Meh, we all have skeletons outdated stuff in our closets factbooks. It's like a messy room - you keep putting off the task of cleaning it, but then next thing you know someone walks in and sees the stuff you wanted to get rid of ages ago.

Heck, according to my factbook, my navy still consists entirely of big-gun warships.

I have not used anything but Helghast soldiers and weapons, not a single one of their vehicles. And the only real no about Halo is it's... ground vehicles? The concept of a Warthog is more feasible than a Shaw Fujisawa Translight Engine.

I do feel the need to point out here that, in my opinion, Helghast soldiers and weapons are heavily overused on NS, even more so than Halo tech. I've seen at least two nations claim to be "the" Helghast empire, I've been linked to this image at least four times (not counting now), and I can't even begin to count how many players I've seen who use Helghast armor in some shape or form. I would say that Helghast soldiers are to PMT what American military vehicles are to MT, but I've seen so many n00bs use Helghast in MT that I don't even know what to think anymore.

But bear in mind, this is coming from the highly biased opinion of someone who loves Eastern-bloc aesthetics and despises overly advanced technology. If you think Helghast tech looks cool, I understand. I just want to point out that in my experience it's very, very common.

Well it's the simple fact that I only use the things that would be considered MT or close to it, however I don't allow the use of things like "Nuclear Hand Ray lol" in my army, because somehow they get ahold of those.

And to answer the question about Depleted Titanium A, I really have no fucking idea. Halo logic.
