Rovstad, Unibearia- With the news hitting the UWR about the Zombie-Comet, the Government has decided that martial law be made active once again, and that gas-masks be handed out to the population. We advise all foreign entities to leave the nation and that all domestic citizens stay inside and prepare for the worst. Water, food and electricity has been rationed and the military has been generally mobilized within the UWR (Excluding the DMZ). Military police has been mobilized in the DMZ, please take note that the Military Police in the DMZ are just ordinary police officers but have been tarined with more advanced weaponry and also have police anti-riot vehicles with them.


The UWR officially condemns Saef, not Vvarden but President Saef for he is the one who does not like Wolven and so he is responsible for allowing this bill to pass. All diplomatic talks, trade, the embassy and flights from Vvarden have been closed until further notice.

Zaphiron, NZE- The Emperor has issued an Emergency Edict to prepare for the coming Zombie outbreak. Weapons and energy shields are being provided to the civilian populace, and a shipment of 10,000 personal shields are being sent via hovercraft convoy to Vvarden by request. The High Arbiter has discovered an early outbreak in Wetivilla's capitol, Commonia, and is currently en route back to the Empire. The 3rd Legion is being mobilized to enter and cleanse the neighboring country ASAP, and is to continue the extermination until all targets are eliminated. All other non-engaged units are being mobilized to defend the Empire's borders, and the R &D department has been tasked with trying to find a cure for this deadly disease before a severe outbreak can occur. The NZE is prepared for the Zombie onslaught.

The United Coalition Diseases Control Center has used classified emergency power to declare a nation wide lockdown after reports of a new, highly contagious disease has been reported at hospitals all around the world, including some in the United Coalition. The UCDCC classified powers, codenamed "ToxoAgain", puts all power into the hands of the Head of the UCDCC until the Chancellor can be briefed on the situation. When ToxoAgain has been activated all national boarders are closed, all military personal are put into Federal Control and are issued newly developed Bio Combat suits, Martial Law is activatied(Anyone caught outside after curfew is isolated and questioned, if questioning proves not suspicious the person is arrested and held isolated. If proven suspicious, person is shot and killed then double tapped.).

All people showing any signs of infection are isolated, under 24/7 surveillance, are to report to the nearest military CP to be observed for further signs of toxo infection. All dead are to be cremated after being studied by scientist for a lead to a cure.

Mutu-Sá Toxobiology Research Facility Contains First Zombie Specimen

The first zombie outbreak in Otundi Kogo occurred in the Wasi province, where a large concentration of Otundi Kogoan indigenous tribes resides accounting for 3% of the country's population. Vulnerable to the sporadic infection, the recently formed UCCPA Biocombat Emergency Unit set out on a vigilant search under government orders to spot and contain any signs of a large zombie outbreak. An informal military report counted 43 contaminated tribesmen dead in the outskirts of Wasi Port.

An army truck carried out the infected bodies to the provisional Toxobiology Research Facility in Mutu-Sá, where the specimen of all the deceased are currently contained for further analysis. Admiral Zanzabar has released a public statement saying that, “The scientists at these facilities are solely focused and strictly ordered to work towards a cure for the virus.
All bodies will be cremated, everyone should attempt to remain calm and isolated and hope for the best. Unity brings power, humanity cannot be defeated!”

The remnants of the first infected people have been humanely disposed through incineration at the facility. North Áfrican (New Solisian) Dr. Ernesto Machado working with the Otundi Kogoan government in Mutu-Sá was praised by the ruling body of the UCC for making a significant discovery in the possibility of delivering the virus’ new DNA to human DNA, allowing gene therapy to fix the damaged bonds and furthermore providing immunity. He called for the concept of gene therapy.

The leading biochemist stated that, “Certain diseases and agents are caused by known defects in a single gene. The idea behind gene therapy is to fix damaged DNA. This can be achieved by either swapping the defective gene for a working one, repairing the damaged gene by mutating it back to a healthy form or by “switching off” the defective gene.

A typical virus consists of a viral-coat enclosing DNA and a small number of proteins. In gene therapy, the virus is modified so that its DNA is replaced with DNA required for the therapy. The virus is then injected into the patient where it targets and infects cells, replacing damaged DNA with the new healthy DNA.”

North Áfrican (New Solisian) facilities have been closely working with the Mutu-Sá Toxobiology Research Facility to conduct gene therapy research. Only two contaminated cases have been reported in the outskirts of Túcson Bay. Most of the activity is said to lie in the uncharted parts of the North Áfrican island.

Sightings of armed and masked servicemen have begun to curtail suspicious behaviour in the island's activity hotspot areas. All citizens are instructed to remain at home, under a 24/7 lockdown until further government notice.

The UWR has been breached by zombies and many coming by the west, all construction workers are to stop construction and return home. The 'zombie' fog hit the UWR fog, claiming almost 100 million in it's initial outbreak. The military was able to kill almost half of those within a short time but it seems that many get infected faster than they are killed. The worst part is, Zombie Wolfen are rather more aggressive and dangerous than Human zombies and this has been a challenge.


The elite of Unibearia's military, the Elite Royal Wolf-Guards, have been called on to exterminate the Zombie threat before it gets to big. They have been equipped with the Next-generation Wulf-tec Power armours and weapons. Tanks and bombing runs have been authorized on towns and villages that have been consumed by zombie hordes.

The Unibearian border is closed and is being patrolled, killing almost all Zombies who try to enter. The city of Rovstad has been barricaded and word is coming out that Borondor has been overrun by zombies. 15 divisions have been sent to make sure that this is true and if it is, they shall try and kill the Zombies.

New Toola secures its territory to stop infection

New Toolan emergency forces cleaning a military van after leaving an infected town

New Toola - New Toolan Military and Emergency personnel have been sent all throughout the country with the outbreak of Toxoplasmosis. Ithaqua has been secured and smaller towns have been transformed into holding areas for survivors. The New Toolan CDC announced that every measure possible is being taken to not only prevent but to combat the outbreak.

Citizens have been told to stay indoors as well as to report signs of infection immediately. The Council of Elders are still operational but are speaking from home. Only the New Toolan CDC is still being run at full capacity at its headquarters in Napoli. New Toolan CDC Director Michael Howell spoke today to the entire nation on the crisis. This is what he had to say...

"My fellow New Toolans, we are facing a worldwide threat. We are doing everything in our power to prevent this outbreak from spreading further in New Toola. We ask that all New Toolan civilians stay in their homes and avoid going outside at all costs. We issued state wide gas masks early last year and we ask that all New Toolan citizens wear them. We are working together with the Department of Health and Human Services as well as the Department of Defense in combating this outbreak. I thank you all for your faith in the government and cooperation is key in stopping the infection"

Radio broadcast from Terrillum. "Due to the heavy losses suffered during the zombie attack Terrillum has been unable to deploy troops into Qatanar for support" the announcer droned on, "but our prestigious General Zarfgo has released a statement saying several of our top espionage agents are working in the countries of out enemys". "He also stated that boots will be on the ground in less than 2 weeks to assist our allies". "Thank you Terrilites have goodnight"(radio crackles out).

Wetivilla-NZE Buffer Zone - Several million zombies flowed outward from the direction of Wetivilla as the General of the 1st Legion watched on in silence. The zombies had been moving steadily towards the Empire for the last few hours, and word had just reached them that Sollirom City has been forced to withdraw into the Inner circle of the city, due to the overwhelming numbers the citizens faced there. Hordes were also headed into the Empire from the Agnorst buffer zone, headed towards Lunaporte. No word had yet been sent from the 2nd Legion, which was supposed to be checking that area. Zaphiron was heavily shielded and guarded from all threats as the scientists there hurried the research along. The High Arbiter made it back to the capitol with his convoy about an hour after the 1st zombies had invaded the Empire. The Vassal State was faring slightly better, having a smaller population and being able to respond to the threat in a more relaxed manner. Solisian Xanai has been quiet so far, however they did have a huge population up there...

The General of the 1st Legion almost wanted to cry from all of the moaning, shambling dead people either walking past them or trying to get through the shield surrounding the troops. Fortunately, as long as the shield was up the zombies didn't care about the soldiers, as it masked body heat and scent. Only motion could attract them, and their eyesight was, on average, terrible.

Unfortunately, their job was not to stop these zombies from invading, but to press on into Wetivilla itself, all the way into Commonia, to see if the Empire could rescue any survivors. It was a long shot, true, but the thousands of men under his command, like himself, would follow the Emperor's orders to the letter. They were to locate and protect as many survivors from Commonia and any place they came across, only exterminating the zombies when given no alternative. Also, if possible, they were to gain access to the governmental offices and access all Wetivillan state secrets as possible, in order to move ahead the Imperial Expansion Campaign.

As the Legion trudged along, heading towards the border, the General worried about his family in Sollirom City. Were they in the Safe Zone? Did they get infected? Are they in pain? These thoughts had plagued his mind since the outbreak was spotted in Sollirom City. The General only prayed that Lord Sol could end the threat rapidly, in order to give him some peace of mind. After his moment of worrying, he turned around and stared in the direction of the city where his beloved wife and two sons were hopefully still holding out. Then he turned his attention back to the task at hand.

Newwaldians evacuate to government safety bunkers in order to avoid the miasma of Toxo. Those in rural areas and whom are unable to reach the bunkers have higher infection risk. However due to strong oceanic winds this is very unlikely as spores will be pulled out farther to sea from the mainland. UCCPASO Infects New Toolan Water Reserves With TrTB202

Following the successful joint cure research with North Áfrican (New Solisian) personnel at the Mutu-Sá and Túcson Bay Toxobiology Research Facility, a transgenic modifying agent was discovered after an anomaly was found in one of the infected bodies in the outskirts of Wasi Cove. A self-decomposing body found among a dead horde of contaminated people was retrieved to the Mutu-Sá facility for further examinations, Dr. Ernesto Machado's research team singled out a single rotting gene that provokes calcium deficiency, hence why the zombies rot and their skin ages significantly.

A second auxiliary research team was instructed to experiment with the new agent, dubbed TrTB202, to find a way to transmit the virus. Using compromised UCCPA soldiers who engaged in physical contact with infected bodies, it was concluded that cells with insufficient calcium in their membranes die. An experimental conclusive report described the death of Private Ejan of the United Communist Communes People's Army slow and agonizing, lasting just under 8 hours after drinking a glass of water infected with the TrTB202 virus. His skin decayed and after autopsy, it was declared that the toxic agent caused the Private's organs to rot from the inside.

At 0500 hours, a select UCC Special Ops squadron was set to be airdropped 40 miles away from Florentia, New Toola by a covert Otundi Kogoan Goshawk Helicopter. The team carried instructions of delivering the virus to New Toola's water reserves and sewer system via the West bank. A crew of 8 UCCSO soldiers successfully injected the TrTB202 agent in Florentia's water supply networks, the virus spread as far as Genova. Circa 1000 hours, it was estimated that 144 million infections occurred via the consumption of contaminated fluids in Western New Toola.

Commonia, Wetivilla- The 1st Legion had set up a perimeter against the minimal dead still hanging around the city. Only a total of around 12,000 Wetivillan survivors had been found at last count. Apparently, Wetivilla had been experiencing riots from an anarchy group at the Governmental Offices in Commonia before the Comet had returned. Apparently, some early spores had fallen from the atmosphere to infect some of the rioters. And from there, it mushroomed. The Legion soldiers sifted through the wreckage of the Wetivilla government buildings, either in total disarray or burnt, empty husks from the rioting. Some 200 people were found starving to death on the rooftop of one of the burnt buildings. Before they could be secured, some of them had turned and began chewing through the other survivors. The rest of them chose a mass suicide tactic, jumping off the roof of the 40-story building rather than be zombiefied. The unlucky troopers who witnessed this are still having nightmares about it.

The General surveyed his surroundings; the empty streets were mostly quiet, excepting the occasional zombie staggering through the buildings and the soldiers moving quickly from street to street, clearing the city of zombies. Not one casualty had been experienced, thanks to the personal shields that all the soldiers were equipped with. Every building was checked, and zombies found within them were shot on sight.

The team tasked with extracting governmental data returned with several government hard drives, each containing part of the whole Wetivillan governmental database. The General nodded quickly, jerking his thumb back towards the vehicle convoy, which was situated in the midst of downtown Commonia. The team ran towards the convoy, hopping into a hovercraft and securing the hard drives in a protective container. He activated his comm unit, and turned on the translator device for the Wetivillians, and spoke into it. "All soldiers, form up on the convoy." He stopped as a soldier tapped his leg. He looked down and saw the large blip on the long-range scanner. "Be ready to move quickly, scanner indicates a large horde is headed this way. Survivors, we are returning to the Empire. Any who wish to join us can, otherwise head to the field base in that big apartment complex three streets over. You'll have enough supplies weapons, and ammo to survive the Toxo outbreak. Make your choice soon, we're out in ten."

About 600 people moved off towards the complex, while the others moved with the soldiers towards the column. After ten minutes, the General waved his hand forwards, and the column moved out.

Zaphiron, NZE- Thanks to the hard work done by the assembled scientists and researchers within the r&d department, as well as the foreign scientists who worked hard right alongside them, the NZE and it's territory are officially zombie free. A cure has been administered to all Imperial citizens currently affected by the Toxoplasmosis phenomenon, and an immunization shot is being given to those who have survived the onslaught.

Concerning those who died during the event, scientists are gathering as many bodies as possible to extract their DNA codes in order to reprocess them through the cloning hubs; the fallen are being given priority on their reanimation. In addition, the Emperor has sent a message to those countries still battling the onslaught of the zombies stating that this cure will be sent to as many nations as possible, disregarding all current diplomatic relationships except for Quatanar, in which the cure will not be provided to governmental employees or figures.

Borders shall be shut until the Comet has fully passed and the crisis is contained. All Legions currently patrolling outside the nation have been recalled, and are to bolster border defenses until the zombie plague has passed.

Kihra Junigka, President of the United Realms, looked down at the dead man lying on the operating table. Twenty or so white robed scientists, technicians, and at least a dozen Eggmandlandi AI androids circled around them. A bulky table sporting menacing electronics was rolled out carrying an activated but restrained and still android.

Kihra turned to an android standing next to her. It was Iona-6, “It’s good to see you again.”

”And you, Madam President. I must admit I wasn’t expecting you here.”

“I wanted to witness this miracle for myself.”

Kihra watched as an android walked over to the dead man carrying a small crab-like robot. The robot was released on the man’s chest and ran up toward his face. It gripped his skull with long finger-like legs, and rested its wide belly firmly across the top of his head and across his forehead. It all looked eerily like a scene from an ancient terran sci-fi film Kihra watched once as a child.

Iona began to narrate to Kihra, ”The patient is corporal Jamesz Anderszen with the 23rd Athretvar National Guard Corps stationed in Hypacja. The first step in the regenerative process involves mapping the corporal’s mind, which this cranial cartographic device, jokingly referred to as a skull-hugger by the human members of the team, is now performing. At this very moment the CCD is taking detailed holographic images of the patient’s neurons and neural pathways.”

“And this creates a 3D map of the corporal’s entire brain?”

“Yes. There is a great deal of fatty tissue and other support tissue such as blood vessels. These are left as unused space in the android’s cranial matrix. Which brings us to the second step,” Iona lifted a round lump of clear plasteel and handed it to Kihra.

Kihra nearly dropped it, not expecting its weight. ”It’s extraordinarily dense. What grade of plasteel is this?”

“SA-500.”

Kihra handed the lump to a patiently waiting android tech and then watched as it placed the plasteel lump in the center of a thick array of lasers. The array closed around the lump and began firing a dizzying battery of bright pulses into the plasteel.

Iona handed Kihra a pair of dark glasses. "It is best for your eyes, not to look directly at the replo-neural etcher while it is in operation without wearing eye-protection. The etcher is now craving minute fractures, optical pathways, into the plasteel mold. The shape of the fractures exactly match the corporal’s neutral network. Once the base-line network is etched into the mold, the mold is placed inside a android’s cranial cavity,” Iona moved over to the android lying next to the man and pulled at the top of its head. Iona handed a large white bowl lined with countless fiberoptic endings and microscopic lenses to Kihra. It glittered under the ceiling’s lights.

Iona continued, ”The corporal is dead. But his memories can be preserved and revived.”

“Can we read his memories?”

“We don’t know what each of the pathways are. Each human’s brain is unique in that a single memory is made up of thousands of individual pathways, ignited in unique sequences and groupings. The key to decoding the pathways, understanding what they mean, lies in the pathways themselves. This key is what humans call one’s soul or spirit. By replicating the neutral network we are actually providing the new android with a baseline memory matrix, including the key to unlocking and using it. As the android continues to live, new memories will be etched into the plasteel mold by these micro lasers.” Iona pointed to one of the tiny lenses in the android’s skull.

The android tech took the plasteel mold from the laser array. It was opaque from the trillions of microfractures etched into it. Kihra could clearly see the many vast voids left from fat and vein. These would be used as additional space to etch future memories. The tech placed the mold in the android’s head and then attached the top.

Kihra wasn’t sure what she expected, but she wasn’t expecting the android to immediately start thrashing about and screaming bloodly murder.

Several other androids rushed over and held it down, Iona bent close to the android and seemed to whisper something in its audio-receiver. It quickly fell still as if sleeping.

Kihra found she heart racing, she tried to catch her breath. ”What happened?”

“He awoke in the middle of his last memory. I have reset him to the morning of the outbreak.”

Iona whispered again into the android’s ear. Suddenly it said, “Corporal Jamesz Anderszen with the 23rd Athretvar National Guard Corps, stationed in Ft West Hypacja. ID Number 48-324-224H. My commanding officer is Lt Denisz Szoto.”

Kihra watched as its optical lenses scanned the room and then fell on her face. She actually saw recognition in its emotionless face. It said, ”Madam President? Where am I? I can’t move. I can’t feel my... mouth. I ehrrr...”

The android began slurring its words and thrashing about again. Suddenly it screamed, ”I can’t feel anything! What’s happening?!” It convulsed and seemed to wimper.

Iona grabbed the android’s skull and whispered to it again. Suddenly she turned the android’s head so it could see the dead man next to it. ”You died. We have revived you in an Eggmandlandi Iona-SA500 model android. Do you understand?”

Iona held the android as it tried to look away. ”No, this is insane. I was about to get ready for z-training. The comet is coming. I’m not dead.”

“The comet passed, Corporal Anderszen.” It was Kihra, ”You fought bravely to protect us.”

The android stared at Kihra, ”I, I died?”

She placed her hand on its head, ”Yes, and with great honor. You are a hero.” She turned to Iona, ”You can regenerate everyone who died, as long as their brain is intact?”

Iona seemed to smile, ”Everyone.”

Midgar,46566-in the recently conquered territories of the UWR vials of 235 have been found. The USS scientists are already looking on how to produce the the serum are self's and to then use the serum to find a way to mass produce a counter serum to change wolfens back into normal humans. The reason for the counter serum is the belief that some wolfens might fill pressured into originally changing themselves into wolfens in the first place.The serum won't be forced on the wolfen population already living in the USS.It will be available to any nation wishing to buy a counter serum when finished. At this time the USS should be able to produce our own vials of 235 within a years time and will work on a counter serum after.

lone wolf laws passed
Midgar,46566- the wolfen population of the USS are given human rights within the USS.Though also passed were a series of laws dubbed the lone wolf laws. The laws allow companies to segregate the wolfen population within it's own business. While the government will officially not segregate the wolfen within government buildings other non government building can. The government is saying that this a compromise that everyone can live with. the laws will take effect next year across the USS. The bills are seen as a way to sooth possible tensions with the sudden influx of wolfens now living within the USS after the annexation of the 2 southern provinces of the UWR.

New Toxo samples gotten
Midgar,46566- with the recent revival of toxo now on Enkon. The USS has begun collecting bodies of those who were infected to test on the brain samples of the dead. The hopes are that the new samples could lead to a possible inoculation to prevent the parasite from being able to reproduce within a host even before it spreads. The hopes are that should the "toxo" comet comes around again that the spread of the zombie parasite will not harm the USS.

Ithaqua, New Toola - Earlier today, New Toola declared war on the nation of Terrillum. Reports came in that the nation in question is supporting the terrorist regime of Qatanar. Chief Elder Kenneth Simmons spoke to the world today on the issue and his disgust over their alliance. This is what he had to say...

"My fellow New Toolans, today we battle yet another enemy in Operation Enduring Liberty. The nation of Terrillum believes that it is right to support a terrorist regime. They believe it is right to support a regime that is responsible for killing New Toolan civilians in senseless aggression towards us. They believe that we are forcing justice on a people when we are going in and liberating them from their oppressive government. Zaphiron, NZE- After the successes made by TSS-01 within the Empire and without, Imperial scientists are archiving the cure for when the Comet returns. The Head of R&D has announced that studies of Toxoplasmosis are to be conducted, and all confirmed infected corpses are to be stored in several fringe facilities for the attempted harvesting of the infectant for research purposes.

Imperial Forces Join New Toola in Qatanar, Offers to Fight in Terrilum As Well
Qatanar- The Terror Task Force assigned to the War on Terror has finally arrived in southern Quatanar! A few skirmishes have been fought in the south over a scattered few strategic villages and towns in the area, but progress has been slow, due to multiple terrorist hideouts in the wilderness. No sabotage attacks have been made yet, but the force is on high alert. Their first priority is to meet up with the New Toolan main force, and then fight alongside them to take the rest of Quatanar.

Also, an offer by the Emperor was sent to the New Toolan Government today by the Emperor, asking if Chief Elder Simmons would wish a temporary ally in the fight against Terrilum in the future.

Wetivillan Survivors Return Home, Government Arrests Them on Border
NZE-Wetivillan Buffer Zone- the 11,400 Toxoplasmosis survivors saved by Imperial Forces from Wetivilla returned home yesterday, only to be arrested by their own government for suspicion of treason. The charges were made by the Leader of Wetivilla who, by the survivors' personal accounts, is a greedy and selfish man who runs the country through corrupted and militaristic means. The High Arbiter sued for their release early this morning, but no word has come in from the Leader of Wetivilla.

Unknown soldiers found near water supply in Genova

Genova, New Toola - Earlier today, N.T.N.I.A released a statement stating that a group of unknown soldiers were captured and detained near the Genova main water supply. A report said that this is the group responsible for the poisoning of the Florentia main water supply a few days ago which infected nearly 800 New Toolan civilians. While the N.T.N.I.A has not said if they know which nation they come from, they do know that the virus was artificially made in a lab as well as these men are special forces. Speculation is running wild but the N.T.N.I.A is confident that they will get results soon. Director Judy Busk said this to the public in her statement...

"We have eight soldiers of unknown origin i custody as we speak and N.T.N.I.A officials are in the process of interrogating them. We will find out which government authorized the use of chemical warfare against New Toola in a time of world wide crisis. These men are not deserters nor are they affiliated with terrorist organizations. These men were sent by a government and we will get top the bottom of it. Justice will be served and we will find out who is responsible."

CAF to join the War on Terrillum
