Would it have even started? I have never liked RP's where RL time is linked to IC time, or where players must post once a day/week. I might not have even joined Vapor if that had been the case.

Ive never understood how that concept is even practical especially in an rp setting. I imagine its to force posts, but that basically degrades the quality.

I tried to get involved in CYOS a while ago, because I was in a superhero kick, and it ultimately failed for me because it kinda worked like that -- the players would put one-liners up in near real time, and my 3 + paragraph posts would get buried and ignored.

It is especially annoying when you try to post something good, but the rapidity of the thread goes so quickly that any attempt to post something relevant goes out the window as you try to catch up with the current situation. I've had to drop out of quite a few rps because of the ridiculously fast speed of some.

I remember about a year ago, I made a bunch of hypothetical and silly scenarios as to how Inesea's navy would fair in breaching Amplectorian seas during wartime.

One of those scenarios including Nozomu appearing from a portal and killing everyone with laser eyes.

I drew that. Except now she's crushing skulls; much more brutal and satisfying I must say.
