon drives up to the main door and fires several rounds. The door slams open with a boom. Men storm in and Yuri follows.


Inside the palace, the walls are covered in blood and Bloody hand prints and foot prints litter the place. They make their way to the throne room where they are confronted by the Emperor's Guard"STOP! IN THE NAME OF THE EMPEROR, STOP!" The commander of the Emperor's Guard yells. He is recognisable by the feather on top of his helmet.

"I am the Emperor's son! Let me and my men through!" Yuri yells.
"Yuri? YURI! How I've missed you-" Yuri shoots him in the head before he finishes. "Surrender or die" Yuri adds. The men come out of their hiding spots and forfeit their arms.


Inside the throne room Emperor Dorrow of South Unibearia sits on the Emerald throne. Waiting.


"Yuri, I was wondering when I was going to see you again. Later then I expected. What are you going to do to Unibearia after all this is over?"


Yuri tells his men to wait outside.

"Father, I didn't want it to end this way. Nor did I want it to end, but I had a choice to make. I had the choice between a better Unibearia or you having us killed in a nuclear war. I chose a better Unibearia. I am your son, and I will like having power and tanks and big guns but I am not the monster you are." He pauses looking up at his father. "I don't want you dead. You are my father, my kin. You raised me and I will always owe you my respect." Yuri pulls out a paper from pocket. "Here is the surrender paper, it also contains a way out for you. If I give you to the Global Alliance, they will have you executed for war crimes. So I struck a deal with Caisus. If you accept, you would be sent to Caisus and would have every thing you need. You would be living in a first class prison. Yes I know a prison. But you would have a swimming pool and... Just trust me I saw it myself, its nice. Father, I love you, but now its not just your honour that matters. It is the fate of Unibearia."


"Well I guess I could retire knowing that my heir will be ruling." Dorrow says with a smile. He gets up and signs the paper. As he finishes Yuri giveshim a hug.

"I knew you-" Yuri stops as he feels a pain in his abdomen. He backs away from Dorrow and realises he has been stabbed.


"You really think I would forgive you! Now I can watch you-" Dorrow is interrupted by the bullet that pierces his skull, shot by Captain Felix.


"MEDIC!" Felix yells. He puts pressure on Yuri's wound. "I got him to sign the paper. That's good. Now the War is Over" A medic arrives as Yuri passes out.

The Civil war is OVER! Men and Women cheer with joy and grace! The South has Surrendered to the North when Dorrow Laporte signed the Peace treaty. Now it is the Rebuilding process that will be the national focus!

[Moarfall]

The Professor led the committee down a passageway. They came to a security door, and the professor entered a security code and waved his hand over an Identification Pad on the wall. The door opened and they passed into a large corridor with biological hazard warning signs all over the inner door. "Here we are gentlemen, the main laboratory facilities. The containment units are on the far end, but we'll start the tour like the creature starts it's life cycle; with the egg."

He strolled over to the first door on the left, and waved his hand over the Identification Pad. The door slid open and they all filed into the room. On the far side of the room, there were heavy-looking metal covers over the windows. Under the windows there was a control panel. On the opposite side of the room, there were displays and computer terminals. The Professor walked over to the control panel and he pressed a button. Half of the metal covers slid upwards. The room beyond was a containment room. Inside the room there were wide glass cylindrical containers, inside each container there was an egg. It appeared to be leathery brown green. It was about a foot and a half wide and two feet tall. The egg appeared to have a large X cut in the top. A Vulonkein agent stepped towards the glass, peering at the egg. "Have you cut into the egg?"

"No, the eggs always have them."

The Government official nodded towards the closed metal shutters. "What's in those?"

"Would you like to see?"

The committee all nodded yes, so the Professor pressed another button and the other metal shutters lifted. Inside, there appeared to be glass coffin-like containers, with metal reinforcements. There also was a small metal circle around an opening in the glass. The containers had men and women who were passed out, some were beginning to come too. "This is the gestation chamber, we have Creature Development on this side of the corridor and Research on the other side. There is one intermediate stage between egg and gestation..."

As he was speaking, a sickening slicing, cracking, and wet sound emanated from the chamber. "Gentlemen, if you could all leave the room as calmly and quickly as possible I would be much obliged."

As the committee and the Professor left the room, a scientist walked over and pressed a button. Thick glass tubes reinforced with metal came down and covered the opening in the containers. The door closed behind them and they heard horrifying human screams followed by a loud cracking, shortly followed by a high pitched animal screech.

[Newwald]

Tentri, only a few years ago it was a country in need of reform. Violence was rampant and the government was corrupt, that was until a year ago. An ex-patriot Ajerrin by the name of Walden--probably a pseudonym--reshaped the entire political landscape of the country. Sadly he recently passed due to inoperable cancer. The main port city of Tentri has been renamed "Walden" in his honor. "Tentri is a thing of the past, long live the Newwald Republic!" Remarked one citizen. Today a festival is being held in Walden's honor as the birth of a new nation, the Vice Prime Minister has taken over after the PM's death. One can only wonder how an island composed of ethnic McNernians, a few Wachans as well as some Nedeans and Ajerrins managed to become so united. "Well one can argue that at this point those ethnic backrounds don't really matter, Tentri has been a trade city for a while and these populations have intermingled enough to get to this point." Said one analyst. We don't know how Newwald will fare on the world stage, but we do know we will be watching.

NB Boca del Mar, África, Enkon - In just a matter of weeks, the Solisian Armed Forces have expended nearly MS₱ 8 billion pesos of military equipment, manufactured across the world, and most are donated to the Staedetlerian Loyalists. The SAF has purchased heavy power armor from Promethius Prime, bought aircrafts & anti-aircraft systems from Athretvari, hired mercenaries from Nedea, donated Mare Solis-designed firearms & armored vehicles, leased an air force base in northern Cyrellican & now new reports arise that the Solisian Armed Forces have approached the United Federation of Ajerrin for military armaments that are to be donated to Staedetlerian Loyalists.

The SAF has approached the Ajerrinian Red Coral Inc., that specializes in both civilian & military power armors. The SAF has purchased 20 units of the RC ATLASS Exoskeleton. The RC ATLASS Exoskeleton was developed to meet the requirements of walker units to close the gap between infantry & mechanized armor in the front lines. The exoframe/one manned-tank machine to pilots activity as efficient as possible. Powered by two ion polarized battery generators, the RC ATLASS Exoskeleton has a battery life of 45 continuous hours, without recharge. Ever single battery is independent and divided into two caches in the internal backpack, preventing unnecessary risks in critical situations. The RC ATLASS Exoskeleton will cost the SAF, NSD 11 million per unit.

Not only does the Staedetlerian Loyalists have the Promethian-designed Achaemenid Mk1 Heavy Power Armour in their arsenal, but now the loyalists have the Ajerrinian-designed ATLASS Exoskeleton. The pairing of the two poses an extremely imposing sight to the enemy, the mere intimidation factor will break communist lines. The exoskeletons will be picked up by the Mare Solis Air Force (MSAF) 1st Air Mobility Wing, who already has dropped off the Nedean mercenaries in Staedetler.

Meanwhile, President Bruno Ibarra has deployed the Mare Solis Navy (MSN) 3rd Fleet to Hexagon 3030 in the New Aegean Sea. Their role is merely an insurance if this conflict is to escalate between the Communist Party of Staedetler & the Staedetlerian Loyalists. In the hulls of the MSN 3rd Fleet, 3rd Amphibious Warfare Squadron, are used Mare Solis Marine Corps MBT-12 Crusader main battle tanks. The MSN 3rd Amphibious Squadron is to land the MBT-12 Crusader tanks to Staedetlerian Loyalist hands. The MBT-12 Crusader is a Solisian main battle tank (MBT) currently in service with the Mare Solis Army & Marine Corps of the Most Serene Republic. The Crusader is an extensive redesign of the MBT-11 Crusader. Although the hull and automotive components seem similar, they are of a newer design and build than those of the MBT-11 Crusader, and fewer than 5% of components are interchangeable. Each tanks costs MS₱ 4.2 million pesos, that are manufactured by Defense Manufacturing Services.

President Bruno Ibarra describes this whole situation as "an endless stream of weapons". He has vowed to the Staedetlerian Loyalists & their supporters, that Staedetler will regain their country and re-install a free & capitalist government. Mare Solis has already lost North África to the communists, but will not lose Staedetler to them.

[SOLISIAN ARMED FORCES CONFIDENTIAL REPORT]

Fort Victoria, Mare Solis, Enkon - After a 6 hour flight from Staedetler, Captain Martel of the Mare Solis Army Special Forces, has finally reached Fort Victoria. Captain Martel was with JSOC Group 7, training Staedetlerian Loyalists for combat. He received a dispatch from the Special Intelligence Service (SIS) to fly back to Mare Solis. Once he arrives at a conference room in Fort Victoria, he was approached by Special Agent Calixto, and the meeting then started. The whole room was filled with agents from the Special Intelligence Service & uniformed men. Dropped in front of Captain Martel's hands was a folder named Operation Achilles. Calixto then starts his speech.

Calixto: "Alright boys, what you have in front of you is Operation Achilles. Just last night our friends from Ajerrin have confirmed the location of WeHaKaU. Our job is to not throw these guys into jail. Short term, our job is merely intelligence gathering. The Ajerrinians tells us that their leader Michael Kaminsky is in Pertit, Uyswistan. Our mission is to fly to Pertit and have a talk with our WeHaKaU friends. The topic of the discussion will be continued later, but right now I need you guys to prepare for our trip to Uyswistan."

[9 HOURS LATER]

Pertit, Uyswistan, Enkon - After informing the Pertit Police to meet them at a abandoned warehouse in south Pertit. Captain Martel and a squad of SIS Special Activities Division are preparing their gear. Captain Martel wonders on why Agent Calixto won't tell them the additional information and why they are capturing Michael Kaminsky. At noon, Captain Martel & the SIS is waiting outside the abandoned warehouse where Kaminsky is held. The warehouse is located at run-down industrial complex hiding Captain Martel & the SIS team. Unaware, Kaminsky is eating lunch inside his warehouse. The team then commences the assault of the warehouse, capturing Kaminsky still at the table. One hour later Kaminsky & the team is at a Pertit Police station conference room. Special Agent Calixto then shows up and takes off Kaminsky's blind fold.

Calixto: "Alright, you have two options. Option one, give us what we need and you shall receive asylum in Solisia, with an understanding that you will cease all illegal international actions. Option 2, you don't cooperate, you can rot here in a Uyswistan prison for the rest of your life. I'll give you time to think."

After a long & hard thought, the sounds of asylum in Solisia & no more running away forces Kaminsky to accept. Kaminsky then says, "What do you need?"

CONFIDENTIAL LETTER TO ADMIRAL JUHEN OF THE AUXILIARY FLEET
PRESIDENT ORDERS — EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

Dear Admiral,

Our efforts in aiding the oppressed people of Staedetler are not being facilitated by the interference of the UTR and the Federal Republic of Mare Solis; a Solisian and Ath. fleet are waiting the arrival of the Auxiliary Deployment Fleet in a blockade fashion. President Muama has ordered for the Auxiliary Fleet to avoid the Marina Del Rey Naval Base and take a new trajectory through Serton to Tucsón Bay and dock in North África. The People's Republic of Otundi Kogo has proposed a seven day ceasefire. You should not be targeted on your journey to North África. The troops will be safe in President Servantes’ hands, he is a close friend and ally.

You will be expected in two days’ time, allowing two days depending on your current location.

In the unlikely situation of a battle, the Auxiliary Squadrons are instructed to fight to the last breath. May God be with you and good luck.

First Landing
[34 years ago]
The Vargrarian Initial Colonization Fleet (Compromised of the VHCS Amarok, VHCS Vagabond, and VHCS Branmoor) arrives in orbit of Enkon.

The small fleet was originally purposed to prepare and set up a preliminary framework on whatever colony founded for the fleet that was to come, but due to various catastrophic events that occurred aboard the ships the main directive had long since been forgot. However, seeing a notable advantage to colonization, the allied ships and their governments descended to the planet’s surface (in a large stretch of mountainous deciduous region) and began to colonize.

The original structures built and technologies in use became increasingly primitive in nature, and soon began taking apart the ships that brought them to this place. The resulting society became a mostly anarchic sprawl of sparsely populated areas, with some small, complex governmental institutions arising. The area that the colonists took up was predominately named “Wragnar” by those who lived there. “Wragnar” was the name of a great forested land in the primitive mythology of the people. Culturally, the mythological nation was a place of salvation that the “Saved” would journey to during the apocalypse.

The “country” remained in this state for a couple decades until the arrival of the official fleet.

”The Great Exhumation”
[3 Years ago]
The Sovereign Meritocratic Fleet (Formerly the Greater Vargrarian Evacuation Fleet or GVEF) arrives in orbit of Enkon

With the arrival of the SMC comes information regarding the nature of the two fleets’ creator: a large nation called The Grand Hegemony of Vargraria. The SMC had a slightly better grasp on what their population’s prime directive was, but lost much information over the decades due to various conflicts. A once frightening colonization fleet of 40 ships was now a meager 14. Over many wars, the fleet over the past 50 years has developed a single governing body in the style of a hierarchical meritocracy.

The fleet, having now arrived, sought out the remnants of their lost brethren and attempted to assimilate the two cultures: both bringing the fleet population planet-side, and enforcing the meritocratical government on those already residing there. This “Great Exhumation” was welcomed by many, as it signified a reform from the chaotic, somewhat-post-apocalyptic lifestyle they had previous. However, some met this “Exhumation” with violence, angry that no one had a say in what the government was that was to rule them. A conflict, which is yet to be named, sprung about between various factions and the new government that lasted for two or three years. All sides opposing the government have officially surrendered, however there are still small conflicts erupting about, instigated by those who do not believe the war is over.

The Creation of a Nation
[Present]

The United Meritocracy of Wragnar is officially declared a nation and William Darrow is elected the first Primarch.

Most of the colonization ships have been stripped down for parts and such to build structures planet-side, however a portion have remained in orbit, along with a space station and a portion of the governmental and military forces.

The nation has declared its capital city to be New Dunsinane, one of only 5 true cities developing on the surface. Named after the capital of its predecessor, the city is more of a gargantuan urban sprawl with large super-skyscrapers, and many shanty towns. It spans about 44 miles.

The Nation is expanding rapidly. With the population quickly trickling from the behemoth colonization ships, land is increasingly being needed.

[Caisus]

From the Private Journal of Dmitri Bright:

Things seem to be looking up for a change. Calm is slowly creeping back into our everyday lives, legislation moves smoothly, and trade is picking up. Wealth once more flows through Caisus, and newly into Galgistan. The curtain falls on the Unibearian civil war, I am almost sad to see it go. It has made such lovely reading. A war in the north seems to be brewing though, and I pray the storm does not stretch towards the Commonwealths. On happier things, it would seem that Caisus is to get airships, all designed after the ancient Star Navy. I have been told the first three are soon to fly out, brilliant machines of peace making(hehheh). Athretvari shall help us militarily as well, and trade is picking up with both the UTR and the Commonwealth of Promethius. I worry about their war with their empire, a conflict with such powerful nations could easily pull others in. Missiles bases and data scramblers, sophisticated defenses created for the sole purpose of making an invasion of Caisus and Galgistan a living hell.

Sadly it is from within I believe issues may come from. The three ethnic groups of Galgistan are once more move to assault the others. The Valister have already requested military protection for the more radical Galgi and Bacrum groups, even as the Bacrum demand more autonomy. Most frightening of all I hear rumours of horrors in the plains and forests of Galgistan. Horrors from tales as old as the people of Galgistan. Tales of monsters that wear the skin of their victims, and tales of bestial hunters from ages past. I fear what this means. Could the beasts of the last war have stowed-away during the Exodus? Has one of the greatest horrors of our past chased us all this way? Is this merely a normal animal, or a paniced populace looking for answers in the supernatural? If more of these deaths occur, the peoples of Galgistan will begin a witch hunt that may lead to another war of extermination within Galgistan. Caisus will enforce peace, and will find solutions to these issues. We have invited these primitive cultures into our midst, and we must tame their hatred lest it consume them.

A Special Intelligence Service agent preparing for a flight to Omalokee

[SOLISIAN ARMED FORCES CONFIDENTIAL REPORT]

Pertit, Uyswistan, Enkon - After what seems like forever for Michael Kaminsky, Special Agent Calixto from the Special Intelligence Service reemerges into the conference room with a glass of water for Kaminsky. The detained man drinks half of the glass while Calixto pulls up a chair in front of Kaminsky. After flipping through a folder, Calixto pulls out pictures of two men from Otundi Kogo. The first picture showed a man wearing a military uniform named "Enner Mututu". And the second picture showed a man wearing a white tank top named "Reyehem Lu". Kaminski then takes a good look at the men and expresses a face of recognition. After a long silent minute, Calixto breaks silence.

Calixto: "I know this isn't your first time seeing these men before. The reason why your here today, is that you have a skill that can obtain the most secured & sensitive information from any government in this world. These men have the ability to level a Solisian city. And you have no relations to these men. You told me one of the reason why you created the WeHaKaU group was to protect the people from the government. So today your going to prove that, and protect the people from the Otundi Kogo government. Give me an address, and you will be put on the next flight to Solisia, where you will live the rest of your life in peace."

Kaminsky: "I don't have an adress, but I do know that the two men are in Havana. But I do know one man who knows where their exact location is, what they do, what their alias is, what their daily schedule is, and most importantly where they hide their nuclear bombs"

Kaminsky then sees a photo of known terrorist groups in Central Enkon. He then pulls out the photo and points at a man.

Kaminsky: "Abu Al-Shonna, leader of the Mekka Shonna Group. Abu Al-Shonna was the man responsible for smuggling the men into Havana. He put them on a ferry from the Sino-Creek Commonwealth to Gibraltar and then to Havana. Abu Al-Shonna is located near Omalokee in the Sino-Creek Commonwealth."

Calixto has been staring at Kaminski's face, searching for any type of hesitation & signs of lying. Calixto then talks in his radio and summons another SIS agent. Calixto then says, "Contact the Sino-Creek Commonwealth and tell them were coming. Also, inform Sino-Creek Intelligence to install surveillance on Abu Al-Shonna and tell them to keep their distance. I'm not going to lose him."

Calixto then gets up and orders everybody to pack up and get back to the plane. Even Kaminski himself is to board the plane too Omalokee. Calixto then orders his communications officer to connect him to Mare Solis Air Force.

Santa Isabel, África, Enkon - Colonel Hernan was sitting in his office when he receives a phone call from Special Agent Calixto. Colonel Hernan is the commander of the MSAF 1st Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISR), responsible for providing high-altitude surveillance and tracking North Áfrican & Otundi Kogo movement. After talking to Calixto, Colonel Hernan dispatches a SZUK-56AWACS, to fly to Omalokee in the Sino-Creek Commonwealth, to provide additional surveillance upon Abu Al-Shonna.
