NZE to Sponsor Rotium Remnant State For Disaster Refugees
Zaphiron, NZE- For weeks, the Rotium survivors from the nuclear wasteland that Rotium has become have trickled in to the Empire by the millions, suffering from heavy radiation poisoning, severe burns, and various other injuries. Imperial doctors have been working overtime to save as many of the survivors as possible, but sadly many have died due to the lack of staffing required to handle the huge influx of refugees. Today, Imperial scouts heavily clad in anti-radioactive gear confirmed that the crowds of people exiting the wasteland are starting to thin out. The High Arbiter held a discussion with the Imperial Triumvirate and the Circle of Nobles concerning the survivors when the news arrived in the capitol earlier this morning. After consulting the leaders of the refugees, the High Arbiter has decided to sponsor a Rotium Remnant Semi-Autonomous State located in hex 2434, to be run by a joint Rotium-Imperial government until the country is able to stand on its own.

The Rotium Remnant will be considered a vassal of the Empire. As such, the Imperial Government will preside over the territory and use its military as it sees fit. Once the Rotium Remnant's Government is fully operational, a poll will be cast for the people of Rotium to choose either full independence or full annexation. During this vote, all Imperial officials and citizens will leave the country temporarily in order to provide a fair and unvarnished vote. Should they wish to enter the Empire fully, the interim government will be remodeled into the Standard Imperial model. Should they choose to seceed, the Empire will move all unattached citizens back to the homeland as well as exit all political advisors. An alliance will be established, several trade agreements will be made and each party will agree to a mutual assistance pact.

THE FIRST UCC PEOPLE'S ASSEMBLY CELEBRATES UNION AND DISCUSSES UNDERLYING ISSUES

The 1st United Communist Communes People's Assembly was held in the K’wadi, on October 27, under the motto “The deepening issue of the imperialist offensive; the celebration of the new commune union; class emancipation; the fidelity of the United Communist Communes’ cause and the struggle for socialism.”

In the 1st Assembly, the Communist Party of North África and Admiral Zanzabar's Socialist Militia's administration participated and greetings were received from an additional five international parties which, for various reasons, were not able to participate. The Assembly analysed, among other main aspects, the development of a unified Socialist cause under an international primary state and of a complex process of realignment of forces at the international level, alerting to the great dangers deriving from imperialism’s offensive. The meeting saw the official formation of the New Communist Party of Otundi Kogo under the leadership of General Secretary of the Party Admiral Zanzabar and the signing of a unified North África-Otundi Kogo state.

At the same time, the participants saluted and valued the resistance and struggle of Admiral Zanzabar's truthful Communist cause against the revisionist and corrupt state under Olajide Muama, reaffirming the real potential that the current situation holds for the development of the liberating struggle against corrupt entities and fascist forces. The congress praised the Otundi Kogoan revolutionary militia in the public trials of the People's Republic of Otundi Kogo's leading figures, which saw the ex-Armed Forces Minister and three other members of the previous National Defence Commission sentenced to death by firing squad under the presence and judgement of North Áfrican President Ignacio Servantes.

The Assembly agreed to position Otundi Kogo/Zanzabar at the leadership of the UCC by a voters’ majority of 134 to 45 from Assembly delegates. Zanzabar was declared both President of Otundi Kogo and Chairman of the UCC — President Servantes was elected as Deputy Chairman and successor to the Chairmanship of the Union. Among the chairmanship, other minor votes were cast under the First Union Act concerning some underlying issues:

• The change of North África's demonym: North Áfrican citizens are to be readdressed as Solisians from now on.
• The national identity of North África is Solisian.
• Otundi Kogo and North África are officially brother states — this includes the freedoms of movement for goods, services, capital and people; tax exemption and prohibition of quantitative restrictions for both states.
• Single currency; the Commuta.
• Shared foreign policy; Foreign Intervention Policy states that both countries must answer the call of rising Socialists abroad.
• Socialist Revolution Day/Zanzabar Day; official holiday in both states (Sep. 26th).
• Cult of Servantes—Zanzabar Policy; statues of the leaders to be built in both states in homage of their valiant heroic acts; pictures of the leaders must be displayed in the capitals of K’wadi and Túcson Bay.
• Construction Fund Project; financial aid for the construction and renovation of North Áfrican cities.
• Military Draft Policy & Military Act; training exchange and joint military efforts under UCCPA (United Communist Communes’ People's Army).
• Annexation of intelligence agencies; spy agencies are usurped under the UCCGSA (United Communist Communes’ Global Security Agency).
• Designated prefix for new members; countries in the union are obliged to use the ‘Communist Commune’ status.
• Mutu Labour Camp issue; the camp is to reopen; POWs are to be registered at MLC; designated enemies of the state are to be registered at MLC; terrorists are to be registered at the MLC; North Áfrican criminals can be extradited to the MLC; prisoners are to work and produce at MLC as part of rehabilitation into society; prisoners must serve a term of their sentence in Borealis Oil Rig (exceptions awarded).
• UCC Membership is open through voting.

The Assembly specifically highlighted the dangers that arise from the intensification of the militarist, warmongering and interference policy of the major imperialist powers such as the United Technocratic Realms and the Southern Cooperation Group; outlining that the Military Act and UCCPA are necessary to show opposition and resistance. The Assembly ended on the final note, stressing the importance of the struggle in defence of democratic freedoms, against the advance of the far right, against xenophobia and racism, against religious fanaticism and obscurantism and against anti-communism.

Let me begin by saying that New Toola stands against what this Assembly stands for. Communism is not this righteous ideology like this Assembly's propaganda seems to make itself out to be. UTR JOINS ”WAR ON TERROR”
The Technocratic Council of Foreign Affairs, the UTR’s highest foreign policy decision making body, has agreed to assist New Toola with its military operations against the terrorist state of Qatanar in response to its stated support of recent bombings in New Toola and Newwald.

The UTR will send much needed medical supplies, mobile hospitals, food, water and water purification devices to the New Toolan forward operating base in Qatanar for distribution by New Toolan authorities on sight.

The council voiced its support for the global offensive against terror organizations around the globe, voting to propose an Interpol-type organization be established upon Enkon that would allow police departments from across various nationstates to cooperate in law enforcement through the sharing of information, arrest and extradition of terror and other suspects between members.

UTR SEEKS FGF3 DRUG FROM AJERRIN
UTR seeks to invest in FGF3 Anti-Diabetes Drug research within Ajerrin. Hopes for Domestic Production License or partnership with University of Berr and the Berr Research Institute, one of the largest medical research facilities in the UFA, to eventually produce and distribute a safe and stable version of the drug within the UTR. Potential sales for the drug in Athretvari alone could top several hundred billion koperniks per year considering 40.7% of the realm’s population suffers from some degree of diabetes, from mild cases that can be easily controlled by diet, to extreme cases requiring pancreas transplants or bio-mechanical augmentation. UTR WILL SEEK TO STRENGTHEN DEFENSE TIES WITH CAISUS-GALGISTAN
Seeking to insure both its and the security one of its dearest friends and allies during these extraordinary times, the UTR seeks to drastically enhance the defensive relationship with Caisus-Galgistan.

The UTR Technocratic Council of Defense has approved a proposal to the Caisus-Galgistan government requesting a significant upgrade in their mutual defense relations. The proposal reportedly requests permission from the Caisus-Galgistan government for the permanent placement of 150 naval squadrons, 50 air-wings, and 50 ground divisions, with the ability to insert an unlimited number of additional forces in the event of hostilities or the threat of hostilities against either Caisus-Galgistan or the UTR by a third party.

The proposal reportedly also requests permission for the construction and operation by the UTR military of one of the realms most advanced (SciAdv=500) radar and missile bases within hex 1829, near the city of Glavom.

The SciAdv=500-graded radar and missile base will be able to track, target, and if necessary, strike all air and sea-surface targets of SciAdv=500 or lower grade within a 5 hex-radius using multiple multiple-phased arrays (MMPA) of active and passive radars, datalinks with UTR ISR military-satellites, and SciAdv=500-graded Scimitar Omnitask-5C cruise-missiles. The missile base will also be able to strike ground targets with additional ISR support from airborne and space-borne assets.

The proposal allows joint use by the Caisus and UTR militaries of the radar and missile base, with the understanding that the base is operated and under the jurisdiction of the UTR military. The base’s explicit and sole purpose will be to defend Caisus-Galgistan and UTR territories from foreign air- or sea-borne threats within the vicinity of Caisus-Galgistan.

Operation Enduring Freedom continues with capture of Barahn

Barahn, Qatanar - Earlier today, New Toolan Military command released a statement stating that the agricultural city of Barahn has been taken by a mix of both New Toolan forces and Wolfish forces. This has been the first time since wolfish soldiers have fought along side New Toolan forces since the Unibearian Civil War. The forces faced some resistance in this city but they were overwhelmed by the highly trained combined forces. This is one of the three major Qatanari cities. Relief supplies have poured into conquered territory as well as a small militia that are pro democracy are being trained to act as the nation's standing army once the operation is complete.

While this is a major win for the operation, The New Toolan National Intelligence Agency has reason to believe that a force is mounting in the capital of Kobesh. There are also reports that the industrial city of Gastani which is a wasteland, may be housing terror cells. The operation is far from over but with the help of other nations, it is going at a much faster rate than expected.

UTR Holds Anti-Terror Drill Ahead of SCG Meeting

Amore, Annibello police and Athretvar Joxo Special Forces launched anti-terror drills on Tuesday to guarantee security for the Southern Cooperation Group (SCG) meetings scheduled to be held in Amore later this RP-year.

Without being informed of the exercise, police officers from different departments handled simulated terror incidents across Annibello’s capital city, said a spokesman with the capital's public security bureau.

The drill's spokesman said the exercise was aimed at testing the responsiveness and coordination of police and federal special forces in the face of terrorist attacks.

At 2 p.m., the bureau's command center reported emergencies at eight different locations throughout the city, including a gathering of violent anti-SCG protestors, terrorists attacking a crowd using explosives, a direct terrorist assault on the SCG’s representative offices to the UTR in Amore where the SCG’s foreign ministers will meet, as well as the hostage-taking of a minor dignitary eating at a local restaurant.

Public security officers, armed police forces, and Joxo Special Forces rushed to the sites. Helicopters and satellites above sent images to the command center in real time.

Also on Monday, Annibello’s police chief, Gôa Cenkau, urged tighter security checks to prevent terrorist attacks similar to recent bombings in New Toola and Newwald during the SCG meetings and ensure the "absolute safety" of leaders and senior officials at the meetings.

Rovstad, Unibearia- With the first actual combat the UWR forces have been part of since we joined the War on Terror, it seems imperative that 4 more divisions be sent to aid the New Toolan and the 1 division of Wolf-Guard already fighting in Qatanar. It should take a week for them to arrive there by sea. We would also ask the New Toolan government to allow our ships to be able to port and refuel in their home ports until Qatanar has fallen.


The following divisions will be equipped with the latest in Wulf-tec technology in power armour and they will be heavily equipped for the remainder of the mission. They will also be fed by the UWR via Wulf-rations.

The union of United Communist Communes has opened its books and is currently accepting membership requests. The union has agreed to conform to its ideological Marxist beliefs concerning the redistribution of wealth to ensure the longevity of Communist and Socialist states around Enkon. I can also assure anyone in the international circle that the Mutu Labour Camp is a fully benevolent institution of rehabilitation which promotes righteousness and installs a sense of community into our society's nonconformists. It gives them jobs and praise.

If New Toola wants to investigate MLC, request it formally by letter with all the works and information required to allow such invasive actions. Do not demand anything from us.”

UCC SIGNS SAFEZONE TREATY
The UCC signed designated safezones for the government of Mare Solis to avoid any further conflict or acts that may be deemed as acts of war through the invasion of waters or airspace.

The Safezone Treaty was formally signed by the governments of Otundi Kogo and North África (New Solisia) at an emergency summit between the brother states. The document was proposed to the government of Mare Solis, and whilst not officially signed by the third party, Admiral Zanzabar has stated that he will make no concessions to the zones.

The government of Ignacio Servantes’ Communist Party has re-branded the previously defunct PAS (People's Army Service) militia condemned for crimes against humanity that served as the CPS’ rebel force in the formation of North África. The formation of the PISA has been kept a low priority to avoid international attention. The battalion was created in response to the masses of Communist exiles and rebel refugees from abroad that wish to perform military service alongside the UCCPA.

The PISA is composed of small groups of combatants and irregulars that use military tactics including ambushes, sabotage, raids, petty warfare, hit-and-run tactics, and mobility to fight a larger and less-mobile traditional military.

This would be invaluable with NZE-Wetivillian relations should the deal pull through, and hopes run high for the success of this deal. However, despite the repeated attempts at contacting the legitimate government, the Wetivillian government has yet to respond to any calls, thus causing the High Arbiter's trip to Commonia. Yellowminian Government Collapse Imminent, CAF Troops Mobilise
Troubling news of riots in Yellowmarble CIty in the small southern nation of Yellowminia has reached international attention after the CGNC (Commonwealth Global News Corporation) broadcast live footage of protesters engaging riot police in running battles throughout the last week. CGNC News is broadcast on a global network and is available in all countries on Enkon which accept the transmission, as such it is widely considered to be the principle form of televised news on matters concerning the Commonwealth.

The protests come following a series of heated debates in the Yellowminian government over reforms to the electoral system which the incumbent Progress Party had promised; when Yellowminian Premier Francois Villiers announced that the promised electoral reforms would be delayed until the next term on monday there was an immediate backlash in the press and in parliament which was fueled by the fact that Villiers had narrowly won last year's election with the electoral reforms being the linchpin of his manifesto. The surprising decision to delay reforms not only divided parliament, but also the Progress Party which has fractured into three separate parties leading the leader of the opposition, Jason Kermer to call for a vote of no confidence in Villiers government. These attempts were however hampered through Villiers' use of a constitutional technicality which means that so long as the Speaker of the House supports the presidency no votes for his removal can take place.

What began as an argument in the halls of government has swiftly spread into the public domain as initially peaceful protesters took to the street only to be rebuffed by heavy handed riot police. The sense of unrest was compounded when two of the major protest groups, Democracy Now and Free Yellowminia clashed after being kettled into the financial district together; though it is unclear at this time what caused the violent clashed between the two factions who started out seemingly protesting for the same thing, what information has made it out of the country indicates that it comes down to the finer point. Democracy Now believe that the electoral reforms should be forced through parliament regardless of who holds the premiership, while Free Yellowminia has begun calling directly for Villiers' resignation. Though a seemingly small point of dissension in the atmosphere of heightened anxiety and tension caused by their close confinement and isolation by riot police it seems to have ignited the spark of violence.

On Tuesday amidst continued violence in the capital and growing unrest elsewhere the Villiers Administration shut down the national broadcasting services and blocked international news services in an effort to hamper the spread of dissent and violence. The move was met by widespread condemnation in parliament and has been rendered all but meaningless through a combination of unrestricted internet access and endemic leaks of information to foreign press. As a result on Wednesday morning the military was called upon to intervene and resolve the violence which had shut down much of the capital; however upon arrival junior officers refused orders to engage protesters and instead encircled the trouble areas to prevent the spread of violence, without directly intervening. The mutiny soon seems to have spread to more senior officers and on Thursday morning a collective of three Generals sent a formal letter to Premier Villiers stating that they no longer had faith in his ability to rule, and that they henceforth refused to recognise his government, prompting fears that a government collapse is imminent.

Fear of government collapse have been strengthened by the fact that 65% of Villiers' cabinet and 43% of his senior staff have now either resigned or defected to rival parties and groups; even the political party splinter to which Villiers still belongs has removed him as their party leader, yet with the continued support of the national police force the Premier continues to claw onto control and power.

Throughout the unfolding events debate has raged among the Commonwealth media, public and government on what, if anything, should be done about the events in Yellowminia. Supporters of the former military government of Tanaka as well as their representatives in the Legislative have all advocated a decisive military operation to occupy Yellowminia and then move it towards induction as a province of the Commonwealth as was done in Orar. However a spokesman for the government has made clear that any military action would have the intention of restoring order and supporting a legitimate government in Yellowminia without the long term aim of annexation.

"We have little to gain and a great deal to lose by annexing Yellowminia; having run the numbers and consulted top level military figures the President has decided not to move for the annexation of Yellowminia. That said we cannot ignore the significant security risk sitting right on our doorstep; having an unstable regime on our very border opens the doors for the interference of other foreign powers in the Commonwealth's circle of influence. While the president and government remain committed to Yellowminian independence and sovereignty in the long term we cannot ignore the implications of allowing the events there to continue to unfold unchecked. As such units from the 28th and 29th Jituanjun, 31st Dadui and 14th Haijun Zu are being mobilised to southern Xin a Kadiya in preparation for an occupation of Yellowminia; it is hoped that our forces will enter the country with the blessing of the Yellowminian military and will coordinate with them to restore order. Once this has been achieved we can move towards the peaceful transition over to a new, more stable form of government there."

Ithaqua, New Toola - In the last day, New Toola's foundations were shaken with both former Chief Elder Helena Vane passing away from a severe heart attack as well as revelations within the New Toolan government. Helena Vane had heart problems for sometime but it finally got to her. The N.T.N.I.A uncovered a massive government conspiracy involving the secret lab named Lab 14. It was revealed that unethical procedures were being done on wolfen patients which was approved by Chief Elder Vane. The Council of Elders had been told both verbally and from paperwork that the facility was to be used as a detainment facility for wolfish people who were captured during the previous tensions between the UWR and New Toola. The head doctor named Eric Miller sent the tip to the N.T.N.I.A with a message of his regret for his actions. New Toolan military officials attacked the lab and revealed the procedures. Doctor Miller has turned himself in as well as his staff. Chief Elder Kenneth Simmons went to the air to address the people of this shocked nation. This is what he had to say...

"My fellow New Toolans, I am truly disturbed by what has transpired under the Vane Administration. What has happened here is exactly what New Toola is trying to fight in the War on Terror. United Commonwealths to Begin Defense Talks with the UTR

Dolara, Caisus - After much debate within the Thrice-Blessed Parliament, the United Commonwealths of Caisus and Galgistan has voted to begin talks with the United Technocratic Realms on the issues of defense and mutual interest. These talk are to begin in three weeks pending the response of the UTR.

In other news formal Tribal Council member Kushtrim Durrani of the Bacrum Tribe has been appointed by the Galgi People's Congress and the Thrice-Blessed Parliament as the representative to the Southern Cooperation Group. Throughout his political career Mr. Durrani has voted in support of increased democratization and peace between tribal ethnic groups. "His rich record and intelligence in the subject of politics make him a natural candidate", says Representative Chanda of the Valister Tribe, "I have never seen him do wrong by either the Caisan or Galgi peoples.

Also last week a surprising message was received by the Thrice-Blessed Parliament from the Aelian Provisional Government speaking on the subject of mutual cooperation and aid. The Province, which has become much less prosperous since the failure of the original Itharion government, has shown a want for increased trade and contact with Caisus. Talks will begin within the month.

Wolfen Slavery Legal

After a long vote in which all the parliament members took part, the vote of wolfen slavery was passed by 62-58.

Slaving businesses are now opening up around Vvarden as illegal wolfens who would otherwise be imprisoned for the rest of their lives are now sold as status symbols. Already about 30 have been sold already and hundreds are still waiting for a new owner.

President Saef, however, is planning on passing next the Wolfen Non-Humanism Law which allows wolfen slaves to be tortured, mutilated and killed if the owner permits it in disregard to Slavery Conditions Article 1b. Wolfen Rights groups across Vvarden are in uproar about this and several clashes with police have been recorded.

In other news, President Saef tells Opposition Leader Derrik, who has accidentally turned into a wolfen, that he is no longer allowed in Vvarden unless his Wolfenism is cured.
And President Saef offers his condolences to the relatives of New Toola's former Chief Elder Helena Vane who died of a heart attack, recently he said:

She was a wonderful woman, her policies were tremendously helpful to New Toola and thanks to her more information can be found about the Howling Pox. I do not like how the New Toolan authorities portrayed her however. She was great and certainly not a killer of wolfen. Dozen-Year Zombie Comet Set to Pass Enkon In Less Than 8 Hours!

Comet Birkingham-Levy 6b, more commonly known as the Zombie Comet, is making another close pass to Enkon in approximately 8 hours, according to UTR astrophysical scientists at the prestigious Maria-Galileo University Observatory in Galileo.

The comet with a 3 RP-year orbit that takes it as far as the orbit of Zeus before zipping back into the inner solar system, brings it dangerously close to Enkon every 12 RP-years. The comet's dust is contaminated with hundreds of different exotic organic chemicals which are known toxoplasmosis-activants, chemicals that cause explosive growth of the otherwise rare toxoplasmosis spores that were inadvertently transported to Enkon and released into the environment by outlander colonists more than 500 years ago.

All Measures to be Taken to Prevent the "Zombie Comet"

Caisus, Dolara - The Thrice-Blessed Parliament this morning in conjunction with the Galgi People's Congress condemn the government of Vvarden for their recent passing of the Wolven Slavery Bill. The statement out of the Thrice-Blessed Parliament reads, "A nation that enslaves any intelligent being, whether that be human or wolven, is violating the most basic rights that apply to all intelligent beings. President Saef has shown that his anti-wolven prejudices prevent him from having an unbiased and pure view of the world. His arrogance in thinking he has the right to enslave the wolven is proof of his incompetence. If it had been humans that this had been occuring to, Vvarden would by all rights be invaded and its current government disposed as was the case with New Santiago. As of today all trade with Vvarden will ceased. All Vvarden nationals that bring wolven slaves into the United Commonwealths will be arrested and tried on the charge of slavery and the wolven slave released. All free wolven within Vvarden will recieve free air travel via Caisan National Airlines to either Unibearia or Caisus. We hope and pray that this dire mistake by President Saef will be rectified shortly."

In other news Caisus-Galgistan will be taking all measures to ensure that citizens are protected from the "Zombie Comet". Gas masks will be handed out to Galgi nationals, though most Caisans will not have to worry as masks always have air filters in them. All citizens in rural areas will be evacuated to the cities where a "Mercy Shield" will be raised to prevent infectious particles from entering.

The four hovercraft zoomed into the city as the sun cracked open the sky with light. The city seemed abandoned as they continued through the wandering streets, heading steadily towards the center of the city, where the governmental buildings were. Eerily, no one seemed to be about, even though this should have been rush hour. The High Arbiter peered out of the craft's window into the deserted streets, trying to decide whether something had happened here... or was happening still. Lord Zaph narrowed his eyes in suspicion at the strange quietness and started scanning the buildings as they went by for any signs of life. Here or there, he'd see a shadowy flicker, or a curtain move slightly, as if people were watching the delegation from the NZE with outright fear.

Eyebrows drawn down, he looked up front at the mapped route on the craft's display. They were nearly to the Diplomatic sector. They began hearing strange noises, as if an entire crowd was moaning in sorrow. All 9 unoccupied Sentinels readied their weapons as the sounds got worse.

As they reached the final major corner before the Diplomatic Sector, a person shuffled awkwardly out from an alley farther up the road. All 43 pairs of eyes turned to the man as he continued towards the road, seemingly unresponsive to the convoy. As they got closer, certain things about the man became clearer; he looked as if he'd been badly mauled, with bite marks heavily prominent along his arms and neck. His shirt and pants were also ripped and torn, with bloody patches strewn across them as well. As the Arbiter's craft passed the man, he suddenly jerked his arm out at the car and slammed the window hard, activating the pressure-triggered shielding to activate and Lord Zaph to pull back abruptly in shock.

The convoy stopped, and five sentinels quickly exited the hovercraft and surrounded the now armless man, who wasn't doing what most people would do in his situation- scream bloody murder. No, instead he was trying to bite into one of the sentinels' boots, which were being covered by the body shielding he was equipped with. Soon, the strange man had lost his teeth and much of his face in his quest to chew on the soldier's boot, but not once had he made it past the shield. From what the High Arbiter could see, everyone standing out there was as confused as the people in the convoy...

The Arbiter remembered something from his past, on his frontier home world about 15 years before the Great Extermination destroyed his home and sent him to the Imperial Capital. An outbreak had occurred then, one that took control of the bodies of recently deceased that behaved in such a manner as this man... The people affected wouldn't die if they were shot anywhere else except the head, and they had a hunger that drove them completely mad...

If he was right, then something dark had been unleashed upon Enkon this day.

He exited the hovercraft, along with all of the sentinels but the driver. They all turned all their shields as they approached the scene. Once there, the man with the person trying to eat his shoe looked to Lord Zaph.

"High Arbiter?" The Sentinel asked, confused wholly as to the situation occurring. The Arbiter just stood there, carefully studying the face of the deranged man. Quickly, he noticed the milky white eyes displayed by the man. And he had a sinking feeling.

"Shoot him in the heart, soldier."

The soldier's eyes widened. "B-but, sir-"

"I don't think he'll die," the Arbiter said, cutting off the sentinel's protest. Gulping, the soldier aimed and fired his rifle into the chest of the deranged man, melting a huge hole in the man's chest.

But he was still moving.

Still eating. Or at least, trying to.

Everyone jumped back then, while the Arbiter pulled out his handgun and stepped forward, quickly blasting a hole in the man's temple.

And he went limp.

"Everyone, New plan: We're postponing our negotiations. Get in the vehicles and turn around for Zaphiron. We're about to receive a very unwelcome guest." They quickly scrambled to their vehicles and left the city as the moans kept growing louder and louder...

UTR Toxobiologist Claims Next Toxoplasmosis Outbreak Could be More Contagious Than Previous Years!

Red Bishop, Wicko — The Chief Toxobiologist at the Wicko Center for Contagious Disease Control (WCCDC), Dr Philipa Gerranihmo stunned Wicko and federal government officials today when she said that this year’s toxoplasmosis outbreak was predicted to be much more contagious than in previous outbreaks.

Dr Gerranihmo said that the WCCDC has witnessed several mutations in the toxoplasmosis spores that are in the atmosphere since the last outbreak.

Previously, the virus was limited to direct exchange of bodily fluids, then it became airborne. We now believe that the spores will be infectious upon contact. And that they will make any surface they rest upon a vector for contagion.”

Dr Gerranihmo sent shivers down many government officials spines when she said, “While most of the mutations we have seen in the virus spores look natural in origin, several mutations, the most deadly in fact, are relatively new and artificial in nature.”

The UTR Technocratic Council of Defense stated through its communications office, “The UTR will not tolerate the development or use of biological weapons by any nationstate. If Dr Gerranihmo’s and the WCCDC’s findings are correct and a particular nationstate identified as being responsible for the mutations, the UTR will hold said terrorist nationstate to account, by any means necessary, before the international community.”
